The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

You can use the Column text element and simply copy the content you have created in gutenberg and paste in the column text. Or you can create the layout you want by using all the elements available in the Composer.

You can create a post template from the cloud library and use the Adbox element on the template. There you can insert your adsense code. If you already have a template like this, simply duplicate it and remove the ads code. 1. Please note that on Newspaper theme templates you can only use tagDiv Composer. using any other page builder can create conflicts. let us know if the problem persists with the plugin disabled.
