Now, I wanted to know what would be the html for [tagDiv] Block.

I have a problem with the arborence of my blog.
I have : category, sub-category and sub-sub-category.
For example :
– North America
– – United States
– – – New York
But when I ‘m under the sub category “New York” , the breadcrumb is not correct and puts me :
Home – > United States – > New York in place of : Home -> North America -> United States – > New York
The general category in North America, no entry appears .
It is the same for sibling categories that appear under the description of the category.
On North America, I have : the United States, but the United States, New York does not appear !
Anyone have an idea of how to make the theme takes into account the sub sub category ??

I have just tried to insert a gallery for the first time since i updated to Newspaper 7.
When i create the gallery, and select Tag Div Slider gallery, it just shows up like the default layout. Please see here http://www.londonnewsonline.co.uk/?p=2038&preview=true

I am using the Newsmag theme and my format will be very similar to the classic blog demo ( http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag_classic_blog/ ). As you can see the way the theme is setup, the home page consists of posts which are created separately through the theme. This means that there is no way to actually edit the home page, or at leasts the posts on the home page, because they are automatically imported (or at least I think so). I would like to know if there is a way for me to insert an advertisement in between posts on my home page. For example, in the demo theme linked earlier, I would like to insert an advertisement in between the Continue button from the top post and the title (“Tommy Hilfiger’s Rock N’ Roll Spring 2015 Collection”) of the post under it.

When filtering posts (for the Home page), can the “multiple categories filter” be used in conjunction with “post types”? I want to show certain post types (“recipes” for example) and also show regular posts of category “tidbits”. However, when I specify both, the category filter works but not the “post types” filter. Conversely, if I remove the categories filter, then the post type filter works. I double checked that the “post types” filter contains the correct custom post type name. Help would be appreciated.

You only need the function from the id statement. This code basicaly creates a redirect from the error to anywhere you want it to redirect. Simply replace get_header from index.php with this part:

};
I set it to redirect to google as an example. You can set it to redirect to your homepage or any other url you want.

Thanks for your reply! Sorry for my rather “caustic” post; I get frustrated when things do not work or go as smoothly as originally planned. Having said that, I will try your fix and report back.
Another issue that I’ve noticed, the Weather Widget’s temperature is always off by -10c or so. For example, right now it’s 26c, the widget reports 14c. The city is correct, but it does not registers the correct temperature. I’ve tried just the city name and city/country (Bishkek or Bishkek, KG) to no avail. Any ideas on hoe to fix the issue? Will V 7.2 correct this too?

My “Rich Snippets” for Reviews stopped showing like approx 1-2 months ago. For one month I tried to identify the issue but with no success. Also the google web testing tool it says that I have no error….

If you want a license and access to the plugin support and updates directly from the plugin author, you will have to buy the plugin, but you do not need to buy it to use it with our theme nor do we recommend doiung so as we are the ones that provide the updates that work with our theme. If for example the plugin author releases an update that is not compatible with our theme, it will break your site. We have to adapt our theme for every update visual composer launches and bundle it in the theme package along with the theme updates. We only recommend using the version of visual composer we provide.

Unfortunately this is no easy task as there are mentions of the theme name in many parts of the code and some code strings actually depend on the theme name to detect the case in wich to apply certain parts of code.
You can try to do a search and replace with a text editor (example: notepad++ is a free and very capable one) and search for the word: newspaper. It will retreive 762 results in the theme files: http://screencast.com/t/5r2ReUguLlTO but you have to be careful where you change the name as our demos need to be pulled from the server and the name newspaper also appears in the code from where the demos need to be imported: http://screencast.com/t/VaAcA0zft
It can be done except for the url’s but it will take a bit of time.

I added 30 images in my post and I’m using this tag “<!–nextpage–>” to paginate every images. My problem is on how to remove the numbers and align the Previous at the left and Next button at the right.

I am using the News Magazine demo. In the Home Page, instead of the default Big Grid 1, I want to use the Big Grid 9. With this grid, I want to achieve 2 requirements.
1. In the grid I actually need to display the categories of Post rather than the actual posts. By this I mean, on clicking on the grid item, the user is navigated to another page similar to the home page where every post is of the same category. How do I achieve the look and feel of Big Grid 9 but with links to other pages instead of posts.
2. The Big Grid 9 displays 5 items. I need the Big Grid 9 to slide to display more categories. How do I achieve the expected behaviour.

We are migrating our content sites to WordPress + Newspaper theme.
We have noticed that if we use the default WordPress setting “no category” for articles that have no category in the newspaper site, the newspaper theme gives a php error. (article post type, no category)
Also when we activate plugins that create detail pages (and use the newspaper detail page template) without having a proper category set, this gives the same error. (custom post type, no category, example: http://www.flaironline.nl/horoscopen/ram/)

We believe the problem needs to be fixed in the “newspaper theme core”.
