First of all, I will thank you for choosing our theme! If you want to set up some custom colors for a certain block, notice that you should do this from custom CSS code. Below I gave you a simple example for a certain block which I gave it a custom class -> https://www.screencast.com/t/H7okwk0FH

Also, if you will check the Style tab you will see there a lot of option that allows you to customize your block as you wish.

Please keep in mind that each demo his own style and that’s why the block 9 is different. If you like this skin you should import the Gadget demo and then, for block 9 you will have that style. Notice that you can customize each block you want using such a Custom CSS code but if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

You should use the Inspector browser to check each element from the page and also, so you can figure out how it’s done. Another simple way is to import the demo with content and edit the page because there you will see how it’s made the demo page and what’s the elements. If you will choose this way, notice that you should not edit the dummy content with your content because when you want to replace your theme layout with another demo, all of the posts which have been edited from dummy data will be lost. 1)Sorry, but the theme does not have any such an option. You can try using the FB Comment plugin but it’s untested with our theme, sorry!

3)You can try using the AdRotate plugin as a reference. Maybe you will find this functionality.
4,5)The theme does not have any such an option for these.

It seems you are using the mobile theme plugin. If you want to keep the demo style intact on mobile devices as well, then please deactivate the mobile theme and use the standard responsive layout instead.

Or you could use two types of block, for example block 2 on top and block 7 below

All block have options to set a post limit, in the example I limited block 2 to 2 posts and block 7 to 4 posts. That could be a solution to achieve that layout.

An effect could be done with CSS, depending on what exactly you want the image to do on hover. Use the browser inspector to create custom code

The news ticker is a predefined element like all blocks (except flex block). It will always have the same layout

You could remove demo content once installed if this is required, but the theme update package does not provide such an option. Always the full theme will be provided and installed/updated. You could update by patch, replace only theme files which were changed
