The contents of my home page suddenly disappeared and the contents have become uneditable via tagDiv composer. For the rest of the page, I am getting codes being displayed on the page. Please help me in finding the correct solution and retrieving the design.
Website:metalworldinsight.com
I only recently applied Category Template – Magazine PRO on a category subpage of my website: https://www.bet3.gr/category/euro-2020/
From the first time, images on first row do not apply on full width of image position, plus the fact that the right sidebar on second row, that includes Social Counter and Latest Articles Module is shown upon the left module of latest category articles.
When I see that in tagDiv Composer, it seems alright, but once I save some extra settings and close the composer, it seems ruined, as described previously. Why is this happening? I can send you screenshots.
Hi!
No, i did not use wpbakery or any codes.
The few changes that I made, I used the composer…
Thought I would update this as I tracked down the issue I had with compatibility with Gravity Forms and TD Composer, it was related to a 3rd party plugin by JetSloth “Bulk Actions Pro for Gravity Forms” when I disable this plugin no issues. So something in that plugin is causing the issue.
Hello,
You need to hit the button “TAGDIV COMPOSER” and it will take you to the front-end where you can make changes.
This a video on how you can use the tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Also, you can check our channel https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv that can help you to design.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, our team is working on the Instagram issue, but you can set the Instagram fixed count with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/In8UL9Q92n until the issue is resolved.
For Facebook and Twitter, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Also, please make a full backup to all files and the database before sending the email.
Thank you!
Could this problem be caused by theme or td-composer? -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dQID9Z5GWiRM
I’ve been investigating why my amp pages are still loading slowly.
Hello,
The footer template does not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If you a Pro Prebuilt Website you can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
Also, if you have a standard footer template https://www.screencast.com/t/ND7OiqEpPFK ->https://www.screencast.com/t/Z5ZdVYY4wAuP then please make sure you have tagDiv Standard Pack activate.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your reply, but you have answered the question that I know was already correct but didn’t answer my primary questions. So let’s do it this way.
Question 1:
Currently, only one Adsense auto ad is showing at the bottom of my post page and not in the article content itself. So my question is, does Adsense in article auto ads work on cloud templates such as Gourmet Pro single post template? (A simple yes or no please)
Questions 2:
If no to question 1, does this mean that I can only add 3 in article ads (Article inline ads) max manually via the 3 “Your ad code” fields in the TagDiv composer if using cloud templates such as Gourmet Pro single post template?
Question 3:
If question 2 is yes, do you have any plans to allow for more than only 3 in article ads to be added in the future? or better yet auto-populating the ads in the article based on every few paragraphs specified and the overall number of paragraphs in the article?
Hello,
You can disable the option the auto loading or you can set the limit posts.
For this, you need to edit the Single Post Template with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jyUVNSVHS -> Show site wide settings and set the limit post => https://www.screencast.com/t/niaHM5EMLOM9 or disable the option https://www.screencast.com/t/4RnV1CnxiuA
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Footer settings does show in theme panel and the footer template from cloud template can’t be edited with tagDiv composer. What I need to do to appear those options?

Hello,
You can change the header background image with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/9NCnIaZERkh select the row on the header menu and in the tab called “CSS” you can add/remove the Background Image => https://www.screencast.com/t/fwWK3AvGyA
If you don’t mean this, then please provide me with more details and screenshots.

Hello,
Please please tell us how you designed the category page, and how you set the font.
If you have a template from Theme Panel, then you need to set the font from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts, but if you have a template from Cloud Library, then you need to set the font with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
Also, please include the link to your category page, to inspect it.
Thank you!
Hello!
I just replied in your own topic, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-58/
Please let’s continue the discussion there and do not create another topic with the same issue.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
For this error you can check our guide from here at point 5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.
Thank you!
Hello,
After the latest theme updates that code needs to be set on this path => wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php or you can use simply a child theme a set the code in the function.php file from the child theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can the theme work properly without tagDiv Composer? I do not use the plugin (I tried it, but I prefer a design as simple as possible) and I want to uninstall it. There is also the problem that this plugin causes the speed of the blog to decrease, so I ask you what can I do? Can widgets still work properly if I uninstall tagDiv Composer?

Hi, I love TagDiv Newspaper.
Is there any way to replace all theme accent colors at once?
I understand there’s some way to edit component colors;
A Change them from Theme panel > THEME COLORS
B Change them from TagDiv composer on each elements
C Change them by adding own CSS codes
For example, beautifully prebuilt template ‘GOURMET PRO’,
I’ve expected all of pale green has been replaced if I change setting THEME COLORS > THEME ACCENT COLOR. But just only some of elements has changed its color, such as right bottom jump-to-top button. Not for active/hover text colors. The THEME COLORS menu has an item for ACTIVE/HOVER TEXT COLOR but it’s for just Mobile menu / Mobile search.
I can deal with the way B but editing all pages and all elements is too hard.
Is there any good way to replace all pale green at once?
Thank you.
Hello!
Please edit the search page with TagDiv Composer and check if there is set up an offset in the Post Loop element.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!
Edit that page with TagDiv Composer and you can edit that distance easily from settings or if you have some empty spaces, you can remove them. Drag & drop the row at the bottom of the page in the red area.
You can insert between them an empty row and you can set the width of the space there.
In your case, there you have a row which is split into 2 columns. If you will delete the elements from the sidebar, then you need to modify the layout of the row on 1 column not 2 columns. After this, the elements from first row including post content, title, etc will be centered in the page automatically.
Thank you!
