Trying to use TD Composer to edit the Pulse Pro demo homepage. At some point, it “crashes.” Well, it works but the home page backend and front end slow waaaaaaay down – taking like 16 seconds to load. Lol. I get around it by restoring an earlier backup. I really don’t have the patience for this. ;o) What could be going wrong?

I think that you set the tagdiv imagebox in appearance widgets, if you still have the tagDiv Standard Pack enable these should be inactive at the bottom of the widgets, if you are using a pro demo, then you need to set the tagdiv imagebox with tagDiv Composer on page and cloud templates.

We are surprised to experience the tagDiv tech support, as we are still struck on the matter since 25th March which needs only few min.
We have selected tagdiv based on your very rich client list and no. of total sales but so far experiencing POOR TECH SUPPORT.
Let my take this opportunity again to explain the problem we are facing.
We need to install this theme “demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pulses_pro/” that is not included in our downloads or maybe we are failed to find.
We did try to install Newspaper default theme “demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/” that’s working fine.
NEWSPAPER THEME is installed and activated without any demo on our web-server, therefore we just need to find our selected theme demo i.e “demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pulses_pro/”.
Please try to respond on urgent bases as we already struck since 25th March and next two day are also holidays at your end.

I am using Newspaper with the demo Default pro. There are some ads, that requires Google Adsense. Are there any way, I can replace the Adsense ad with a image ad?

The fonts set on PRO demos and cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library are set using tagDiv Composer and these will not be affected by the settings from theme panel.

Hello Vlad. I know how to edit the sidebar, and remove it. But I really like it and hope to keep using it, but I’m not sure if I will have problems with AdSense if I do.
To be clear: The smartsidebar setting is OFF in Theme Settings, that means it won’t interfere with AdSense, even though my sidebar is still functional exactly like in the Default Pro Demo, right?
Or I’m facing a problem where the switch to on/off is not working?

1. I’ve just installed the demo “Craft Idea” on https://le-meilleur-pour-bebe.fr/ and the header image size is not the same as your demo. On my website this is smaller. What’s the problem ?
2. When I edit the Home, i’ve an alert message : “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”
Should I use WP Bakery Builder ?

After you get this message “Theme is successfully activated” and you check in System Status the theme is activate or not ?
Also did you install/uninstall some demos? because if you are uninstall a demo the licence will be remove too, if you want to try another demo, is no need to uninstall the one that you are using, this will be done automatic by our theme without remove the key when you install the new demo.

Please notice that if you are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud library, these will not be affected by the settings from theme panel, you’ll need to make the setting on theme using tagDiv Composer, the theme panel will apply only on standard templates and demos, not on cloud templates and pro demos.

Also if in theme panel the “spinning” square that appears is continue spinning, usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error, if you have these errors, you will have to contact your host and let them know that your admin-ajax.php is blocked either by firewall or the security settings.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

In a custom blog post template, how do you create blocks (for text, images, etc.) that are centered (no sidebar) with a narrow width like in the tagDIV blog posts, such as:

I’m kinda confused about the Sidebar.
Right now I have it setup just like in the Default PRO demo. It looks amazing, as I scroll down the in the Home Page the blocks moves too, same thing in the posts. Great!
But what confuses me, is this setting shown on the image attached: https://imgur.com/WTUM8WU
Regardless of it being on and off, the sidebars looks like the same thing for me, they seem to work the same way! What should be the difference between it being enabled and disabled? Maybe there is something wrong and this settings is being activated regardless of the switch being off, and that’s why I’m still seeing the sidebar floating up and down as I scroll?
Honestly I really like the way the sidebar works by default, but don’t wanna risk getting in trouble with AdSense, that’s why I’m asking.

I’m creating a new website. This has no problem, i’m using the default pro demo, but I can’t do any changes in the sidebar i dont find where to make changes, i activated the “Smart sidebar” for create a new one and put it in my posts but i doesnt even works, i need also to change the titles of the categories because the language of my website is spanish and i dont find where to edit it, this is the website http://umcentral.umanizales.edu.co/, this is a post that has side bar for example http://umcentral.umanizales.edu.co/index.php/2020/03/26/las-mascotas-no-representan-un-factor-de-riesgo-en-el-contagio-del-covid-19/. As you can see this page has a sidebar, but I can’t change anything and I don’t see the sidebar in the tagdiv-composer. What is the problem?, i just also tried deactivating all plugins except tagDiv ones and that didnt work… can you help me please?

1. Please note that the age speed is not come only from the theme, you’ll need to optimize your website for this.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If you are using the child theme and default post templates the related articles will not be display because there are two files for this demos, one of them is in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/loop-single.php this is use in parent theme and the wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/loop-single.php that is use with child theme, the one that is use with the child do not have the code for related articles -> https://i.imgur.com/76eKPwL.png in order to have the related article on this template you’ll need to copy the loop-single.php and single.php from wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/loop-single.php in child like this -> https://i.imgur.com/0xddqNV.png -> wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/loop-single.php also make sure that the tagDiv Standard pack is enable.

Why does the file have to be edited when your theme supports wocomerce. Editing the file will create problems in the theme. By doing this code, it will only slide the image on wocommerce or will also be on the blog. Solve the problem
