If you are using a standard demo, then you can use only theme panel options, for example to remove those elements from a block/module -> https://i.imgur.com/12ZBHjj.png and from posts you need to use the options from here -> https://i.imgur.com/5lSFdEE.png
If you are using a pro demo, those are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and it can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/sfbhelr.png use the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/SET508O.png on the elements you want to remove, or the drag and drop option -> https://i.imgur.com/Kxw1VhJ.png

This -> https://prnt.sc/vhvioy means that the page with title “Home” has an mobile page made with tagDiv Composer, and in order to use it, you need to assign that page to your homepage like this -> https://i.imgur.com/NCgN0ZO.png also make sure that you do not have the mobile theme plugin or set it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/XQSJSpP.png (the mobile theme will overwrite the mobile page)

Nobody ignoring you, but please notice that our support is not instant.
This is a mega menu with-out subcategories -> https://i.imgur.com/Ecroxn7.jpeg and this one is with subcategories ->https://imgur.com/eq81rCY now in order that this option to apply -> https://i.imgur.com/nLgeWAV.jpeg you need to make sure that you have more then sub-menus for that category, for example I have only one subcategory for this category -> https://i.imgur.com/LWMYJcX.png if you have those set and the problem persists, please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflict, disable all non theme plugins and let only tagDiv plugins.

When the mobile theme is enable it will overwrite the mobile page and the responsive version, therefore if you want to use them, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/gWPWpZr.png make sure that this option is disable -> https://i.imgur.com/MWfVRRJ.png after that you need to set for each page the mobile page that you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/BTZ7Xta.png

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

I am sorry for the late reply, we are a bit crowded at the moment therefore we’re doing our best in replying as fast as we can.

On desktop, AMP will use your normal view ( the one that you see it everytime )
On mobile theme you will have the mobile theme template
On mobile (without mobile theme plugin activated) you will see it like this:

Unfortunately I haven’t found any customers that use la-mode with amp in order to send you.

Hi Webmasterbibliomv, please make sure that you have activate the theme with your envato license key -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/ if the problem persists, please reset the key from theme panel> system status -> https://imgur.com/FcSzuAu then in System status replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status

admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
