Good evening, I want to make some changes to our website, and I have some questions. It will help me a lot if you can answer me.
1. How do I disable the share buttons for mobile (I’m mainly interested in the one at the top of the article) – I still want them to remain on the desktop.

2. How do I optimize the fonts on the website, I use the header from a demo, single post from a demo, footer from a demo, and the loading speed of the site suffers a lot, I want to be able to change this and load only one font on the whole site, for example Roboto, and also, I want you to tell me how I can optimize these fonts, which plugin you recommend to be GDPR.
3. It’s a bit strange how web vitals sees the images, when I have lazy load enabled from the theme, google gives me a worse score in terms of LCP, if I disable lazy load, LCP looks better, but I think it’s also possible better, I want you to tell me why this is happening and how I can fix the situation.

Hi, I installed a prebuilt website (Influencer PRO) and it works ok, I can edit all the content. But when I want to add a new element, it doesn’t work… for example, I ant to add the Instagram grid in the home page, I click on the + button, select the element, but when I drag it into the homepage zone, it doesn’t stay there… same happens when I want to add TAGS element into the prebuilt Single Page, it doesn’t stay.
¿What am I doing wrong?

I’ve encountered a persistent issue when attempting to use both the mobile plugin and AMP together. Specifically, the problem arises with my PayPal donate button—it stops functioning properly under this configuration. Interestingly, using only the mobile plugin by itself resolves this issue, but it also means that the mobile theme persists even on desktop, leaving me with only the mobile theme across all devices, not the desired look I want. Can you help?

I’ve noticed recently that my mobile template is not working. I setup a template using the mobile page button that appears at the top above my website and next to the green Edit with TagDiv Composer button. Now when I click on the pencil icon I can see this template which looks great, but my site doesn’t go to this version on my iPhone.
I made sure that the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and AMP plugins where disabled and removed as instructed by one of your videos, but this had no effect. I also went through each of my plugins one by one to see if they were conflicting.
Please could you let me know why this mobile option is not working on my website?

Sorry if this question has been asked before but am struggling with it a bit.
I need my authors (who login from the header-login-modal) to be able to access their “account dashboard” where they can see their post-list. Currently when a user logs in – they see the home-page and other posts like any other non-logged-in reader. How/Where can I create a way for them to “write post” ? Should it be a button visible only to logged in users?
I also want to use the following feature but I have not installed the opt-in-builder plugin yet.
Restrict your number of published posts/CPTs based on the Opt-in Builder subscription plan ID. The settings can be seen in the “Add new posts limit section” of the Posts List‘s element settings. For example, you can set the default limit option to the value 0, so free users can not publish posts. Then you can fill in a plan ID and the new limit. This means that only the users subscribed to that plan have the ability to publish posts!
Can you please tell me the steps to follow as my “authors” are currently not subscribed to any plan. Also, “Registration” is disabled on my site as this is by invite-only. I would like that only paying-authors are able to create a certain kind of Custom Post. Example: they can create as many articles, but only limited number of “event-registrations”.

You can hide one element on desktop and unhide it on mobile, for example -> https://imgur.com/GKIKvgt. Every element in the TagDiv Composer has a setting to make it invisible. This setting can be seen in the CSS tab of every element: [Display: HIDDEN]. You can also hide the entire row.
To see the hidden elements in Composer, you can enable this option from Manager -> Settings -> https://i.imgur.com/OkfpxSL.png

I have imported a new Homepage template to a new page as you suggested. I imported the “Pulses Pro” template to the new page. I like this template because the margins are much smaller than my current “Magazine Pro” template, which has wide margins. However, when I imported the Pulses Pro template, it squezed all the content into the margins of the current Magazine Pro template.
What do I have to change so the new imported template has the margins that exist in its demo example and not the margins specified by my current Magazine Pro template? Thank you.

Although I couldn’t understand why authors box shortcode is not working in mobile theme.
If I should add, tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is installed and activated. AMP is also up and running.
Actually all the site is well reflected in the mobile theme but “authors box” seems not working.

First you’ll need to be sure that you have both amp and tagDiv mobile theme plugin activate, after that make sure that you do not have a cache or object cache that is apply on backend.

Screenshots isn’t important as there was just a empty place where ad should be, after i try to place them in article.
The questions are:
1. About “Single Post Content” block when I try to insert it into an article as indicated in the instructions, it duplicates the article and after inserting two articles are displayed, therefore the insertion of the “Single Post Content” block does not work correctly for me.
2. It would be good to receive the exact instruction and code samples of how to include the image advertisement in the articles, in different places, so that it appears either as a square or horizontally.

This malware infects not only theme files but also WordPress files or other plugin files. You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, reinstalling the theme, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)

If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.

Hi Darcy1968, there are no malwares and I can assure you because envato check each package that is set on themeforest.
The problems you are facing are related to the fact that you tried both themes and the theme plugins were no deleted, as example, the Newsmag theme is not compatible with tagDiv Standard Pack and will create critical errors. Also, all the tagDiv plugins from Newsmag are different from Newspaper, so when you want to try one of those themes, you’ll need to make sure that all tagDiv plugins are deleted, otherwise you’ll face critical errors. The themes are similar and the theme plugins but the code inside theme are a little different, so what you’ll need to do is before installing the theme to make sure that there are no tagDiv plugin (those starts with td-), after that you can install the theme and the theme plugins will be automatically installed when you’ll install a prebuilt website.

Sorry for my late response – I was still testing it on my actual site and not a staging one, so unfortunately I was a bit stuck. It turns out my trial wasn’t working and your instructions here to use CPT-ACF might be a better solution.
I have read through the ACF Pro documentation, and I feel it might be a better idea for me to create a quiz using repeater fields etc. and then map it to a template provided by you all.
Would you know of use-case examples such as these?

To follow up, the non featured image in the example post was fixed by changing it from a png to jpg file, if that helps figure out the issue with non-members being able to see the image content, such as the icons in the main menu and social media sharing blocks.
