I recently purchased Newspaper theme. I noticed mobile and AMP does not work and sometimes even on laptop browsers it displays the mobile version. is there any bug in this theme? What is the purpose of showcasing multiple features if they do not work at all. very much frustrated.

This field called td_wp_editor (meta field) and this is the function for exposing it to the REST API.

We are on the latest version of the Newspaper theme. I cannot edit with TD composer. When I press the edit with TD Composer button, the editor shows up briefly and this url shows while loading:

Then the page redirects to the following URL and the editor is gone:

If you have the latest version, then you can ignore them. I think those tools don’t detect right the plugins version for example, the plugins versions in 12.5 for tagdiv Composer is 4.2, and tagDiv Cloud Library 2.8

when creating a new post via META, there is a problem with loading the photo (illustration) that is on the article page, nothing is visible in the preview on desktop devices, the preview on mobile devices has a thumbnail of the illustration. I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of direct assistance I have received from you regarding my ticket on tracking AMP pages on analytics. It’s disheartening to witness a supposed “support agent” continually referring me to other sites and forums instead of providing a concrete resolution.

As a member of your product, I expect to receive expert guidance and support directly from you, not mindless redirections to external resources. If I wanted to scour the internet for solutions, I wouldn’t have bothered seeking help on this platform in the first place.

Your role as a support agent should involve addressing users’ concerns promptly and effectively. Frankly, I haven’t seen any of that from your responses so far. Instead of wasting my time with unhelpful links, I demand a straightforward and actionable solution from you.

Menu won't show on AMP - reply

Hello @unheardvoices !

You use cloud templates on desktop view, and mobile theme + AMP on mobile view. So, you need to set the menu in the theme panel -> Mobile theme in order for it to be displayed in the mobile viewport as well.
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hi,

The cloud templates are custom post types, and these can be an index or not, therefore you can use Yoast SEO to control the SEO for cloud templates, for example https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png after that you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).

Hi,

I’ve tried to use WP functions.php to limit the product title by words and add “ellipsis / …” at the end but it seems unable to achieve that.

Newspaper version: 12.5

How long will the cookies in the Bookmark function last?

The bookmark function works well and was easy to implement. I would like the cookies to last a long time.
