What type of error do you have using the Mobile version? So, I have inspected your website and I noticed that you are using the Mobile Theme (mobile theme plugin are activate) for mobile mode. Please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

The demo you chose has a revolution slider element added to it and it needs the plugin and the demo slider imported. Hello,
The header styles are different on each demo and you cannot change this from the theme panel. Each demo has it’s unique header style. If you want to change the header style you will have to edit the theme code for the element or use custom css for it.
As for the iframe, our modules and blocks ere not designed to show iframes. Sorry. Our theme modules and blocks will only show the post featured images and the excerpt, not an iframe element. If you require this you will have to implement it custom. As for the firefox issue, It;s most likely caused by the table you are implementing at the top iof the content. Please try to remove the table and see if you still get the error

I have problem with full screen option when I use self hosted videos.
When I click on full screen option on player -video bounce back in regular view after 10-15 sec…this is happening with with all web browsers and on different devices. At first I was thinking that html5 player that I usually use have some problem…but as you can see – it is a same problem with simply adding video to page with “add media” option.
I tested without all plugins and situation is same, but with other themes works just fine.
Situation with video is same when I update theme to latest version, but then “block14” and “tagdiv Social counter” doesn’t work (display properly)…so I returned to previous version.
Can you please help me?

After I install the demo the slider is not loading and is asking for Revolution Slider 5 that never came with the plugins.

I’ve been working with the Newspaper theme with a Magazine-front page. I added a Revolution slider at the top with a stock ticker widget (http://tdhedge.meta-morphos.es/). I added a few lines of CSS to adjust the margins of the slider, but otherwise used settings available within the Visual Composer and Theme Panel. The home page displays fine on my desktop monitor, but it’s jumbled when I view it on a mobile phone. It in fact crashes the Safari mobile browser 50% of the time.
To troubleshoot the problem I installed a new WP with new a demo install of Newspaper and tried to make only the most minimal adjustments to arrive at a similar design result. This included the Revolution slider but not the stock ticker widget in the right column.
The second build (http://newstest.meta-morphos.es/) has a slightly better result, but still doesn’t appear to be smoothly responsive. Could someone view my test pages and provide some suggestions for a fix?
The primary change from stock version of the Newspaper theme was a Revolution slider at 200px high, which replaced the built-in slider on the Magazine home page.
Is there an ideal combination of settings on the Revo slider, that make it most friendly to the adjustments required when the site is viewed in responsive mobile phone mode?

My trouble was the same it was not streched sometimes, so I removed the all code custom. Now my trouble it’s I have perfect style 6 and 8 when I am connected on my admin account but for the visitor I do not have any images for the categories on style 6 or 8 and no images for post on style 6 or 8. How can I resolve my problem, I need to be ok with my website very fast 🙁

Buenas! recien compre el tema de Newspaper y estoy facinado, instale el demo de “Sports” pero hay una fila(donde esta el fondo negro) la cual abarca el ancho de toda la pantalla en vez de limitarse al ancho real(el cual se aprecia bien en la demo)
I currently have Newspaper and I am thinking of getting Newsmag. I looked on the demos and it seems like the header menu disappears when you scroll down. Is it possible to sticky this when scrolling up/down on desktop and mobile? Thanks.
Might be a firewall setting, malware/spyware on PC, weird zoom setting, etc.
Upshot: seems to be unique to your setup as generally EDGE works like Chrome, Safari, etc. and shares no lineage with Internet Explorer — it’s a modern browser using all the modern standards as Chrome and Safari do, and so will/should work the same for all websites.
You might check other theme demos on ThemeForest, try some ecommerce sites, etc., to see if also getting the same error, then try to narrow down what might be causing it.

Specifically, if I’m using Politics demo type is it possible to have CSS only for Politics Type
Can I delete Woo Commerce and BB-Press and their CSS if I don’t need it.
What needs to be tweaked in Main Style CSS if I want to use only OpenSans and Geomanist fonts type.
Can We Delete all Comments from all PHP files and Minify them, same for HTML and CSS.

Edge is up to date: 38.14393.0.0, as well as the Windows 10 OS I’m working on. Have tried it again with all browser extensions deleted. Still the same problem, also on tagdiv.com and the demos.

This type of demo uses the Header Style 11 which display the logo in full width. Please notice that the theme does not enlarge the logo to fit in all the space in full width…it will just be displayed in the original size. If it will have a short size, this dimension will be displayed at the front end. I have inspected your logo and I noticed that your logo is too small for this type of header style, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/LkpeKKJtPQ Please keep in mind that the theme will display the exact size. If you want to bring a large logo at your front end you should load a larger logo than this.

I am not aware of what type of logo you are using on your side. As my colleague, Andrei said you above that our demo Blog uses the Header Style 11 which display the logo on full width, without any sizes restriction. Please add a valid logo at your header and then let us know so I can inspect it closer.

-I don’t know how to disable the LATESTS ARTICLES, on the bottom of page.
and
-I would like have one block for one category, its not a trouble for that but, i would like have my sub-category on the list, already i have all category on the list to the right of title of block. You know what I try to say ? I hope…

Tagdiv.com and all demos work perfectly for me in MS Edge. Your site works perfectly for me, also.
You might want to clear your cache, make sure you have no funky extensions added in latest version (like ad blocker or similar), and make sure you have Windows 10 updated fully to the latest version including security patches, and “anniversary edition” fixes.

If you’re still using the beta version or first edition, you need to update Edge. Also make sure you’re not loading pages “as Internet Explorer” in EDGE, which might cause such issues.
It seems as the theme “Newspaper” isn’t working at all on Microsoft Edge. I’m building a prototype using the theme with my personalized child-theme. the prototype is working absolutely as it should on every browser, except Edge.
I also tested the demo sites and those aren’t rendered properly neither, as well as tagdiv.com…

1) I see that visual composer plugin needs update. How can i update it?
2) On top header menu of some demos there are social media icons (facebook, twitter etc). How can i link them to my actual facebook and twitter page? Because when i click on them, it just refreshes the site. Where do i change that so when i click it, i can be directed to facebook and twitter page?
