Hello!
Make sure you have the footer from homepage set as global on every page/template.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Check also our video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/c/tagdivThemes/videos
For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can change the logo and the elements there.
Thank you!
Hi JKLFab,
Normally this problem should not occur anymore especially if a footer cloud template is used and Instagram is set with Composer.
This problem can only occur if you use standard footer (unfortunately, no implementations are made for the old templates, those in the standard pack).
If you do you use a cloud footer, then please let us to inspect the situation.
Thank you!
Hi,
If everything works properly, then just run the update and the theme and the theme plugins will be automatically updated. At update all theme and plugin files will be replaced, so any change in them will be lost, but not the settings in the theme panel or those made with the composer, they are saved in the database.
Unfortunately, there are also situations where the update does not work properly (due to certain extra plugins that are active, or certain restrictions, server settings), in these cases it is possible that the plugins in the theme will not be updated automatically and this will have to be done manually.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
I solved the issue on my side by disabling one line in the htaccess file inside the wp-content directory. The line updated is for the SiteGround Security Plugin – Hardening. I am unsure about the drawbacks of disabling this “Require all denied” command, and I am concerned about exposing my site to reducing security to make TagDiv Composer WP-Editor. What is your recommendation here?
BTW: These are the related lines in my htaccess file in wp-content.
# SGS Directory Hardening
<FilesMatch “\.(?i:php)$”>
<IfModule !mod_authz_core.c>
Order allow,deny
Deny from all
</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_authz_core.c>
# Require all denied
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>
# SGS Directory Hardening END
click on the header in tag div composer, making sure you get the entire container and add an image url in the filter tab on the left menu.

Hello.
I specify once again that we are currently using the Theme “Newspaper – The Rimont Pro” whose demo link is: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/.
We asked this question yesterday:
OUR QUESTION:
Most of the Pages or categories that are defined as Menus are displayed the same way as you can see on the following “Economy” menu page: https://imgur.com/a/RvPLozG ; and on the on the other page of the “Politics” menu: https://imgur.com/a/GOMtnOG , you see the same design as we do.
So, how to define or give a different style specific to each of the Menu Pages ???
For example, we want the Pages of all the other menus to have the same layout style or design but we want to give a different style to the Page of the “YMag” Menu, so, how can we specify or change the Display Design of the “YMag” Menu Page so that it has a very different design than the others ???
And you answered us as follows:
YOUR ANSWER:
This can be done by setting an individual header on those pages where you want it to be different (it can be set on page and cloud templates, for example on a category template). For this duplicate the cloud header -> https://i.imgur.com/lszYvTx.png then edit with the composer the page or the cloud template where you want the header to have a different style select the manager and assign the header -> https://i.imgur.com/DepvS1X.png.
So, apparently, you did not understand our concern at all or it is we who do not understand your answer because you spoke through your previous answer of the “HEADER” while we were talking about the content of the “BODY” of the Menus which is the same for all Menus or item categories created.
So, how to specify different appearances or different display styles specific to the BODY of each Menu ???
For example, when you click on the “Economic” Menu (circled on this new screenshot in ORANGE color: https://imgur.com/a/B9wqqad), the body must be displayed differently from the body of the “Political” Menu page (circled on this other screenshot in RED: https://imgur.com/a/XPMm7iz), how to define a different style for each content of the body of the page of each Menu ???
Please, answer us through sample demonstrations in screenshots because it will help us best to quickly understand and solve our problems.
Awaiting your reply.
Hi,
I used the “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer: https://snipboard.io/WCgnJr.jpg
But the ad did not show: https://snipboard.io/5AvuQs.jpg
Thank you
Hello!
For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Some texts can be translated from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations.
We recommend WPML plugin for translations: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
If you want to use the mobile pages or the responsive version, please deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Portrait images can also be used, but it takes a bit more work to adjust the images, on flex blocks can be done in layout tab -> https://i.imgur.com/7eawk1O.png and on post, you can edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and you can replace the Single Post Featured Image with -> Single Post Bg Featured Image -> https://i.imgur.com/UWB2nKR.jpg
Thank you!

Hello!
For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Note: If you use the same template on every article, then when you add an ad in an article, it will display on all articles the same ads.
If you want to add different ads, then you need to duplicate the template for every post.
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ; Here I explained step by step how you can duplicate a template.

Hello!
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. Now, it’s possible to be a plugin conflict there, but you can make a test on a test page.
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello!
The search template can be edited with the TagDiv Composer also.
You can import other cloud template for it or build it from scratch also by importing a blank template: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg

Hello!
You can change it if you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer, click on the title/content element and you will see some settings in the left side.

When I request a password reset and an email is sent, part of the text is not being translated.
I’m having to translate by hand with each update in the file below:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_login.php
Line 114
$message .= __( ‘If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.’ ) . “\r\n\r\n”;
I’m trying to add a shortcode for an optin form [thrive_leads id=’249′]
in Tag composer and can’t see how to do it. If I add into a text block
all I see is the code. The only way I can get the optin to show is to add
in the regular WP editor but then have no control over exact placement.
Not sure what I’m missing thank you!

Hello!
Please access the search page results, edit it with the TagDiv Composer, and check if you have the sort order: Latest and without no limit or offset: https://www.screencast.com/t/8aQXkhkNatrA
Thank you!
Hi,
Then please make another test, please remove the Instagram and Facebook account from the theme panel, disable and delete the tagDiv composer and reinstall it from Newspaper > plugin and set the accounts back in the theme panel. This should update the followers.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
1. That should be the sticky header, it can be enabled using tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and click on manager -> https://i.imgur.com/GFtZqwa.png, here is a complete guide for this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
2. Is the same part from the sticky header, the first one is related to the logo and the header ads and the one with green is the header menu. This will be enabled when you enabled the sticky header.
3. This can be done by setting an individual header on those pages where you want it to be different (it can be set on page and cloud templates, for example on a category template). For this duplicate the cloud header -> https://i.imgur.com/lszYvTx.png then edit with the composer the page or the cloud template where you want the header to have a different style select the manager and assign the header -> https://i.imgur.com/DepvS1X.png
I hope this will help you!
