Hi,

Please go to your plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer editor. Then the single image element link should work. When both editors are active, it could mean that some elements created with Visual composer may not work properly.
Try disabling the tagDiv editor and check the single image on the page.

Thanks

Hi,

If you did not set the logo in the footer and it is displaying with no reason in that section, you could try a theme re-install. Maybe something has not installed properly
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Then deactivate all plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any installed caching. Check if the footer still displays the logo despite being disabled in the theme panel.
If you still have problems, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.

Thanks

Hi,

It is strongly not recommended to update the Visual composer plugin directly from the author (option available for a purchased plugin).
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
When an update is available for Visual composer, we will first test it and and then officially include it in the theme package. This will ensure full compatibility between Visual composer and the theme.
What you could try is to install the previous version that you had installed before updating (and try updating the page with problems). Installing the version that worked before could fix the issue.
You could consider updating the theme as well, as I see that you are using an older theme version at the moment

Hi,

The views seem to be working at the moment on your posts
https://www.screencast.com/t/LEOJq3lAMU
https://www.screencast.com/t/L6ahKecWWGU3
It was probably just a caching issue, either server cache or caching installed by you. If you enabled the mentioned option in the theme panel, it should work with a caching as well.

Hi,

I believe the theme will not display anything else except the ad itself (content inside the script tags). If this code is required to display, you could try to use a plugin like Adrotate to insert the ads in the website.
This ad plugin works for other theme users, and it may be a solution in this case as well. You could test it and see if the extra code around the ad is displayed like you need.

Hi,

The Latest articles section can be disabled by selecting a different page template, in the page attributes settings
https://www.screencast.com/t/hqjwZNDrb
More information about the page templates here

Hi,

All the available block sorting options are mentioned here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
Adding different sorting options could only be achieved by customizing the theme, and modifying theme files extensively. This requires advanced coding knowledge.

Hi,

If you have caching installed, please activate this option from the theme panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
After enabling the setting, clear the cache.

Hi,

I don’t know how that would be possible. There is only one background image option in the theme, and also one background ad setting

Hi,

The ad sections from the theme panel will display Adsense ads. I could not say what other code you are entering besides it, and why it is not displaying. Maybe you are not entering it properly, if you could provide some examples of this code it would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi,

You will have to create a starting point to personalize the website. For example from the top and work your way down.
The logo, header style, top menu and main menu can be changed with your own in the header
https://www.screencast.com/t/XmmhcrOuH
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/top-bar-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
This is a tutorial for the tagDiv composer that you will use to create and customize pages
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Make the changes you want in the header and then the homepage is next. Opening the homepage with the tagDiv composer will allow you to add/remove elements, modify block titles, block filtering system, post sorting etc
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
In the footer section as well you can modify all aspects
https://www.screencast.com/t/PZdGWroQUdO
https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Hopefully this will provide you some useful information. When you have more questions or you are stuck, you can always create a topic on the forum and ask, or describe the problem. We will try our best to help you as soon as possible.
Here you can find all the theme documentation

Hi,

Now I realize where it is coming from. That is the footer logo
https://www.screencast.com/t/8MXgCBEeKi
https://www.screencast.com/t/Crj1T7qPsB
You must have uploaded the logo in the footer section as well. You can check in the mentioned footer section and see if this is the case.

Hi,

The only major modification in the latest theme update is the introduction of the tagDiv composer. This plugin is activated by default the moment you update the theme, and it can in some cases affect Visual composer elements
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
I could not say where the widget you mention is coming from, while not being in the widgets section, without inspecting it maybe.
Also the other problems would require inspection in order to see why it is happening.
It could be other plugins, custom code added in theme panel or in the theme files, a child theme or other customization and factors.
A backup is always recommended before updating themes

Hi,

That could only be achieved by modifying the ticker element in the code, since there is no option to display the post date along the post title

Hi,

This is an unusual problem. The theme panel as well as the mega-menu category selection seem to be missing all the sub-categories as well, not just the parent category you mention.
Check if these categories are displaying in the category screen
https://www.screencast.com/t/mRdk6L49
What you could try is to deactivate all your plugins as a test, except the ones you have installed from the theme package, and clear any caching installed. Then see if anything changed.

Hi,

Glad you could solve the issue. On mobile the background will not be displayed or visible. The website content width will stretch edge to edge, and that leaves no space for the background to be displayed

Hi,

I don’t know exactly what you mean by static post. Each block or big grid can be filtered to display the posts you want. If you want to display specific posts, you can enter the post ID’s in the filter tab of the block or big grid
https://www.screencast.com/t/mbgZ9OheME
The same for block widgets
https://www.screencast.com/t/p8x3DKIOy
Here you can find more information about the available block settings and options

Hi,

The sidebar displays the widgets you insert in it. There is no file that controls the sidebar where you could achieve something like this.
Modifications will have to be made to the widgets if needed. The sidebar section only displays those widgets, in a container.

Hi,

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information as well if possible, so we can take a look. We will provide you the same theme version, if nothing else can be done. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. The theme modifications made could be the cause as well.

Hi,

You could try inserting two ad codes in the ad article bottom section. Additional styling may be needed though, depending on the ads used
https://www.screencast.com/t/jbEXdbcbep5
https://www.screencast.com/t/5KokmT05
https://www.screencast.com/t/3hEwvz3VMA
I don’t know if this would help you or it is a possibility for you, but you can give it a try if you want.

Hi,

The border you mention does not come from a theme panel setting. You could add it with a code like this for example (also change the border properties in the code as needed)
https://www.screencast.com/t/i0R2BsEnrFf

.td-header-top-menu-full {
border-top: 4px solid #009688;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap {
border-bottom: 4px solid #009688;
}

Hi,

You can enter the code in the Text widget element, which supports HTML also
https://www.screencast.com/t/QP2VbRjIaklB
But the result will be like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/vjGEOLhl39H
You could use a code like this to make them display better
https://www.screencast.com/t/tRgSIsiqPI

.textwidget .td-header-sp-top-widget {
text-align: center;
}
.textwidget br {
display:none;
}
.textwidget .td-social-icon-wrap {
padding: 15px;
}

Hi,

Usually that error is the result of plugin conflicts with the theme. Try again to deactivate all plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any installed caching and check again. That should remove the problem.
If it does not then maybe you have some custom code that could be causing this. Or maybe modifications made to the theme files directly, or through a child theme.

Thanks

Hi,

You could try the solution from this topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-mobile-theme-font/
Load the font like mentioned, and apply it with CSS for the needed elements.

Thanks
