Hi there,
It seems since updating to the latest Jan 7th Newspaper theme that the social buttons at the top of my website appear differently when the website displays without the www. The dropdown arrows also display as small boxes. I’ve set the preferred domain within webmaster tools so cannot understand why it would do this. There’s also an error on the mobile version where they cannot click one of the featured homepage images or that post title.
I’ve flushed the cache, reuploaded the latest Newspaper theme update with no success and have no new plugins activated.
Could this be the latest 4.4.1 WordPress update?
Would really appreciate a quick fix for this.

And as you can see there is a LARGE gap between the title of the post and the description as well as another large gap between the bottom of the description and the Via, Source, and Tags area. Can you please advise me on how to correct this as I would like it to look like normal spacing.

All of a sudden, as I paste a “POST LINK” to my 10KeyThings Facebook page, it is not showing Post Title, Post Featured Image, Post Description. It is showing only the Website name.
Latest plugins I have installed are:
Auto Optimize, EWWW optimizer, and Jetpack today after the problem.
Other plugins I am using: All in One SEO, CloudFlare
I have even installed the latest theme 6.6.4 today to get this problem sorted. I have tried removing all the plugins too. Deactivating all the latest plugins too. But the problem is still standing.
Could anybody please address this concern asap.

I am using Newspaper theme v6.5 on my website. I have my website in multiple languges (English and Hindi)

Now As the top bar is not visible on mobile devices, hence i am not able to give my mobile users an option to change their language. Hence i want to add an option is menu or just below the main menu bar in the header which is only visible on mobile devices and I am able to show two buttons over there with URL of my hindi and english site linked to it.

on mobile version, articles do not display in order. First article that you see is last published, but the second is not the penultimate. Now for example, when you open the mobile version first article you see is the last article published, on 06.01.2016., then when you scroll down, the second is article published on 01.01.2016., then the third, article published on 03.01.2016., then fourth, article published on 01.01.2016.
Why is that?
Can this be changed so that the order goes by date (last date published).

To achieve the desired result are necessary some file customizations but not in theme panel area because there the ad spots only keep the code, even if is used or not on a page/page. You have to modify the condition in which a specific ad spot it’s outputted. For example on every page the header ad is outputted by it’s specific spot so if you want a different header ad for author archive page you need to add a condition for that. Basically you change the output depending by your needs by replacing the current ad spot with a different one, if some condition is met.
The panel part of our theme can’t be modified via child theme, any customization must be made in the main theme file.

You can adjust ehe top padding of the homepage and remove the menu border by using this css code:

}
The header style you use has a header ad under the menu so the image you showed as an example can only be replicated if you remove the header ad.

You can create a specific class only for the table, like table-style for example, add this code in theme panel > custom css:
.table-style{
overflow-x: auto;
}
Like this the css will be added automatically for the tables, but you have to insert your table manually in this container: table-style, otherwise the css won’t work.

You will have to take a closer look at the excerpts section because all modules are listed there. There are multiple modules to a block:

A block is made up of modules. But the same module can be used on different blocks. So if you edit a module and change it’s styling, you will affect every block that uses that module.
A block is simply an empty ‘box’ in which modules are placed.

You only need the function from the id statement. This code basicaly creates a redirect from the error to anywhere you want it to redirect.Simply replace get_header from index.php with this part:

I wonder how to reduce the gap between advertising and postage block.

The blocks seem to become one column. For example we used Block 1 that has a large picture on the left and smaller pictures (4) on the right, but instead of it being two columns, the smaller pictures are forced under the large picture and creates one column. Here is a image showing what is happening.

No, sorry. I still don’t get it.
Let’s take Block 1 for example, which I have added using the Visual Composer. It is made up of a large image post, and four smaller posts on the right.
From the Theme Panel > Excerpts I deduce that Block 1 belongs to Module 6.
So in Theme Fonts I change the font to what I want it to be, which works great BUT only for the smaller posts on the right, not the big one. So how do I change that?
Also, I have added Block 16, which is ALSO Module 6. But the fonts (with the above change) don’t change at all.
I am really confused by this.
Why do we add BLOCKS but modify MODULES?
The WordPress 4.4.1 security update introduced an incompatibility issue with a lot of themes that use custom pagination on homepage templates. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and we are working very hard to fix this ASAP with an update from themeforest.
UPDATE: Newspaper 6.6.4 is in the approval queue. You will get an email from themeforest when the update is out.
Until the final package is ready, you can use this fix for the pagination issue (paste it at the end of your functions.php file from the theme)

Example: I have page with URL Domain.com/page/ I have to make this page to show a post with ID 626. Simply it had to fetch the content from the database with post ID 626 instead of its own content.
