Hi,
If you are using block widgets, their title backgrounds can be changed in each of their settings like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/uhEXvcXhEI
For different widgets that do not have these settings, you could try a code like this and see if it works for you (the color can be changed to what you need)
.td-footer-wrapper div
.td_block_template_4
.td-block-title span {
background-color: yellow;
}
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css. If it does not work properly, it would be helpful if you could provide a link to your website, and I will give you a more accurate solution.
Thanks
Hi,
The Big Grids and blocks can display posts and pages as well. This can be done for each element, in the post type settings like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0THfO5l1M
Here you can find all the available block settings and options
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
Please check all the parameters to be as specified in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If they are of the same recommended value or higher, there should be no problem in saving theme panel settings.
Thanks
Hi,
There were some changed made to the theme activation system in the latest theme version. If you updated the theme recently you may need to activate it again. Please let us know if you have a different problem, or cannot activate the theme properly.
Thanks
Hi,
Please check in the Theme panel->Background here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3fyGFoqNx6al
And remove the image if it is present in those sections.
Thanks
Hi,
The guide provided above explains how to move different stylesheets and scripts, using the Speedbooster plugin. Follow the steps, and enter the code as specified in the functions file. You will see a list with all the css and js that are loaded on your website and their Id’s. The rest of the instructions are provided with details in the same guide.
Thanks
Hi,
It seems you have some aggressive ad system present on your website. Clicking anywhere on the page is redirecting to a difficult to close tab, while also opening other ads in tabs
– https://www.screencast.com/t/56ey5sFbFk
You could reinstall WordPress and the theme, and uninstall all other plugins except what is provided in the theme package.
Or scan with malware detection tools to see if there are any problems detected. More useful suggestions by Chris here

Hi,
The images are located in this folder
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GtLZ3pc7a2I
That is where the theme panel images are located. You can check in the theme package you are installing and see if it this folder is present.
Thanks
Hi,
You can proceed and update your WordPress. There have been no reported problems caused by this update. If you encounter any issues please let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
That does not mean that a plugin is not the cause in this case. If you reinstalled the theme, it is necessary to rule out plugins. The Newspaper 8 theme panel is not being displayed properly. This is how it should display
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lVEOv7l7a2R
Try the suggestion with the plugins and see if this has any effect. Please let us know the result.
Thanks
Hi,
The Speedbooster will move the styles to the end of the page. Configuring it like this will move the composer as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0hqXQ6ygcgJ
Please note that the tagDiv composer should not have such an impact on page speed, when compared to Visual composer for example.
Thanks
Hi,
Simply changing the setting to “No stretch” should do just what it says. There is no other option to override this setting. These are the overriding settings to force the full width for the header and footer elements.
They are useful when you set a background color or image for example, and the website becomes boxed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
It must be a caching issue, maybe the server has caching. You could check if that is the case. If no caching is installed, then the changes should be reflected as soon as the page is refreshed.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try manually installing the composer. Unzip the plugin and upload it by FTP to your plugins folder, in the wordpress installation

Thanks
Hi,
The theme has a container width of 1164px when a background is set
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qrugtDkxs
For the mobile background the live demo uses a background image like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kwdpaqKgpEnf
This does not mean that the image should be exactly of this size. After all, it is meant to be displayed only on mobile devices, there would be no need for excessively big images.
Thanks
Hi,
This can be moved in the footer with the Speedbooster plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
The Speedbooster does a check before activating itself and if it detects plugins outside of a predefined list, it will not be active. This is the list of plugins
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GTc5n4JwTQ
Due to an oversight the tagDiv composer was not included in the allowed plugin list. The problem will be fixed as soon as possible.
There is a workaround that would allow to remove that condition, and make the Speedbooster work at all times
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
And then follow the instructions in the guide to move the desired styles to the footer.
Thanks
Hi,
@corridaurbana Please provide a link to your website and more details as to where this is happening, so we can see the problem. Nothing has changed regarding the theme responsiveness in the latest update.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your post page, and there seems to be no bottom ad in the page structure
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8niAwexT0k
There is a top ad and content inline ad, but there is no bottom ad. Please check if you entered a proper ad code in the bottom ad section in the theme panel.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
The theme will not delete any content you made for you website. If you have installed a demo before, uninstalling it will remove only the demo content that was imported. Your posts are stored in the database, they will not be removed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
You can always and it is recommended to make periodic backups, in case something unexpected happens
– https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe something went wrong during the theme installation. I suggest you reinstall the theme using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also a plugin could be causing this problem. You could uninstall all you plugins except the ones that are provided in the theme package, and clear any caching installed.
Thanks
Hi,
At the moment the category pages cannot be edited as a normal page. Settings can only be made through the theme panel or customization like this. This may change in future updates.
Thank you for posting your solution here, this may be helpful for other users with similar requests.
Thanks
Hi,
It should work properly. Simply copy the contact form shortcode
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WnsNICxufM
And then paste that in a text elements as mentioned. Please note that the contact form will not be displayed in the page edit screen, only after you save the page and view it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lYPt6aK6n9OJ
Thanks
Hi,
The modules used on blocks can display only stars regardless of the review style used on the post. This is the way the blocks are designed, and there is no option to change this. The posts that have reviews will be displayed like this on the modules
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NRFqSL3Pd
Thanks
Hi,
I cannot say how you would remove those tags. There must be a reason Visual composer ads them there. But when there is need of so many Css fixes, something may not be working properly. Once you start using codes to fix one thing, this could affect another and so on.
If you managed to achieve a stable result, just leave it as it is.
Thanks
Hi,
This code will modify the font size and color of the category description
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JWz22LElr3M
You just need to use your own desired values
.td-category-description p {
font-size:25px;
color:blue;
}
Thanks
Hi,
The demos may come with custom fonts, and import theme panel settings. But that should not create separate links for the fonts. Like I mentioned the fonts needed are all queued in a single link. The theme default fonts are Open Sans and Roboto, these are used by default throughout the site
-https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
These are the fonts used on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sPRZMWj0WdJj
The default ones can be seen, and another font that is used on the Big Grid
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1Nh2VQQtF
You can try the test again, while having plugins deactivated except the ones from the theme package to see if it still detects it like that.
Thanks
