Hi, I did everything but purge CDN files that I could not find out where it is and I still have [td_block_trending_now][td_block_big_grid_1]
[td_block_16 custom_title=”Trámites y Noticias” category_ids=”1, 66″ limit=”6″][td_block_ad_box spot_id=”sidebar”][td_block_popular_categories custom_title=”Guía de México” limit=”12″]
[td_block_16 custom_title=”Escapadas y Turismo” category_ids=”89, 53, 90″ limit=”10″] on my phone.
Please advice how to purge CDN files and is there anything else I can do?
Thanks again.
Hi Matt,
You can use both but please make sure you set them exactly like explained here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
and https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!
Hello ChRoM,
Please checked again your system status to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, you can contact your hosting provider, tell this problem and see what they say about this.
Also, if you are using some untested plugins, you can try to remove all of them because these can interact with the theme files and cause a lot of issues.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello timski82,
First of all, please disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the required plugins and check the results. Consult this guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hi,
As I can see most all of the links on the site are not working. I recommend deactivating all the plugins (including the analytics plugin you have installed) except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files. Also check any customization you may have made to the theme, code added in Theme panel or added in the theme files. Then check to see if the problem is fixed.
Thanks
Hi,
All I can tell you is that somehow it is inserted in the content – https://www.screencast.com/t/Vj56RHgfDJS Try checking the custom code fields in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/xoQdYuOopta But if you are sure that nothing was added to the theme files, and tried disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear cache and purge cdn files then maybe you should do a clean install as suggested. Or try to contact the person that has implemented this.
Thanks
Hello shorebeat,
I recommend you doing a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. After this, you should install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins which can appear when you use some untested plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Notice that until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try the above advice and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello amsam1979,
Unfortunately, this type of problem does not come from our theme, sorry! You should find some online solution in this regard because might be a lot of reasons for this. Ensure that you have cleared all your caches, server caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, you can contact the hosting provider, tell the problem and see what they say about this regard.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello kr15k0,
The problem seems to be generated by CDN. You can find a solution here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/ Also, if the problem will not be solved with this advice, please try to find other online solutions in this regard because the origin of this issue can be more complex and depends on a lot of things and it is not theme related.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
It seems the ad is coming from a raw html element and it is linking to a Facebook address – https://www.screencast.com/t/m0rnExCDBN Maybe this code is inserted directly in the theme single post and category files. You could take a look in the category.php file – https://www.screencast.com/t/gropsNLlY and the post single files – https://www.screencast.com/t/bVmbyjmzFR and check for any code in the structure. You could try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files, maybe a plugin is causing this. If none of these suggestions work, you could make a fresh theme install with the latest version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ install only the theme bundled plugins and this should solve this issue.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
I have inspected some of your articles but I do not see any ad related problems – https://www.screencast.com/t/kBdRziEhjM1b – https://www.screencast.com/t/O9auVkQ6hJ in your post page. Maybe the compression plugin you are using is not fully compatible with the theme, this meaning unexpected results. If the problem reappears, you should try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files. However you should consider updating the theme and the required plugins to the latest version – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Hello tkery,
Please check our system status parameters and increase all of them to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Hello,
It seems the black color is coming from your end. The theme css does not apply as it is rewritten by either a custom css in the theme panel or a plugin css.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,
Please try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and purge cdn files if used, then check again. If this does not fix the problem, you could do a fresh install with the latest version using the ftp method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and install only the recommended plugins that come with the theme. Also make sure you use the latest Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Thanks
Hello,
It could be. That is why we always recommend disabling all plugins except visual composer. any plugin that is not on this list could provide issues: https://www.screencast.com/t/iXwxq3Ow6CH
In order to reset cdn files you must use a cdn server like cloudflare for example but if you do not use a cdn then you do not have to do anything in this regard.
Thank you!

Hi,
It seems that the image is not found on the server – https://www.screencast.com/t/eVCxUgCFP2k Make sure the image source is valid and it still exists in the post and the server. You could also try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and purge cdn files to rule out a plugin conflict or a plugin causing this.
Thanks
Now… one more thing.
I strugled a little to add the Facebook Comments Moderation Tool.
Although he Facebook Developer guide for comments it’s sufficient and easy to follow it can be a litle tricky and can mislead your perception that moderation is not working. Here is hw I fixed to add Moderation Tool to my Facebook Comments Plugin. Here it is the documentation from facebook: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments/#moderation
First of all, you have to be in a point where you already see Facebook comments plugin on your page(s), okay? Only after you fix this is the time to step forward to add moderation on it.
1 – You have to make sure you Facebook App you’ve just created for your comments it is well setup. To make sure, go to you App Panel (https://developers.facebook.com/apps) open your app and make sure that a) it’s live/public under APP REVIEW section (right menu) and then that your configuration for your app is complete under Configuration (or Settings depending of your language). In this configuration section you have to make sure you have added a plataform for website / site. To add that you just click in Add new Plataform on the bottom of the page and select the option SITE. In the field that will open you put your URL for your blog for example: http://nicedomainname.com/blog. After you’ve done this you go to field up above named App Domains and inform the main domain name which is this case would be: nicedomainname.com and then you save your configurations. This all you have to do in your app before proceed.
2 – Then, you go to the moderation tool and do a little tunning on it. To access Facebook’s moderation tool you can use this link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments. Make sure you select the app your are working on from the drop-box. Then you just need to click on Configuration (or Settings depending of your language) and do some adjustments on the options it shows. Observe that this is where you say to Facebook to mirror all comments from your blog from/to one of your FB’s pages (this option only works from the time you activate this and cannot be deactivated for a page after it is done, so choose it carefully although it is a nice feature). And for the last make sure you add all moderators under the moderators tab including yourself. (Note that you have to be friend of the person you want to add as moderator). You can explore all other options but basically in this area that’s all you need.
3 – Then you will need a little of programming again. But it is just a little. All you have to do is to add this litte piece of code within your <head> tag in your header.php file: <meta property=”fb:app_id” content=”YOUR APP ID” /> …. more specifically add this under this line <meta charset=”<?php bloginfo( ‘charset’ );?>” />. In the end your header could look like this (I’m using Newspaper so pay attention for any different. However the end result should looks similar):
<head>
<title><?php wp_title(‘|’, true, ‘right’); ?></title>
<meta charset=”<?php bloginfo( ‘charset’ );?>” />
<meta property=”fb:app_id” content=”YOUR APP ID” />
<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0″>
<link rel=”pingback” href=”<?php bloginfo( ‘pingback_url’ ); ?>” />
<?php
wp_head(); /** we hook up in wp_booster @see td_wp_booster_functions::hook_wp_head */
?>
</head>
4 – Update your site, purge all caches and wait Facebook scrap recycling identify all changes which can take hours or days. And this is where I can say can be tricky and misleading. Because all you need to do are within the 3 steps above. However, if you try to immediatly see the moderation tool gets activated that will not attend your expectations because facebook is slow to identify all changes. BUT, and this is a nice thing, you can FORCE facebook to extract your pages and identify the brand new tag you’ve just inserted on your header.
All you need to do is to go to debug page and force this. The link is this: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing. Paste your URL with the facebook plugin and check if facebook can read your app id. In most cases the last time facebook extrated your page could be days before. Than you have this button “Extract again” that will force Facebook system to read again your page. Check if now your metatags are correct and if you app id shows up in fb:app_id field. If it shows up you can now reload your page and see the option “Moderation Tool” in the Comment box: Like this https://scontent-gru2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.2365-6/12448449_1702676243339764_782736789_n.png?oh=15556d00a727244cb75e95a9033048ad&oe=592F427A . If you don see anything yet or your App Id is not showing up after you have added to your header, check if you have paste the code correctly, if your App ID is correct, if your App is Public already or if you have updated your site (update a page for example) and if you have purged all caches. It has to be quite straight forward to implement this.
If you’ve done all right you will start seeing comments getting to be reviewed or in “public” area of Facebook moderation tool.
