Unfortunately if the particular block has this design, you cannot make the thumbnails the same size unless you alter the theme files. You can simply chose a different block as there are 21 to chose from as an alternative (http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-4/) because altering the block files will require php knowledge and css for positioning. It will not be a walk in the park. If you want to modify the blocks then maybe the theme api can help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_blockadd/ (coding knowledge required)

Hi,
The smart list unfortunately does not work like that. It’s inside a post so the titles will not be displayed in the header. The header will only display the main post title as you can see on our demo here:

Smart lists are not posts. They are simple lists inside a post.
in any case, our theme has no settings for that heading. It can be edited to some extent by the seo yoast plugin.

I see your featured images on internet explorer not displaying properly, but I also see an altered height of the post template. Please make a back-up of your customization, then remove it and also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Revert the theme to it’s defaults then test again.

7)If you want to see any changes into your footer when you add some widgets in this section, you have to use Footer template style 5 because it is a custom template and you can customize it as you wish.

1)Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to change this duration, sorry! If you want to change it, you have to alter the code and this involves custom work. If you want to do this and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Hi,
I’m sorry but css will not fix this as the styling is altered. Please remove all the css code from the theme panel, and restore the theme to it’s default state including custom modifications you may have in place. The menu should display properly as seen here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Your problem originates from either customization or plugins so if the problem is still there after you revert to the theme default, then please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

If you check our live demo on your mobile phone, you will see that it can be zoomed in http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ (you cannot zoom out unless you zoom in first)
If you have any protections set on your website or on your server, then that is a different issue altogether.

I have tested your site on ipad but I have found no blurry images. If our demo behaves the same way then it means there is a css that enlarges the images although I cannot see it on my ipad. The images do not have 1200px size not even on desktop. I’m not sure where you are getting the 1200px size. You can try to deactivate the post thumbnail in order to force the theme to use the full image instead of the 696 pixels thumbnail but this will impact page speed a bit.

that menu was destined for the demo purposes only so you can switch the style of the theme. It can be activated though but there will be no settings for it so all modifications to this menu will have to be done by hard-coding and it will not be covered by support. You can activate the menu like so:

Please notice that for Block 1, the smallest images do not have excerpts as you can see in our demo preview, here -> http://screencast.com/t/dWaldRk9r34 This is the default behaviour of the theme and if you want to change this functionality for this type of Block, you have to do some additional customizations through code which involve custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
