Hi,
You have to set featured images for your posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
If you don’t the theme will display those placeholders. Once you set a featured image or video the theme will create thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Note that if you use originally small images such as this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Hql48bWsQSZ
In this case not many thumbnails will be created, or the results will not be proper. Each module has a required size that it will try to create
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8w46Zni5
Thanks
Try this code in the theme panel custom CSS section, the result will be like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zeRB0jTIIfB
@media (min-width: 1019px) {
.td-header-style-10 .td-logo-sticky img {
max-width: 102px;
}}
Or try to extend the header menu to be wider, check the results with that

Hi,
There should be no problem, the theme supports PHP version 7.2 since update 8.7

Thanks
Hi,
Indeed, that will be how the footer section will be displayed with little content. You could try the solution from this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sticky-footer-2/
I believe this is added on our list for possible modifications, so this functionality might change in the future.
Thanks
Hi,
So the smart sidebar is not working on your page, while working on posts. Note that the smart sidebar setting in the theme panel will start working for posts as soon as enabled. But for pages an additional step is required, please see this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Once you split the row as mentioned, then enter the necessary class in the extra class field, the sidebar of that row will be sticky

Thanks
Hi,
Please use the manual activation option in that case

Thanks
Hi,
The like button and social sharing buttons can only be displayed in post pages, as an option to share the whole post. You can’t add them anywhere else. If required try a sharing plugin for additional sharing options and more advanced settings.
From what I can see the counter displays accurate Instagram information

Hi,
That is a WordPress file that the theme uses in it’s functionality. These are some similar topics in the matter that you can read

Hi,
The ajax filter when enabled can filter by categories, tags, authors and popularity
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JFJ9IxA8
Those would be the only elements that the ajax filter can display on blocks.
The filter may look differently depending on block header style selected, see them all here

Thanks
I do not see any blue page on your website at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cYA86lceMo1A
Maybe I am not understanding the actual problem in your case. Please try and specify where I should look for this problem exactly. That link you provided last leads to an AMP page of a website
– http://www.maksatbilgi.com/cift-saatlerin-anlami/amp
What exactly should I look for there?
Hi,
You could add those with a plugin, try this one for example and see if it works properly

There are also more solutions online, with code

Hi,
That is the bordered website setting in the Theme panel->Multipurpose section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Yuqe0zoWh
The construction demo has such a border set, remove it if you do not want a bordered website.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems you are using the Jetpack mobile theme, that will probably not interpret the page builder shortcodes and display the elements.
Deactivate the Jetpack mobile theme and the problem is solved
– https://jetpack.com/support/mobile-theme/
There is a mobile theme provided in the theme package if you want to use one
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Check if the tagDiv composer is active. Deactivate it if that is the case. Then clear all caching and check if the WPBakery element is displaying properly.
Maybe ask the ad provider if possible if there is another version of the ad code. If you modify it yourself it may not display or work properly anymore.
Try this suggestion. Deactivate all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Clear the cache again. Check if the images display. If this does not work, we could take a look.
Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
If you keep replying in your own topic it will only delay our answer unfortunately. The topics will be answered by oldest to newest.
Issues with the composer can be caused by many factors. The most common cause is simply insufficient resources. As you install more plugins the WP memory will be depleted and this will cause problems with the theme and plugins.
Please check the theme requirements guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
The theme has a system status panel you can check to see if everything is set properly. This would be the first step to try and fix the problem. If needed contact the hosting provider again and ask them to increase them according to the guide.
The next possible cause would be plugins. Deactivate them all except the theme plugins. Check if this has any effect. Also test on a new page.
If there is still a problem after doing this, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access, FTP and cPanel as well if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
That setting is known to create various issues with the theme, in some cases. Maybe we will conduct additional testing and the setting may be used. But for the moment I don’t believe there are any plans to do so. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login access. We will take a look at these issues. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
It is possible, try it like this to add an ad box
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-ad-under-related-article/
There are many similar topics here in the forum
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-content-globally-to-bottom-of-each-post/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/adding-an-ad-below-comments/
Thanks
Hi,
That is not possible at this moment. However it will be possible after a coming theme update. There will be many more options that will redefine how the post pages are created.
You could consider waiting for the update to be released. The team is working hard to finish the tasks and make the update available.
Thanks
That is unusual, the mega-menu options seems to be missing for you. In almost all cases when that happened, it was caused by a plugin.
Try as a quick test to deactivate all your plugins at the same time, leave only theme plugins active. The option should appear. If that is the case, then one of your plugins is to blame.
Hi,
There are some topics explaining why that happens sometimes. A few here

Hi,
@seikology Tried this as well. First remove the code as shown
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GjhbV0NGD5FO
Then it is important to force refresh the page of a post edit screen to see the changes. For me it took a few of those (Ctrl+Shift+R)
