Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins , leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and check again if you still have this issue with fonts. Also try to change and resave the font for mobile menu items. I also checked this and did not found any issues on mobiles.
If you still have this issue please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can take a look. Paste also a link to this topic so we can know who you are.
Also I have checked that pie chart on android and did not found issue. On which device and browser did you checked?
Thanks!
Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and check again if you still have this issue. If you don’t activate your plugins one by one and see which one caused this issue.
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site and found these errors in console – http://screencast.com/t/9etQhZPZc also ajax pagination doesn’t work. Please deactivate all plugins except of Visual Composer plugin, clear cache, disable all js/css minification and then check if you still have this issue.
Thanks!
After thinking the ribbon issue was fixed by deactivating one plugin, it popped up again. I started playing with other plugins by deactivating them. For most, whenever I deactivated a plugin, I’d refresh and the ribbon with the “Edit Post,” stats, etc at the top reappeared. After a couple of more refreshes, it disappears again.
I repeated this over with several plugins with the same results — fixed, then reverts back. This makes me think the issue is something else but I have no clue as to what.
I tried clearing cache, different computers and same things every time.
Perhaps the WP-Visual Bakery issue? I deleted it and reinstalled it earlier today as per the instructions.

For the widgets;
Often that is issue with your caching (common with stuff like GoDaddy where you have to keep clearing with the clear cache button to get anything to save properly), or the ajax in your web browser isn’t really saving that. I run into this with IE on Windows sometimes and have to switch to Chrome. Seems to happen randomly with widgets, and only started with WP 4.2x.
Sometimes it’s another plugin you have running which is causing a conflict by possibly trying to load some other additional java element in the admin panel and two copies of jquery loading, etc. — might have to try disabling your other plugins to find which one causing that issue.
So YEAH!!! I did went back to original theme and cleared cache and that fixed my problem.
But I needed my modification back so I reapplied child theme but I started with blank STYLE, then copied and pasted few blocks at a time my modified css, just to make sure everything is normal.
Thank you guys for all your help!

Hi,
I have checked again your page and it seems that Roboto Condensed font is not loaded in your page source. Please deactivate your plugins leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache, also try to change your fonts in Theme Panel and resave. Then check again your page on mozilla, also check the page source and see if the font is loaded.
If this doesn’t work send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this conversation so we can know who you are.
Thanks!
Hi,
@newwalter If you use child theme please switch to the main theme, clear cache and see if this solve the issue. If you don’t have this issue anymore please make sure that you use the same child theme version as the main theme.
If it still happens please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this conversation so we can know who you are.
@guytruong Please make sure that you also use the latest child theme version as I also checked this using child theme and couldn’t recreate this.
Thanks!

Hi again,
I went in and removed my cache plugin and reinstalled it, something must have happend with it that made some things on the site being locked and not updated…
It started to work again after this and after the update to 2.10 so everything is good now 🙂
Thank you for the quick reply and thank you for a great theme…..
Regards
Henrik
Hi,
If you use a cache plugin just go to the plugin’s settings and clear cache. If you don’t use a plugin just delete browser’s cache.
Also if this doesn’t work I need to inspect this, so please provide a link when I can access it.
Thanks!
Hi,
I’m not sure what the issue is please provide your site URL so we can take a look.
Also you have to change the css code in style.css file as the default style is loading first and because of the cascading property of the css style appears the delay you have noticed. So try to remove this code – http://screencast.com/t/77pQNXhaN then clear cache and see if it works.
Please note that this change will affect also other headers so if you change the header style revert this change.
Thanks!

Hi Tagdiv,
Yes I did update the plugin to 2,10 yesterday and the cache is cleared a couple of times each day. But as you show me this issue might then be on my end with cache that is not updated correctly.
I will erase the cache more and reenter the facebook ID.
Thank you for checking in to this anyway 🙂
Hi,
I also checke your facebook ID and did not found any issues – http://screencast.com/t/AHUL8CPlwVoo – http://screencast.com/t/2dLTQYph0F
Please make sure that you use the latest Social Counter version 2.10, try to re-add your facebook ID and clear cache. Let me know!
Thanks!
Clearing cache worked for me when that happened.
Be sure to clear cache on your server and/or CDN also, *and* the web browser. With Chrome you have to clear history, with IE you obviously need to clear cache; FF sometimes cache doesn’t clear properly.
If using mod_pagespeed you have to turn it OFF to clear cached copies of CSS files.
You can also try editing your menu and resaving it to “reset” it.
YEs i did clear cache and purged files, also tried disabling plugins.
anything else i should try?
Try clearing your caches; turn off all plugins except Visual Composer.
If something “suddenly’ changes on your site, good idea to keep track of why, and possibly “go back” or turn off something you just updated.
Be sure to make backups of things prior to doing any updates.
Hi,
can you kindly explain me how I can clear the cache??
Thanks
Marco Sutter
Hi,
Please clear your cache and purge your files if you use CDN. Also you can check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks!
Hi,
I cannot replicate this, please make sure that you have added the code properly and clear cache. I have checked the code that I have provide to you and it works fine – http://screencast.com/t/Rp8J2p21zx
Thanks!

Hi,
I have checked your site and the ads are there – http://screencast.com/t/qfgUqXmqqrq please make sure that you have added your code properly and you don’t break google policies – https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en
Also please note that it might take a while until your ads to appear(even a few days) and you can try this also without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and check it.
Thanks!
Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and check again if it works. If you don’t have this issue anymore activate your plugins one by one and see which one caused the issue.
Also provide your site url so we can check this as I also checked this and it works fine with the latest theme version.
Thanks!
Hi,
I also tested this and it works, please try without slash(I see that I put a wrong / to the img src, maybe that’s the problem): http://screencast.com/t/poGn1Ao0 – http://screencast.com/t/RCzhtNv4Ea
<a href="#"><img src="http://martatalavera.com.mialias.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/CABECERA_SHOWROOM-optimizada2.jpg">hola</a>
Also check this without any plugins leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if works.
Thanks

For about a week now I’ve received a series of fatal error messages lately, maybe one in three times I visit the website. One by one I’ve shut down plugins like WP Total Cache, WordPress SEO etc and Godaddy suggested replacing core files if the problems persist.
Any idea why I keep getting these messages?
Last week there were these messages:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/content/67/11400967/html/throughcracks/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/frontend/class-opengraph.php on line 521

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0
Then it went away for a few days.
Now I’m getting these.
The last two look like they may be associated with WPBakery Visual Composer?
Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77824 bytes) in /home/content/67/11400967/html/throughcracks/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/settings/class-vc-settings.php on line 1087
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/content/67/11400967/html/throughcracks/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/settings/class-vc-settings.php on line 731
So far it seems like it has been primarily limited to the front page I believe. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,
Try this code in your header style file – http://pastebin.com/cAx8Bmf0
And use only this custom css to add background as the logo and the ad are already positioned: http://screencast.com/t/cWnFn9gdYt
.full-bg {
background-color: red;
}
Unfortunately Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer is not tested with the theme, so I can only recommend you to check this also without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons active, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. Also if you still have issues with it please try with a default theme and see how it goes.
Thanks!
