Notice that it is not a simple task to simply copy and paste the code, sorry! As you can see, we have a lot of demos and each of them has own custom CSS code which can be found in the demo folder, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ZkfERDa1vAf You will have to do some adjustments through code in order to achieve the same menu to your side. Also, if you want to change the menu for mobile, notice that the theme has not been designed to use another menu style than the existing one.
If you want to display more levels in the theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any module designed on 3 columns, sorry! All of these can be found here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/category/module-4-layout/ If you want a module with 3 columns, please notice that you should create it yourself via API according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_moduleadd/ Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Also, please notice that the API implementation is not covered by our support because it is part of custom work.

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! I have inspected your website and I saw that you did not use our theme. Here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/smart-list-style-1/4/ you can see in live mode, which is the behaviour for our smart lists.
If is not what you mean, provide more detail so I will be able to provide a more accurate response, if it is possible.

Unfortunately the Theia Post Slider is not one of the tested plugins and I’m not aware about it’s functionality and/or if it is working properly with the theme. We have a list of the tested plugins beside the ones provided with the theme and for each theme release we consider this and make the necessarily modifications for the theme to support theme.
Also you have specified about the support, please note that we offer support for the theme’s related issue based on envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy We cannot provide any type of custom services or plugins implementations, sorry! I suggest to hire freelancer to make the necessarily modifications and implement the plugin wot work properly with the theme.

The image shows a big grid element you can add on your site in visual composer. You can find the element in the visual composer elements list when editing a page. It is called big grid 1: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
As for the spacing above it, you can use this css to remove it:

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have a different element that you could use, sorry! Also please note that we offer technical support for the theme related issues based on envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy But we always try to help our user with some small modifications, so if there were another simple solution(css code) we have already provided it to you.

I guess that you want to change your actual website with our theme, like Newsmag, right? First of all, you should make a full back-up for you data to avoid the way for losing this and then you have to remove the actual theme and replace it with our theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. If you have your content which should be loaded in your database, you will have to import the demo without content because the theme will recognize your content from another theme which should be loaded in your database. Unfortunately, there is no option to remove Newsmag Demo templates, sorry! All of these are available in our theme panel and could be installed. Eventually, you should use a bit of CSS code to hide the demos which you want to hide to prevent the installing another demo. Look at the following screenshot and can use the same method to hide which demo you want to get rid out, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/DV2pvERbsEX You should be careful because you can break the theme layout.
