Hello,
If you have a standard footer, then you need to go in Theme Panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks => https://www.screencast.com/t/xX3bAZHRd and delete the sign “#” on the field for the rest of the social icons, and set only the URL for Pinterest =>https://www.screencast.com/t/XnCqKxwc8D
If you have a footer template from Cloud Library, you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/HmmQYAVuMPa, select the social icons=> and you need to do the same as I said above => https://www.screencast.com/t/wSZ74JRpsi
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I have created a new footer in the cloud library and saved it. then when I need to re-edit the template it won’t show the tardive composer so I cant edit it. then I uninstalled tagDiv Composer and reinstalled it, but still, it looks the same.
http://prntscr.com/13lkss9
On my website I am detecting abnormal behavior in the featured image.
If I choose the “Default” or “Style 2” template in the theme settings panel, the featured image is resized to 50% height and 50% width when the page is loaded in frontend. However, this does not always happen: if you reload the page, it goes back to the 696×495 size (the correct dimension), if you reload again it becomes 348×247.5, if I reload again it remains 348×247.5, then it goes back to 696×495 and so on. Of course I’m talking about the website’s desktop mode. AMP and mobile view are perfect.
I’ve tried disabling all plugins, but the problem is still there. I have cleared the cache, but the problem is still there. If I choose another template for posts (“Style 3”, “Style 4” and so on) the featured image does not show any anomalies.
I also disabled the cache plugin (LiteSpeed) which uses the lazy load feature on both the featured image and all other images published, but the problem is still there. Also, this problem is only on the featured image, while all other images are loaded in the correct size.
I also checked the html code with browser console and the image is called to its original size (696×495) and the width and height tags in are set correctly as well. But however the image is displayed at 50% of the actual size.
I know that it is possible to use a template from the Cloud Library for set properly featured image size, but I cannot enable this feature, because in the past the website has crashed due to Cloud Library enabled and now I need to stay with the standard mode.
In the past everything worked fine. Maybe a bug?
Hello,
If you use Cloud Library, these templates can’t be set in the child theme. Child Theme uses the standard templates.
If you have the right skills, maybe you can achieve that, but for this, you need to have very good programming skills. For the moment we don’t have a solution for this, because the cloud templates are made so that you can make changes using tagDiv Composer, not in the files of the theme.
Unfortunately, implementations and customizations are not covered by support, but if you want you can contact our team our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
I’m sorry, I don’t understand exactly what you mean with post settings missing, you don’t have all settings for the post (or only a setting).
Please check if you have the tagDiv plugins activate(tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack), also please check if you have other plugins, if you have, please deactivate them and see if the problem persists.
Also, please send some screenshots of what the theme panel looks like for you.
Thank you!
Thanks for the response Anamaria, appreciate it!
Let’s say if I want to change that cloud library Blank page code a bit, can I make use of the child theme concept? If yes, what should be the path of these files? can you pls explain the way it’s explained for the standard template child theme here => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for reaching out. Can you please be more specific about the empty columns between the blocks? Do you refer to the usage of columns while using the tagDiv Composer page builder? If this is the case, the empty columns appear only in the editing mode and are displayed only if you have a row divided in multiple columns and you don’t add any elements in some of the columns. This will leave the columns empty and the message “empty column” will be displayed. However, this can only be seen in the editing mode. If you need help with this, please let us know and we will guide you through.
The WPBackery page builder cannot be used along with the tagDiv Composer. They are not compatible. I’m sorry for this inconvenience! You can use the WPBackery plugin if you want. But you cannot use the tagDiv Cloud Library nor the PRO demos, as well as other tools that include the Header Builder, Footer Manager, and more, because the functionality is given by the tagDiv Composer page builder. We’ve specifically created this custom page builder so you can easily edit pages and posts on the frontend using adaptive elements and amazing visuals. Unfortunately, there’s no possible way to make two different page builders work at the same time. They have distinct functionality and coding specifications.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello,
In this path are the all single post templates => wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single and the file where is the single post title is here wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/single/tdb_state_single.php => https://i.imgur.com/eThibEr.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Thank you!
Hello, I am trying to create the following:
– I want a “default” cloud library template for every category, which I achieved by going to theme options -> layout settings -> category -> category global settings and choosing the template I want
– I want another template, that is slightly modified from the one I used for global display, for a specific category. I went to: options -> layout settings -> category -> per category settings to set this up
Category with global option: http://wordpress-501840-1881548.cloudwaysapps.com/poglavje/destinacije/afrika/juzna-afrika/
Category with “per category” option: http://wordpress-501840-1881548.cloudwaysapps.com/poglavje/destinacije/afrika/etiopija/
I you check the above urls you will see, that content on both of the category pages are the same. After some fiddling I found out, that if I change some content on any category template, the changes get copied to others. I was changing the title on hero image and the changes always get reflected to the other template.
I also have and issue, that this category content is also being displayed on the front page. But I was not trying to fix this just yet.
I would really appreciate your help,
thank you
Hi Anamaria,
I appreciate your quick response. Based on your reply, I have few more queries:
Let’s say I have imported blank template from Cloud LIbrary. Then using Composer, I have designed it and set all my header, blocks etc etc. Named as it “Roller”
Then I want to add a code in that blank page template after the Title. This unique code can’t be added from the composer element, I need to add that PHP code manually in that blank page template file.
Can you tell me which file do I need to access and made changes pls?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
The blank pages (cloud templates) are saved/store in the database. Those have a different structure from the rest of the normal templates. For cloud templates, the theme has individual PHP files for each element and using tagDiv composer and tagDiv Cloud Library those can be set together.
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no setting in this element for view count.
You can modify the file from td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_loop.php
Please note that any change you make in the theme files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after every update.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have a standard header, then you can change the height from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts -> Header -> Top Menu and set the line-height => https://www.screencast.com/t/7dKZk5iPT
But, if you have a header template from cloud Library, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer, and you can set the height on the row => https://www.screencast.com/t/AETGk2zY3
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have tagDiv Standard pack enabled and the styles do not appear, then it means that you have installed a Pro Prebuilt Website and the header and footer design can be edited from the front-end with tagDiv Composer. The templates are from Cloud Library, and these can be edited with tagDiv Composer.
With tagDiv Composer, you can redesign the templates style as you want.
You can check our channel https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv that can help you!
Also, if you want to use a standard header/footer, then you need to assign to “No template” => https://www.screencast.com/t/tr7u03NZCqC2
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I will like to add to this and share my setup.
1. I always start with the foundation, The hosting. I host on Digital Ocean – DO Link it is one of the best VPS hosting and quite affordable. This allows me to control what I install.
I use Nginx rather than Apache for the server since it’s fast and easy to implement http/2, which helps speed up things. Digital Ocean has a handy tool that can help you configure the best Nginx Settings for performance and security. It is available here: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tools/nginx.
For my setup, I have Ubuntu 20.04, Latest Nginx, Mysql 8, and PHP 7.4. I also add Redis Cache since I am using AMP on my site.
Then make sure the php.ini is set to these values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/.
2. WordPress
When it comes to WordPress, I make sure I have the latest version and only install the plugins I need and keep them to the basics.
This is categorized under – Theme specific plugins like Tag div composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Mobile Theme (since I use AMP). I don’t install the others.
Then I get one for security, for speed; I get caching and image compression, SEO, contact form, and user tracking.
I have – Yoast, Ithemes security, Google Sitekit, WP ROCKET, Imagify, Forminator, and Redis Object Cache.
The plan is to use few plugins as much as possible.
3. Theme customization – I follow most of the guides here, but I don’t enable lazyload in theme settings, and I make sure not to load google fonts. (There is a feature in tagDiv composer where you can use only system fonts).
4. WP Rocket – I enable most of the features, and since using the mobile theme, I enable mobile cache. The most important feature is where you can delay Javascript execution; it does wonders.
The rest will depend on your setup. I think the theme has improved, and it is not a challenge to achieve good lab scores.
I am waiting to see how field data will change over time.
*Pardon my English.
Hello,
I’m sorry, I don’t understand exactly what ads you mean. Can you give me a screenshot?
If you use a header standard template from the Theme Panel, then you can remove the ad from the header, from Theme Panel -> ADS -> Header ad => https://www.screencast.com/t/GsmrFOmBjDo please delete this code, if you have a header template from Cloud Library, you can delete it edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/nqMn2clY -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VjdUbCMlVX1 and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/dIOISaoJd
Thank you!
i use Cloud Library to create footers. i don’t understand why i can’t edit it in TagDiv Composer. when i click Theme Panel, it shows only template session, no footers setting.

Hello,
What do you use for the footer?
Footer from Theme Panel, footer template from Cloud Library or footer page?
https://www.screencast.com/t/Sc2ePG6M9WJB please check if you have assigned a footer page.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can do that using tagDiv Composer by editing the ROW options: https://www.screencast.com/t/Q0gowVOij7li or similar headers can be imported from the Cloud library and you will be able to edit them with composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/V8fom29fnc79
Thank you!

Hello,
You can find the category grid 1 in this path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/modules/tdb_module_cat_grid_1.php
Also, in this path you will find the posts loop wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/modules/ => https://www.screencast.com/t/X4zQ1yXP
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello, @lcsrn,
If you want only to hide the post title, then if you use a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, you can delete the title of the post edit with tagDiv Composer and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/pQaeyeBayQ
If you use Standard Post Template, then you need to use a custom code CSS =>
.td-post-title
{
display:none!important;
}
This code needs to be set in Theme Panel> Custom code> Custom CSS.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
The WPBakery is in the theme package. You can find it in Newspaper-tf\plugins\js_composer.zip\js_composer https://www.screencast.com/t/uQ8jjISd.
Also, if you want to use the tagDiv Cloud Library, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Thank you!
