I’m strying to install revolution slider to my header for the ART CREEK DEMO. The demo doesn’t have an accompanying slider in so I purchased it seperately. I’ve seen the slider used on this demo here https://ayther.fr/ but I’m new to wordpress & need a little assistance

i can’t seem to get that thin line on top and bottom of menu, mine only has the bottom line.. which is more of a shadow. https://www.westislandblog.com/newspapertheme/
also on the footer, where do you set what shows up in the top part of the footer. I have a couple of widgets and they are showing up below that content, but not sure how to change/adjust that top content.

I dont want to install demo.
I recently attempted to install Newspaper on our site, and while the installation appeared to be successful, the theme management pages don’t work. So, the theme installed, but when the theme activates instead of going to the Welcome page, I get an HTTP 500 error. This is the case for all theme admin pages: td_theme_welcome; td_theme_plugins; td_theme_demos; td_theme_support; td_system_status; td_theme_panel. I never got the option to activate additional plugins, though the theme did install the tagDiv Composer and Social Counter plugins on its own. Running latest version of WordPress 5.1 and did a new install of the latest version of Newspaper.
We did have an older version of Newspaper previously installed, but not active. I removed the old version, as well as the associated plugins, and I’m not sure why I’m unable to get into the theme itself once it’s activated.

We have just installed “Business Demo” and we get an issue with the “horizontal flap”. The flat is colored in grey which is the same of the text. How can we change the text color to white?

The demos have two install options. One is with content, meaning that the homepage and all the other pages of the demo will be imported, a demo menu, demo posts and categories, demo logo, additional stylesheet where needed (design), theme panel settings.
The other one will not import any dummy content, no homepage, no demo posts, menus, categories, only the additional stylesheet (where needed) and theme panel settings will be imported.
To better get used to the theme in some cases it is better to install a demo with content, it will look just like in the live pages, the images used may be different

Then begin to gradually customize the website, set your own logos, menus, configure the blocks and grids to show your own posts etc

Uninstalling a demo will remove any demo elements that have been imported. The website will be as it was before installing it. Installing a different demo after one demo has been installed, will replace demo elements from the previous demo with the new ones.
It is recommended to make a full backup before uninstalling a demo, just to be safe.

I have not understood how to insert new icons because the code of each menu is for example this: <i class = “td-icons-farm td-icons-animals”> while you indicate to install a plugin “Font Awesome 4 Menus plugin “as reported in your article: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/.
There is no other method to use icons with class “td” instead of “fa fa”. Do I have to install a plugin?

Please ignore that notice ( is seams that the checker is not working properly on some pages/templates and is not detected that those are build with tagDiv Composer ).
All cloud elements are build with tagDiv Composer, also the news demos are build with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library.

The theme demos are built with the tagDiv composer, the newer ones may contain cloud library elements as well. Editing pages that are built with the tagDiv composer and contain cloud library elements in them, with the WPBakery page builder, will not work. WPBakery does not recognize cloud elements, so they will appear as code.
The cloud library plugin works only with the tagDiv composer

Please use only this composer to edit pages that were built with it. That is why we recommend to use only one page builder, to avoid not knowing which page is built with what, as it can result to damage to the pages.

We’r using Newspaper 9.5 and we have problem with “Author Box” module. Author Image (from gravatar) size is too low (196×196) insted 300×300. Maybe try and resize the logo with an image editor instead, or even create it of the required size and then upload it. Resizing an image by other means may cause damage to it’s quality. For full width logos the width you are using would be enough, but the height could be a bit more. But it would depend on what you want to achieve in the end.

Sorry but our cloud library templates are only available in tagdiv composer and the cloud library. None of the new demos or new tagdiv composer elements will be available in WPbaker.
