Hi,
@zetacomunicacion From what I can see there is no problem at the moment

Thanks
Hi,
Please check if the multi-purpose and newsletter plugins are active first. It could be a chance that the theme has not updated properly. You could try to reinstall it by FTP if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Let us know the results.
Hi,
The link you mentioned is a category page, if you want to change the module that a category uses to display posts in the category page, this can be done in the theme panel. Each category has it’s own settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aA6LWImZEhdo
Access the category you want and chnage the module, or top grid
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QCSeUJS5h
The module used in that page is module 18. All the modules can be seen in the theme live demo (features menu)
As I mentioned previously, some modules will include a read more button, others will not. That is how they were created and designed. If you would like to customize the read more button please mention how you want it to be and I will give you a CSS code for it. By a theme option those buttons cannot be customized, there is no setting created specially for them.
Please correct me if I misunderstand something.
Thanks
Hi,
The comments section should appear if enabled in these locations, for posts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pJszqydNu19v
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cyBxQ7Ubu
For pages there is another setting here – https://www.screencast.com/t/06VeHCAT3s
Also the related articles will appear if enabled in the theme panel and also the currently viewed post has related posts by category or tag. If there are no related posts it will not appear (for example the post is the only one within the category).
If you could provide a link to such a post we will take a look.
Thanks
Then I am afraid that you will have to deactivate the mobile theme plugin in order to display the event section on mobile.
The mobile plugin is intended to be used if you want to show a lighter and different website version. Page builders cannot be used on mobile pages, and shortcodes may not work as it is the case here. If you deactivate it then the event will display on mobile

Hi,
For me there are ads on that post page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Vjk3f4fuarp
There is a header ad, content ad, sidebar ad and footer ad. I then accessed the first post in the grid at this time
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cIj9W8wc
This post also has the same ads from what I can see. If the ads are implemented properly there would be no reason for them not to display

Hi,
That demo uses a footer page, you can edit that page here for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/stzKeF8LlyR
Since a few updates ago you can now use pages in the footer section, in addition to the footer templates.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be possible. For example you can first insert the newsletter elements in the row
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XvCvftCFc
Then stretch the row and activate full height, and also set a background image of your choosing
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OHWBRTl0t
To center the newsletter you could add some padding top to it like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zDUE9Q19B
This could be a method of doing it.
Replied in your other topic.
Hi,
The theme cannot provide such data, you could use Google analytics for example
– https://moz.com/blog/absolute-beginners-guide-to-google-analytics
This will provide information about the traffic the website receives. Or try some WordPress website statistics plugins if needed.
thanks
Hi,
That is unusual, please check in the theme files in your install (main theme folder) if there is a 404 file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/m2bmouVc
Additionally please try as a quick test to deactivate all your plugins (very important) except theme plugins. Check if the 404 page is displayed then.
Thanks
Hi,
Actually the thumbnail is bigger, this is simply the design that was decided. If this is required for you you could increase the thumbnail size of the front page grid with a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6oe0SSbxm
This is the code used in the example, if you decide to use it enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS
.home .td_module_mob_2 .td-module-thumb,
.home .td_module_mob_2 .td-module-thumb a:last-child {
height: 250px;
}
You can make modifications to it if needed.
Hi,
Then there would be nothing that can be done at the moment. There will be such cases unfortunately, this is due to changes made by Facebook on their end regarding privacy and access to user data, not a theme issue
– https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/205942813488872
– https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49417886/why-does-facebook-graph-api-say-my-account-is-non-active?utm_medium=organic&utm_source=google_rich_qa&utm_campaign=google_rich_qa
– https://www.nop-templates.com/boards/topic/3388/facebook-integration-locked-due-to-recent-press-privacy-concerns
Or as a suggestion you could try the new flex block
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/
– https://tagdiv.com/go-beyond-flexibility-new-flex-block/
This will allow you to select a bigger thumbnail of the image and it can also be styled in may ways. We will try to modify how block 13 and a few other blocks which feature a big image to provide better results, in the future.
Hi,
The black background of the demo will not be inherited by the mobile theme, the mobile version will be different than the desktop version. The mobile theme does not have demos at the moment, coloring it is a similar way will require CSS code. This is a similar topic you can read
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-once-youve-gone-black-youll-never-go-back/
Thanks
Hi,
I tried it without the tagDiv composer and also in the footer and social counter, the ID works with no slash added
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nerHxWr4g5m
Adding a slash will still work it seems, but it will be displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XhySwt6E66U3
We could take a look if you could send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
That has been on our list for a while, hopefully the cache guide will be updated in the near future. From what I know some settings of the plugin have been renamed or moved, that could cause confusion. Sorry for the inconvenience. A similar topic here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-caching-setup-section-in-the-manual-is-outdated/
If you use the mobile plugin the cache should work if enabled
– https://www.screencast.com/t/OzKXYmQIUkk
That file is not supported through the child theme, all the files are mentioned in the child theme guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
The Revolution slider that comes with the theme does not require a license. You can simply install it (from the theme package) and use it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
We provide some demo sliders as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
These sliders can be seen in the live theme demos
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper
Please ignore the plugin activation messages, those cannot be removed unfortunately from the bundled version.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed, that setting will affect all the category pages. There is a plugin you could try that would allow control over each category page, I believe it was called Custom Post Limits. Give that a try if you wish.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I understood you want to remove the hamburger menu, this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XbzReczEQrp
Then display the menu items in a different way and position. That will not be easy, since it is not the intended behavior on mobile devices. All the functionality and design is created for the current mobile menu look.
Maybe there will be more options added in the future regarding the mobile menu functionality but for the moment as I said there are no plans from what I know. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
You can create sub-categories, so there would be main categories (parent) and sub-categories
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-categories-and-subcategories-to-wordpress/
That would allow you to organize posts better. If you require something more advanced you could search for plugins that have more category organizing capabilities and make tests with them.
Thanks
Hi,
There is no need for a new fix, the Instagram widget and social counter works properly now. The same solutions that were provided on the forum after the issue began were implemented in the theme. These fixed the issues for all users until now.
So it could only be a form of caching from a plugin, server provided or CDN.
Please provide a link to your website so we can take a look. Maybe we can identify the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can find online it might take a while before the ads will be served
– https://stackoverflow.com/questions/19139171/400-bad-request-with-google-adsense
So if your Adsense account is activated and there are no problems on that side, the ads should appear
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/76228?hl=en
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9724?hl=en

Hi,
So the composer is not working properly for you. The elements once placed in the page should look exactly as they will be on the actual saved page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lpUkkG199t
I would suggest to first deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear all caching. Try the composer on a new page and see if this still happens. Check the theme system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide, especially the WP memory.
Also try deactivating and removing the composer plugin, and install it again from the theme plugins section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cGq95nssL3i5

Hi,
@MCord The first menu item would be this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/uhD3A1FQ
That does not do anything except direct to an empty page from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hGM7zvtek
A page menu will not be displayed on mobile, ideally one would use the mobile theme for mobile, this provides an option to display a different menu
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
