Hi, I am using Classic Pro Demo on my website. I was able to modify “Header Template” using tagDiv composer, but there is no option to edit “Footer Cloud Template – Classic PRO” using tagDiv Composer. Kindly guide me, how can I do that.

First, when I try to import the footer tag in the composer, I get this error: Footer – Magazine PRO – by tagDiv

The reason why I’m trying to import this demo footer again is because I can only directly edit and not “edit template” It’s the only one where I cannot edit through the tagdiv composer. When I click edit in the cloud templates, it’s just a bunch of code

1) When i am installing new theme
2) theme panel changes not working

tagdiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install demo after your click on this dialog.

Steps to troubleshoot:
– check the permission on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false wp-config.php
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your licence key)

Note: Can’t find header and footer (including menu) after installation. Also, headers and footers (including menus) cannot be edited with TD Composer.

There are few issues we are facing, can someone help with the solution.

1. The performance is very low, Pages are loaded at least at 60-80 seconds delay and we only have 8-10 static pages. And on wp-admin login it takes more than 180 – 600 seconds for each page load. Over the same internet speed the newspaper demo theme links is working like a flash, so we need to do some setup to improve the speed, kindly guide on this.

2. Our website is not working on mobile phone. It is only displaying a message that no posts are available.

3. Regarding Plugins, if we try to enable “official AMP for WP” a warning message “
Notice: add_filter was called incorrectly. Filter for “amp_is_enabled” added too late. To disable AMP, this filter must be added before the “plugins_loaded” action. Also when we access “tagdiv composer page” we get following error – “Delete Notice:add_filter was called incorrectly.

For now we have disabled AMP and our plugins are only the mandatory ones and no the optional plugins.

4. We get a lot of empty column in each page on tagdiv composer edit and they cause visually lot of space on the webpage.

Hi,
So far the experience with the theme has been smooth, nevertheless, when hovering the main menu on my site, a white row containing a subcategory on it, displays under the header.
When first importing the Fast News Demo, this issue is not visible, but as soon as I select our Menu the issue shows up.

Please go ahead and hover over the main menu and you’ll see that white stripe with a red text sub-category to the left.
We don’t want it there, We want that sub-category to be together with the rest. Just like the Original demo is presented.

My blog is stuck at version 9.6.1 as every time I update the theme, it completely messes up the article pages.
I thought with the latest update it would be fixed but not the case.

My blog is https://martial-arts-review.co.uk/ with the old theme version. It all works fine and is how I want it to look. Whenever I update to the latest theme version and even if I change demos, the article pages get messed up.

The featured image disappears and so do all other images, everything is squished into the middle of the screen like its a mobile version and the social media icon appears giant.

I’ve attached a few images from my staging site as I’m very reluctant to update my live set as it messes everything up.

Everything really great but how can i get rid of this white line? Could not find anything to remove this. And is there any way to make this darker menu bar bakground going all the way to left and right instead of this white lines? When i click there i ony can change the whole background!?

Maybe i should search better, but comming from other templates, i thought i could just change the logo inside Theme Panel LLogo upload, but it seams to do nothing, same Demo logo still inside. No cahce activated. Any idea?

Hi, I am using the theme for my blog and imported the demo Gadget Pro. I want to change the Grey box on the background of the header (behind the menu). But I can’t find or not understanding the options. I want to change the color to chrome yellow. I am pretty familiar with the composer and know a bit of CSS. But I can’t select the column or row or modify it. If anyone can show me the way to change it, I would be grateful. Thank you.
