Whensover i put the header ad code or sidebar code of medlife a GREY blank portion appears how to solve it ? And the header ad looks proper on desktop but in mobile theme a blank grey portion appears , i am having 5 months support pending and a newbie to wordpress so please help in simple non techy way. check below the screenshots of the grey blank area

The big issue regarding similar problem is with the TagDivComposer the blue on the left, there is nothing we can do there, even if we use our screen settings. Make that responsible, as most of the time, we are guessing what to do..

Yes, indeed the new cloud library offers the possibility of placing the author avatar next to the author name. Sorry, it slipped my mind with all of the new options available. My bad. 🙂
Hey, When I pick a a template from cloud templates and hit create template I get this error in red at the top of the page and everything stops working
Erros happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindviewsModelsWrappersi()!

Just updated to Newspaper 8.8.1 and would like to use a template from the CLoud Library but when I click onto the template I would like to use there is no option to import the template to my site.
Has anyone else had this problem? Anybody know how to fix it?
I’ve recently updated to version 8.8 and imported one of the multipurpose demos. So far so good…
After i changed some of the pages with my info, i tried importing some demo sections from the cloud and the import process hangs. I received the following error in console:
js_files_for_wp_admin.min.js?ver=dee196c4efff2c8bf5c2ff4c4b4e736e:137 [Vue warn]: Error in nextTick: “InvalidCharacterError: Failed to execute ‘btoa’ on ‘Window’: The string to be encoded contains characters outside of the Latin1 range.”
This happens only on pages i’ve edited and added info and not on empty pages.
I then tried importing the section on an empty page. I saved the row and tried importing it to the page i want. On the editor preview it shows, but on the actual page it is as if it does not exist.

Hi all. I’m pleased to report this issue has been fixed.
After adding the Cloud Template to my theme, then making it the default, I had to edit the template and reimport the Cloud Template for it to work properly. Hope this is helpful for anyone else experiencing this issue.
I’m still having issues with the attachment template, but I will take the small victories where I can get them!
I got a plugin that creates and uses custom fields and display them into views. This plugin works needs to know on what post it’s inserted at any time.
This works fine with Newspapper, and even with the cloud template as long as it’s on the post body the shortcode to call the data. If i use it on other parts of the cloud template, end of text, side area or any other, he just returns the page as the url of the Cloud Template associated.
Any way to get the ID of the page, or the URL, to get this working?
Thank you for that! Unfortunately, after setting the author template as the default from the cloud templates, the author page only displays the header and the footer of the page, no articles or other content, including the author profile.
Is there something else that I’m missing?
Yes, deactivating the Cloud Library plugin resolved it.
You should disable CLoud Library plugin 😉

Sorry but the composer will not work on posts using custom fields and it will not work on custom post types. Sorry. The new template builder allows the custom templates being created for posts in the tagdiv composer but unfortunately these cannot be applied to custom post types. Custom post types will only use the default post template and do not benefit from the custom templates provided by the cloud library plugin.

I don’t know what exactly you are trying to do here. I see you want to display some content after the post content, and that should change dynamically maybe. The theme would not have such a setting. The new Cloud library plugin will allow you to create or import predefined post templates. The tagDiv composer can be used to edit them

So you could edit a post template and add tagDiv composer elements after the post content or anywhere you want in the post template

These templates can be applied in general of per post just as the predefined default post templates.
Check the multi-purpose elements, maybe one of those elements is what you are looking for

Most of the other elements are for displaying posts. Or maybe you could create an element like that, use an image element, then a text element, then a button

Sorry but the cloud library only works with the tagdiv composer, not VC. It is not recommended to use 2 page builders at the same time. Choose one or the other.

2) Yes, you can create landing pages with the tagdiv composer. You cna also load predefined pages as well with the same method as shown above.

The page templates, (https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/) were not supposed to show up in the cloud library template editor as you cannot assign a page template to a post or category template. It was an error and it was corrected.

If you want to display it at the end of the post content, you could edit a predefined post template or design your own

As of theme update 8.8 you can now design post templates, so adding something after the post content would be possible.
In the middle of the post content it is not possible, unless maybe you use the inline ad spot and try to enter the required code there. Or entering it directly in the post when creating it.

There is not “import” on single posts template, therefore, I can’t import any!
It seems to be just the blank that you are able to use at the moment. Cloud template are still in beta feature. Most likely it will come available soon, I guess.
