The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Unfortunately at the moment there are no shop templates. You can however use woocommerce shortcodes as you can see here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ Any shortcode you can insert in the design using column text element from tagDiv composer. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

Are you using a caching plugin ? I see that the difference is only 1 viewer, that may be because facebook sees you as a viewer when wordpress does not since you are the administrator / logged in user.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Please try upgrading your max memory. Usually max memory is used by the plugins too and if for example the theme is using 200mb and you have 10 more plugins that each uses 10mb you will exceed that memory limit. Try 512 or 1028mb and let us know the result !
