Hi there,
Since a week ago the single post page starting not displaying the FB-like button properly. https://imgur.com/B8v38bN
Even though the connection to FB page is set https://imgur.com/7G8ktFk and after having purged:
– Cloudflare CDN
– website cache ( tested on Litespeed cache and super cache)
– browser cache ( tested on Brave, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, and Safari)
Any advice?
Thanks
I would like to submit a bug report regarding the post loop inside of the tag div composer.
I have a page with a category’s posts and a dozen of ads. In order to better arrange everything, I attempted to split the content into three logical sections, and insert ads in between those. In the previous format I had a Category Grid 2 on top (entire row), then a full row banner, and then a 2/3 post loop on the left, and a 1/3 ads column on the right.
In the new format I had a 2/3 Category Grid 2 on the top, and a 1/3 column on the right, with one ad box on the top of the column, and a post loop with an offset of 5 posts, and a limit of 2 posts just below that. The remainder of the page remained as before, with the only difference being that the post loop under the full row banner, I set the offset to 7 this time, to compensate for the introduction of the previous post loop.
No matter what settings I configured the second post loop after that, the post limit would not change; it was being affected by the upper post loop, and was limiting the posts to 2 per page for the lower post loop as well. Obviously affected by the upper post loop, and I tried everything in my powers, including deleting the lower post loop, and saving, and reloading, and re-inserting a new post loop and configuring it anew, clearing the cache memory, clearing the cloudflare cache memory, firing up a private browser to test without browser memory, and what not. I even tried using a post loop 2 in place of the post loop, for both the upper and the lower positions alternatively, so as to make sure no rules of the type A affected the instance of the type B. Everything was useless. Every time the lower post loop would be affected by the upper post loop’s settings.
As soon as I deleted the upper post loop and introduced a couple of ads in its place, the problem with the lower post loop went away.
I thought somebody else could benefit from my experience, and perhaps bringing it to your attention you could come up with a fix in the meantime, hence my posting this here publicly. I don’t really need any further assistance with this in my case for the time being, as I have come up with a workaround that allows me to move on.
Thank you.
Hello!
Please edit the page with TagDiv Composer if you use a cloud template, click on that title and increase the font size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Qi87tyNL0 ; and for mobile you need to select the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; and edit the title and you will have the same settings there.
Thank you!
Just to be clear. I would have to switch back to a non-cloud post template for in-article auto ads to work right?

I have an old template in the Cloud Library (used for single posts) and need to find which posts are using that template. Is there a way to see a list of posts that are using a specific single post template?
Conversely, if I remove that template, will the posts that were using it go back to the default template chosen for single posts?
Hello!
Please note that a lot has changed since version 7, Nowadays the Newspaper theme is fully built using tagDiv Composer. Editing cloud library templates / demos with Visual composer it is not possible.
Our recommendation is to take a look at some of our video guides and design your website using tagDiv Composer: https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv
Thank you!
Hi,
The subtitle code for the single post template is set on this file path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_subtitle.php
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi Edged,
There is no problem, just make sure that you have set the auto ads only once, because is not allow more the 1 auto ads. As for the Gourmet Pro prebuild website this is made with cloud templates, therefore the ads need to be set with tagDiv Composer on single post content in ads tab -> https://i.imgur.com/4hfOlNm.jpg but as I said before, please use only one auto ads, do not call it more then one time, because this will be set randomly there AdSense consider that is the right place, for the rest of ads, use normal ads.
Thank you!
Hi dharmendra11, I just checked your website with my mobile and for me this is look to have a different menu, also this seems to work correctly, here are some screens from my mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/51wPZBs.png -> https://i.imgur.com/EPNXb1b.png
Also the footer section it is a cloud template from tagdiv Cloud library , for this you need to edit the page or cloud template with tagDiv Composer select the mobile view port and go to footer section. -> https://i.imgur.com/tjcJ7HA.png
I hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Hello!
Please provide a link to your website. From what I can tell you are using a PRO Demo or a cloud library template. Either one of this is fully editable using tagDiv Composer. That means that you will have to edit your pages individually. As for the sidebar, please take a look at our video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate taking the time to explain your point of view regarding our product and its functionality. We understand that you are not satisfied with the latest updates, but the other products you mentioned go beyond the functionality of a news WordPress theme. One of the aforementioned themes works with a universal page builder used by many other themes as well. In tagDiv Composer, we’ve created the functionality, the pre-built editable templates from the tagDiv Cloud Library, including the PRO demos which are totally customizable from top to bottom – everything is specially built to meet the requirements of a blog, news, magazine, or any other publishing-related websites.
The mentioned products are aimed at different industries and are sold outside the Envato Market, while their functionality and customers’ demands are totally distinct from ours. For example, some themes can be downloaded for free and to get the needed functionality you have to pay for additional plugins.
We have a list of suggestions and features’ requests and each of our updates is based on it. The more requested a feature is, the sooner we can implement it. However, we cannot implement every small feature or add compatibility with all the plugins available. I’m sorry that you feel disappointed.
If you feel that Newspaper doesn’t meet your expectations anymore, we’re really sorry to see you go. We are always here to assist you with your theme.
Thank you for understanding.

Hello,
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Also, if you want please send the URL from the staging website, to inspect it.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad that you managed to find the source of problem and fix it for you.
Also,we recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Have a nice day!
Hello,
Indeed, is a Standard Template, but this is a standard template from WordPress and this is used as default (this is provided in the theme files to be use when the tagDiv Standard Pack or tagDiv Cloud Library are disable).
There is no option to remove it.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I can confirm that after changing the post template to the default one (non cloud library template), the auto-linker worked according to the limit (only 3 instances of the keyword is converted into a link).
Thanks!
Hello!
There is a custom CSS code in that page.
If you use a cloud template, then it is a workaround to achieve that by adding an element called “Inline text” and uncheck the option Display inline and write the text in description with the lines also.
Thank you!
Hello!
Have you tried this on a post that does not use a cloud library template ? Try inserting a test post, and change the layout to a standard one. Let us know if the issue is still there.
Thank you!
Hello !
You can add the last modified date when using a single post template from the cloud library and insert the element using the tagdiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/bcvOaDDzMoUa
Thank you !
Hello!
If you need this in theme panel you will have to contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/ Unfortunately this is not covered by the support policy.
If you’re using PRO Demos or cloud library templates you are able the add the ads directly into the template as you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU
Thank you!
Hello,
Do you use a standard header from Theme Panel? If yes, then you can’t customize it with tagDiv Composer, you can customize it only if the header template is from Cloud Library.
Thank you!
Update: I found that the wp_options table also contained an old entry for
s:29:"td_default_site_post_template";s:17:"single_template_5"
I removed that and made sure that the default template for the site was strill my custom cloud template.
I rechecked the database and the theme put this back into td_011:
s:29:"td_default_site_post_template"
Which still points to something called “Standard Template” that I cannot edit.
What can I do?
