Hello,
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello stax,
Please refer to the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-47/
Regarding the second question, please clear all of your caches, browser caches and purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
This could be a browser cache issue if only one browser sees the issue. Please clear your firefox browser cache.
Also please try to test without any plugins. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Thank you!
@svharishtech They seem to be displayed properly on Firefox at the moment

@dcarrero On this website there is no issue anymore
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9uYNq7jsywj
On the other website there are still styles missing, the socials are missing the theme design, it is not applied. Please try again, clear all caches and clear CDN files. It is most likely a caching issue.
Hello,
if you are talking about the leverage browser cache section, please check the syntax used in the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash "access plus 604800 seconds"
Thanks.
Hello,
This usually happens because of ssl implementation not done properly. Please change the site url and home url to https if you have ssl enabled.
Also please make sure you do not use any untested plugins. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
We have not encountered this issue before. We cannot recreate it on our end.
Please try to disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello gabibeck,
I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing, without any untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello benjaone1,
Make sure that all of your block elements have been made with TD Composer and not with Visual Composer because then could appear some problems. Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello benjaone1,
Please keep in mind that I have checked this option on my website and it seems to work as expected, without any problems. Most likely, this problem happens due to a bad theme installing or because of that, you are using some untested plugins which can break this functionality. Try to make a new clean install, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Regarding wp-rocket, we are aware of the plugin popularity but we already have a tested and recommended plugin to use with our theme. We cannot keep 2 cache plugins in check on every update. We can only make adjustments for 1 cache plugin and for the moment that plugin is wp super cache. If in the future we decide to change that plugin, we will consider wp rocket, but until such time, wp super cache will remain the tested and recommended plugin. This does not mean it will not work at all. It simply means it could have settings that will not work properly with the theme as we are not adjusting our theme for the compatibility of the specific plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This issue is a caching issue as we have encountered it before. I cannot see it on your site now though so maybe it got fixed in the meantime. If not, please check from a different browser and clear all caching including cdn server. Please only use wp super cache though.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please deactivate and delete your current composer plugin as well as the multi-purpose plugins and install them again from the main the plugins section. The make sire you clear all caching including browser cache. (ctrl+shift+del on chrome)
Thank you!
Hello,
I have te4sted on my site and the Smart list images seem to work as expected on AMP version, without any problem regarding on crop images, sorry! Also, I see on your website that your images are cropped incorrectly as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cwhsl59P4oyf It seems to be some custom code injected on your site which caused this error, sorry! Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello joshwest3,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the stretch container and content for your header and that’s why all of your item menus are aligned to the left. Check the Theme panel from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IcEMkRVfjF and change the option from there to be No Stretch, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Azizm59,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. All the menus can be created from WordPress, Menus section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rHy1J7RDeIvc Also, make sure that your system status parameters are increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/, remove all of the untested plugins, purge CDN files and check the results. You can provide some useful screenshots with the problem if this will persists to be there.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Matija,
It seems to be very weird. Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause this error, sorry! My advice is to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that, by default, the theme does not have any kind of problems with that borders, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
You are welcome. For cache plugin, the theme recommends wp super cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Here is an image of what I have to edit my pages (other than the home page) https://prnt.sc/igfupx
Which plugin did you install to empty your cache without deleting the site?
That’s weird. If you have installed the td mobile plugin and activated, then you should see this box at the end of a page http://prntscr.com/igfo2k. Unless you clear your website and browser cache and try again (I always disable cache for logged in users in my cache plugin).
I can see your pages on my smartphone, including the homepage. Try using another browser or tell your friends to check. Clear browser and website cache and try again. (I don’t work here).
Hi,
Purged and CDN and cache. But the issue still remains.
The button appears fine on Chrome. But no on firefox and safari.
Hi, how do I put this resource under the cache gtmetrix marks it out of cache, in the htacess file I specified the expiere dates as recommended by you
Thank you

Speed booster is already enabled, yes.
Yes, I know you have a list of plugins you have tested, but I’d have thought testing with different cache plugins shouldn’t be too hard to do, and in the case of wp-rocket has been asked many times by many different people. It’s not a one-off request for an obscure cache plugin nobody uses..!
