Hello PrabathR,
I have checked your website and I did not saw any kind of problem with it. It seems to work as expected. You should provide some useful screenshots with the error if the behavior of the theme will persist. Also, I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!

Hello mifwebid,
Most likely, all of these errors happened due to a bad theme installing. My advice is to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. Regarding on feature video, make sure that you have correctly added the Video according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ I have made some tests on my side with this demo and everything seems to work as expected.
Thanks for the message!

Hello Cahtryn,
Make sure that your old version of Visual Composer has been removed and then you should follow these steps. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. Please check our useful guide for theme installing from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-installing-demos/

Hello @Simion
I do not know how it works today.
I think that’s the problem cache. I use Cloudflare, when I cleaned the cache, did not work right away but today there is no error.
My site is dnevne.net
Hello PAPPACLART,
Please check your system status parameters to be increased according to our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. I have tested the theme with the latest version of WordPress and I did not saw any problems, sorry! You should provide some useful screenshots so I can see the error.

Hi,
There are some errors on the website from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fNNCWSOaiq6f
The mobile theme is sensitive to caching, it may not work properly under particular configurations. If possible try as a quick test to deactivate the cache plugin currently used, activate the mobile plugin and check if the issue is solved.
Thanks
Hello cysec,
I have inspected your website but I did not saw any kind of problem with your site. Everything seems to work as expected. Try to clear all the browser cache and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi there,
Same problem here: https://www.elquintobeatle.com/2018/01/17/the-orielles-estrenan-blue-suitcase-disco-wrist-nuevo-adelanto-album-debut/
In mobile works fine, but not in desktop. I tried to flush cache, Cloudlfare and browser cookies.
Hello perlstein,
Notice that the Load More functionality is too sensible and it might be broken very easily if you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core file. The first step for WordPress debugging is to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If you should decide that the theme is not suited for the website, we will be able to provide a refund if requested.
There are many guides here on the forum regarding page speed optimization. Such as these

Hopefully you can try some of these suggestions provided by theme users, and get better results in the matter.

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please remove any image optimization tools you might have on your site. Your images get resized but it’s not by the theme.

Hello cysec,
Clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so we can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Other caching plugins or configurations might work as well, I said we tested the theme with WP Super Cache only, which is widely used and it does not create any issues. That is why it is recommended.
Thanks
Hello,
This issue usually happens because of the cache plugin and cdn server. please only use wp super cache and cloudlflare and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!
Thanks ! Was the cache !
Hello Cthulhus,
Make sure that all image added in gallery links to media file -> http://screencast.com/t/s5gD0OcrFkqr clear the cache memory then test again.
Thanks!
Hi Simion
I understand your Preference for WP Super Cache. But a good WP theme should work with other Standard Caching-plugins as well.
Cheers
Hansjörg
We recently updated our site to https, however the when the older posts appear in Related articles the old url appears before the page rule enforcing https comes into effect. Is there a way of forcing the related articles links to be refreshed? If I select one of these articles, I see that its permalink is in fact https, even though when it appears as a related article it isnt.
I have tried disabling Related articles in the theme, flushing the cache, and reactivating but that has not resolved the issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi,
It would not be considered as a bug if the theme by default works as intended, the issue is not happening on a default theme. There are no problems with the images in the actual theme.
We have only tested the theme with WP Super Cache, which works properly and is not causing any issues of such kind
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
I’ve tried disabling any plugins that were added recently and then purging the cache, but its still not working
Yeah, deactivated every plugin, clear the cache, deletet the Template, reeinstall WordPress, reeinstall the Template and same error. Mail is on the way.
Hi,
The view counter on posts should count each page view and increase the value accordingly. Issues with this functionality are usually caused by caching. There is an option you could try and enable
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
Enable this and clear all caches. Check if the count is working properly.
Thanks
