Hi,
The theme does not have options like this at the moment. Once an ad code is inserted in the theme panel sections, they will be displayed at all times, regardless of posts.
That could only be done by using a different ad implementation, that would have these options.
Maybe the Adrotate plugin has such settings, you could give it a try. Or maybe some suggestions from here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/disable-adsense-ads-on-specific-posts/
Thanks
Hi,
That category template style requires a background to be set. That can be done for each category, in the per category settings in the theme panel

Hi,
The code should be entered at the very bottom of the htaccess file, try it like that and there should be no problem. You could also contact your hosting provider, they might have a recommended method in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
If you use a blog style homepage (meaning no static page, but a list of latest articles) the sidebar can be set in the Theme panel ->Template settings

Please correct me if I misunderstand what you are asking.
Thanks

Hi,
The sub-categories in the mega menu can be customized in terms of font properties, in the theme panel

If you want them to be uppercase or different, the setting is in the transform column. The text color can be changed as well, here

Hi,
Seems the composer is not working properly. Please try to reinstall the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Reinstall the Visual composer plugin as well, deactivate and remove it then install it from the theme package.
Also check the theme system status parameters, ask your hosting provider to make modifications if needed according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know if there still are problems.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe you might be referring to the Hero element, which has an option for a description. This should be present in the general tab of the element
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9CODmhlFwZRl
If the composer is not working properly for you, please check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make modifications to the parameters mentioned, according to the guide. After everything is set properly, please check if the tagDiv composer is working properly.
Let us know if there still are problems.
Thanks
Hi,
@jksadmgi If you require previous versions of the theme, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and specify the theme version you need. Only the latest version is available for download.

Hi,
The theme uses the default WordPress login functionality, so most likely this is happening on a default theme as well. Please try as a quick test to see if deactivating all plugins except theme plugins has any effect. Maybe a plugin is causing the issue.
The default behaviour is to redirect to the homepage after the user logs out.
There are some issues with the child theme functionality after the latest theme update. We are working to provide a solution as soon as possible. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
The Speed booster plugin has an inbuilt predefined plugin check list, if it detects plugins that are not part of this list it will deactivate itself. This is implemented because the booster could cause some plugins to not function properly.
There is a solution in this topic to disable this check, by editing the plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
You could try this and see if everything works properly.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try and deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin, from the plugins section. This editor is activated by default when the theme is updated or installed. Then check the results, if the issue is fixed.
Thanks
Hi,
If you use Visual composer for pages, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin, from the plugins section. The single images are affected by this composer, it has a different functionality for the single image elements.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no setting to change the number of modules in the top mobile grid, when using the mobile theme. This will display 3 of the featured posts. If you would like to display two posts, you could make the modification in the mobile theme plugin grid
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jhCtZycNV4ZY
The height of the modules could be changed with a code like this if needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3R1DrBrlrQ
.td_module_mob_2 .td-module-thumb {
height: 250px;
}
This code must be entered in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section. Experiment with different height values until you achieve the desired result.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems the default margins for blocks and block titles that are set for blocks/grids are not applying in this case. I could give you a code as a quick fix
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1dIbeMFbCirl
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td_block_wrap {
margin-bottom: 48px!important;
}
.td_block_template_17 .td-block-title {
margin: 3px 3px 29px!important;
}
However this should not happen. The blocks and all theme elements are predefined and should display properly. You could carefully inspect the page with the composer used, check each element.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe you are referring to the pagination present on the bottom of the page, in the latest articles section. You would have to disable this section in order to remove the pagination. This can be done by selecting a different page template, in the page settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/T3Ubtm4NrO
Please note that also block pagination can have an impact in this matter. You can try to reduce the number of blocks that use pagination for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/p9s2r4zpo6z
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see at the moment, the images are displayed fine on the website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/reGFPNZvu
There are no issues on the homepage, post pages, category pages etc.
The latest update includes the latest version of Visual composer plugin (version 5.4.5). Please deactivate and remove the current Visual composer plugin, then install and activate the one from the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thanks
Hi,
The theme panel endless loop could be caused by insufficient resources. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider for assistance or ask theme to make the needed changes for you.
After everything is set, please try again to use the theme panel. Let us know if there still is an issue.
Thanks
Hi,
Code entered in the theme panel dedicated sections should not be lost after a theme update. The theme panel custom code sections together with the child theme are considered safe ways to customize the theme.
A child theme is provided in the theme package, here is a guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thanks
Hi,
Please try and reinstall the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Check if the tagDiv composer and the multi-purpose plugin are active in the plugins section after updating. They should be activated by default.
Let us know if you still have a problem.
Thanks
Hi,

Regarding the other issue, maybe the theme did not update properly. The most recommended method of updating is by FTP

Hi,
That header template has a predefined height (130px), it could be reduced to the actual logo height with a code like this for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ovbrUabt
This is the code used, if you should consider it a solution please enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td-header-style-10 .td-logo-wrap-full {
min-height: 90px;
line-height: 90px;
}
.td-header-style-10 .td-logo-wrap-full .td-logo {
line-height: 90px;
}
Thanks

Hi,
For the loading issues please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Make modifications if needed, or ask your hosting provider to make them for you according to the guide. Then check if everything works as intended.
If you use the mobile theme, this will not display the same content for pages, as on desktop. Maybe the plugin you are using provides a shortcode that you can use on mobile pages, in the mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nLgATZOIVobt
If that is not the case, then you could simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin. This plugin is optional, nor required. Then the same content form desktop will be shown.
Thanks
