Hi,
That is the Gutenberg editor introduced in WordPress 5. Were the pages built with WPBakery? Why exactly are the pages impossible to edit?
If the WPBakery edit button does not appear in Gutenberg it probably means you do not use the 5.6 plugin version provided in the theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Update the WPBakery plugin and it should appear – http://prntscr.com/mmod9z
The plugin also has an option to disable the Gutenberg editor
– http://prntscr.com/mmodlg
Thanks
Hi,
You can try using a single post template from tagdiv Cloud Library , edit the template and set with tagDiv Composer the testimonial in single post template, after that set the template on posts that you want to have that testimonial.
For example -> https://www.screencast.com/t/11agUS4RRm -> https://www.screencast.com/t/11agUS4RRm -> https://www.screencast.com/t/nO26DMVc
Or if you want you can use some plugins and set the shortcode in post content.
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that has not been designed/replicated because it’s not actually possible. The featured image and the post content are different elements in the composer, so wrapping the post content around the image would left or right would not be easy or even possible.
Maybe you could consider displaying something next to the featured image, instead of the post content which will remain below. For example add an inner row and split it in 2
– http://prntscr.com/mmnf6g
On the left you can place the single featured image element, on the right you could display an ad for example or an element of your choosing.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes you can add ads to header using header builder -> https://tagdiv.com/header-main-menu-newspaper-theme/ you need to edit/build a header with tagDiv Composer for example you can drag a row to the to and set a ad box in it -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AuZqbZPaK -> https://www.screencast.com/t/maqEpXpaCt7p set a custom ad form theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sdzigkWSF -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SiAqUUBadw
Thank you!
Hi. I’m using TD Composer Element (Block, Slider, Flex grid etc) to create my homepage. Now, I would like to add a new features called “X Minute Reading Time” below the title of each element. May I know which is the files in the themes folder I can add it? I want to add shortcode to be precise.
Hi,
So in the composer it is centered and in the actual website it is not, quite unusual. I could give you a CSS solution to center it – http://prntscr.com/mml7w3
Enter the code in the CSS section of the theme panel, check if it works
.td-g-rec-id-header {
max-width: 728px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}
Thanks
Hi,
It would depend if the mobile theme plugin is used or not, also if this is regarding the post title in the modules or in the single post page. It could be done with some CSS if you want to modify those elements just for mobile.
With the composer it would be easier, simply select the mobile mode and customize the font properties, for example in a page – http://prntscr.com/mmkjgu
Or in a cloud post template – http://prntscr.com/mmkk7q
That will only apply to mobile mode, you can customize the fonts per device.
Thanks
Hi,
You can import that homepage through the cloud library plugin, it is available
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Homepages/324
Also the footer page if needed – https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Footers/328
We will try to add more demo content in the cloud library in the future.
If you don’t want to use the cloud library plugin, you could copy the demo homepage content from the demo files – http://prntscr.com/mmkgdk
Then edit it with the tagDiv composer and configure it with your own images, posts and other information.
Thanks
Hey Calın
Yeah i know but i can not see the button on the pages there should be tagdiv compose button but i can not see that one. My theme is updated and composer activated would you mind to take a look pls 😕
Hi,
Please make sure that tagDiv Composer is activate -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UQpGDyMGH , also please note that tagDiv Composer is not designed for post, only for pages and templates from tagDiv Cloud Library
Homepage – How to build and set it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Thank you for your understanding!
The header builder/manager requires the cloud library plugin to be active. If this plugin is not active there will be no header builder elements in the composer or header manager button option in the composer
– http://prntscr.com/mkjn3v – http://prntscr.com/mkjno1 – http://prntscr.com/mkjnuh
With these new options you can design/import and manage header templates.
Hello! How to display posts in the Newsletter.
That is, the Newsletter can be added only to the pages, via Composer, and I need in the posts (in the right column of the site).
I didn’t find the newsletter widget.
Hi. Can you tell me what’s going on here with this?
Dear tagDiv,
Want to implement Ads pro shortcodes to the pages generated by tagDiv composer.
Any time Add shortcodes via block or classic editor, TD Composer would just delete them.
We tried to wrap Adpro shortcodes in TDC compatibile block, but all we get is “errors at columns elements: 15(models) : 14(dom).
The model does not match the content” after reloading TDC.
Sincerely,
Dragan Anastasijevich
Sorry for replying Turkish. I just wanted to give an easy answer to a Turksih man Mr. Ersoy. Thanks.
Ersoy Bey,
Hello, I have the same problem with lazyload. After the last update 9.5, I had to disable lazy load to get the pictures back on td composer. Any workaround found so far ?
Open the different pages via. TagDiv composer, when you open the page click “header options”, and pick a template.
You can edit the template via. the composer.
On posts specifically, open the “Cloud Templates” option, and choose the Single Post Page.
Hope this helped.
Update:
The update seems to be a problem with the update of the Tagdiv Composer. I was able to solve the problem by deleting the tdComposer folder in /wp-content/plugins/. Then I reinstalled the TD Composer in the themes plugin menu. Everything works again now.
The tagDiv Composer is not enabled after the update to version 9.5. If I want to enable it, it automatically returns to “Not activated”. What’s the mistake for that?
HI,
in my site I have the need of style with different colors each category posts. your theme doesn’t allow it, so I ask you some hint in order to achieve it. in homepage (I’ve used TAGDiv composer) I want that every block that include title and meta of the post, could have a custom class named like the parent category of the post displayed. how could I do this?
it is important because all my site is based on that
thank’s in advance,

Hello, I recently installed a demo of the theme.
For the homepage, I deleted the parts that I don’t need and ready to build my home page from that.
However, when I tried to drag and drop with tag composer, it doesn’t work.
When I try to add elements, nothing happens. The only thing I can do is to adjust existing elements from your demo.
Could you please tell me how to fix it? Thank you!
Hello Newspaper support,
We’re trying to create a new page comprised of images separated by posts, but we’re encountering problems ensuring the images are always in the same width as the page in different resolutions.
We’ve tried using both the Hero element and the Single Image element.
The Hero works great for maintaining the full height of the image, but the width doesn’t change to match the screen resolution (desktop).
The Single Image element looks different on every resolution and doesn’t change according to both the height and width of the different resolutions.
Can you please advice us on what we can do? We want each image to cover the entire width of the page (they are all the same width – 1920 pixels – but not the same height).
Thank you,
GamersPack
Cuando abro una una pagina editada en TD me sale un mensaje amarillo que esta pagina no ha sido diseñada con TD y se queda la pagina en blanco.
When i want to make a new page with TagDivcomposer i cannot make a sidebar. I have made a lot of pages before without any problem.
What do i do:
I add element row and make this 2/3 + 1/3.
Then I go to add element; widgetised sidebar and drag it to the 1/3 row.
At this moment I see little blue dots and no filling of the area.
What am i doing wrong?
When I want to make a change on my homepage with TD composer i get a red warning with this text:
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content.
I can’t make any changes.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
