Hello,
If you have created a mobile page, please disable the mobile theme and amp plugins.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello @danieleprimavera !
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
Make sure you select the mobile theme and amp for those single templates.

Thank you!
Hello @mhariush !
No, because you can not customize a default template with the TagDiv Composer.
You should use cloud templates. Make the changes by Woocommerce plugins or CSS code.
Thank you!
Hi NSN India, the suggestion with the mega menu option was usefully for other clients, in your case the menu is ok, but you need to improve the logo, right now I se that this do not have set a width and height – https://i.imgur.com/nJCp7pX.png for this all that needs is to set the logo image with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/DSIw8cL.png – https://i.imgur.com/vVypb1J.png
For revolution slider what you can do is to use those guides:
– https://www.sliderrevolution.com/tutorials/optimizing-load-speed-and-performance/
Also, what I recommend is to remove the youtube video section from the bottom of the homepage, this should also improve the page speed.
Unfortunate, for the save options button there is no option to change it from how it is now. The dropdown was added because the main save button was saved automatically all 3 templates (header, content and footer) and that was why the option to save only a specific zone was added. I’m not sure, but I think it can be made a custom code to remove the save header and footer.
Thank you!
Hello Team,
Recently we are seeing that our website taking huge time to respond and load. When we checked to find out the issues one of the reasons we found TD Composer eating most of the CPU resources in our managed hosting. We were monitoring it from New Relic as well and these are the results. We are not sure how to resolve this issue. Also, we see the Cloud Library showing a vulnerability issue.

Hello,
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J

Hello @khnalsaroj083 !
When you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, you can see the settings for the gap in rows: https://prnt.sc/uylhYcmtiY06 or adjust the elements from the CSS tab of every element: https://prnt.sc/Icf-tscqxj6I

Hi,
The tagDiv Composer should be displayed in 3 places, please check if you can access it from a differently place – https://i.imgur.com/RxlAy5z.png – https://i.imgur.com/A7shj0s.png – https://i.imgur.com/xwFtFUd.jpg

Hi Christian, I think that you are using the Newspaper theme with a single post template, if is so, then you can edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and you can set the necessary elements.
Thank you!
Hello!
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
Try to clear all the cache and also from your browsers.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I don’t see any error messages here or symptoms of what they describe ^
Installed Newsmag, along with tagdvcomposer. Not seeing the blue button when I go to create a page or anywhere where I can create pages and edit my site’s layout. Uninstalled and reinstalled the theme with no change.
Any ideas?

Hello @juler1 !
You can add the elements you need in the Tagdiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/H2eRjFL6_YMC
Thank you!
Thank you Bettina. It looks like my homepage is not showing the template tag option when I go into tagdiv composer (it shows a blank space?) – however, the other pages that are working do! I will review the links you sent me and get back to you if I have not solved the problem.
Apologise, I have activated the edit option from the main form settings of the post list element of tagdiv composer. Screnshot => https://prnt.sc/UV0u98VjdBNy
But the edit job option also shows on published jobs for users. I expect it to av option whether to show for users on published jobs or not. Pls look into this in next update.
Thanks for all the help. I appreciate and I look forward to the resume/file display option for custom fields in future updates.
Hello @juler1 !
It seems that you use default templates with default elements that’s why you can not edit/customize them with the TagDiv Composer.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hi, TagDiv composer is not working on my homepage but is working on all the other pages/posts?!
I can open the tagdiv editor on the homepage but none of the elements can be edited. Each element is highlighted when I scroll over the page but no edit features are shown. Any idea how I can fix this? Thank you.
Okay edit a job from your WordPress dashboard (not in tds composer and not in post a job page) and show me how to set custom field name: td_source_title_with_url to display company name Proxi Logic.
Where can I input or select the Proxi Logic company name into from WordPress dashboard? I just don’t have the option to set it here. Very simple question Anamaria dear.
Hi,
It seems the images are not loaded https://i.imgur.com/OJz4mwX.png. If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hello!
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contains less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There is all about the DOM. Which means you need to have less elements into that container or row, as such on that page. I can suggest you only to take care of how many elements you use on that page. You can try to use a cache plugin or a plugin which can minify the page or combine some elements in order to reduce its size.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
