Hi,

i want to insert a [shortcode] with tagdiv composer.
i try with html but it doesn’t work, so i check in the forum and i found one customer have the same problem and someoone of the support team answer him to try with the block text with title or text with column.

so i try and then when i press the button to edit the content it opens nothing.

i fire up the console and i saw some errors …

Hello everyone,
I want a help because I’m having a problem removing the post views counter with CSS.
I’m doing it with the style.css file on Editor but when I change CSS with:
.td-post-views {
display: none;
}
I don’t get effect.
When I disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin or changing it on Google Chrome Console, it work.
But disabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin the theme changes.

How can I fix it?

As you will see in this post. When I am using LIST the font competly changes and is not the same.

How can I fix this problem?

I need to run a somewhat lengthy string of copyright, affiliations, and other information across the bottom of the website under the footer. The only option I have found in Mag5 template has the text crammed into a third of the width of the page. That makes it a narrow long box of text with a large empty space to the right. How do I get the legalese to run the full width below the footer block?

I don’t know when, but on our page stopped working ajax categories dropdown. They are shown, but when you click on them it moves page to up and nothing is filtred. We use them in Flex Block 4.

I’ve made a research why it does not work. I have tried turning off WP Rocket and Redis object cache, but no results. I’ve found out, that this code from your js (/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js?ver=11.5.1):

When page is completly loaded and subcategories are shown (they are some how lazyloaded) and I paste this code into the console, ajax categories works.

Hi,

I’ve setup a section “Premium” with Flex Block 1.

I’ve assigned a category “premium” to that section. And that assigned category has 3 posts but only 2 posts gets displayed in the frontend.
*Limit post number is set to 6.

Hello,

I’ve tried to find a previous post about this problem but to no avail.

I just updated the theme, and now the website logo, social media blocks, and other video and gallery blocks have disappeared, only showing the short codes.

I tried reverting back to previous version and cleared cache etc, but that didn’t fix the problem. The images and logo are still uploaded.

Through the builder it is not possible for me to do anything as it is blocked.

In the home page of the site some sections have disappeared showing part of the “td-composer” shortcode. Here is an example:

I don’t know if the problem may be due to the latest theme update.

Hello, it seems that since I did uptade the theme, I lost lot of things :
-my logo in header, and in the header styles I do not find any with the logo
-my footer
-all my homepage blocks from wp bakery are gone, and in it they dont exist anymore to create it again

Am I alone to have such problems ? If someone has a solution to that ? Thanks 🙂

I’m trying to list full numbers of articles in category page via set the post numbers in Tag Div Composer for that template. But have no luck to do this.

Rendering in browser shows that found only 3 posts, but there are more than 10 published.

It’s actually called Black 123 on the demo but it’s called Block 124 from the Cloud Menu.

…do I need to import that block? I’d rather ask before I start experimenting.

I need to add more ads on the front page and I only see how to add the 5 custom plus the custom one, how can I do to add more ad blocks?
