There is no http hardcoded link into the database. Our Apache virtualhost is configured to force https.
WP_HOME and WP_URL are defined with https.
The only problem comes from the theme functions and plugins which in that case generate image html code with http protocol.

My Web has boxed style, but I would like to have some “separator” sections with full width. I saw in the demo content page “Video” that it’s possible, but I can’t configure my page like that, and the page setting it’s app
apparently equal to the demo video page.

1)If you want to add the border-bottom for your main menu bar, please use the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->

Please notice that you can change the color value with that you like.
2) The code that I gave you above is not working for you because I gave you an example at your suggested site (version 4.X) and your website has the latest version and the classes will be different. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

I installed NewsMag and am currently using the Default Demo (not including content), which includes login features through the BBPress plugin I assume. However, I would prefer my site not to have login features for visitors, so is there a way I can disable that?

1) There actually is such a grid called a big grid slide: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
It’s not styled as big grid 5 though. There is no such option.
2)In order to achieve this you will have to use a mega-menu and you can have other blocks in it by using a page menu so you can create a page in visual composer and it will be displayed inside the menu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/

I have an existing NextGen Gallery installation, which I’d like to keep when my website is fully operational on the NewsMag theme (I’m currently in beta testing). There are a number of features of the NextGen gallery which mean we’d like to keep using it on our new website when we make the switch.
However on my demo site I’ve already run in to some problems with pages not properly loading.
Has the theme been tested with this plugin? Do you know of any conflicts?

1) I have setup my php.ini file correctly according to the documentation.
2) Reinstalled WordPress on Godaddy Hosting
3) Installed & Activated theme
4) Installed included plugins like Rev Slider, Tag Div, etc…
5) Installed demo content
No caching plugins are installed and these elements / icons aren’t showing up correctly. Please help me!

Please keep in mind that the Revolution Slider is not necessary to activate it because it comes bundled with our theme. Ignore this information because it is not relevant in this case…when you purchase our theme, practically you get a license for all our plugins that are bundled with our theme folder. If you want some Revolution Slider demo’s, please make a request at our mail and we will provide these as soon as possible. On the future, probably we will do a hook function to hide this un-relevant information to rule out the confusion.

It can be done but it will require a bit of work on your part. You can add full width images in visual composer like our travel demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/ You can also use call to action buttons and custom menu elements. It will require a bit of css styling as well for the effect you want so if you cannot do it yourself, we recommend hiring a freelancer to help out.

This kind of issue might be caused by the interference between untested plugins and also, it could be possible to appear some js errors in your console. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clears all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected, as you can see in our demo preview that this issue does not come from our theme.
If you need more assistance in this regard after my advice and if you problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can further inspect the issue.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. It is a general error and we cannot pin point it to a specific thing. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.
If you still cannot install the demo, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. Please also provide a link to this topic.

Hi, I found this error when i try to install demo
Ajax error. Cannot connect to server, it may be due to a misconfiguration on the server.
I have few other blogs hosted on the same server. Had no problem while installing them.
I had installed Newspaper theme on the blog I am referring to. I deleted the complete theme folder, and tried installing it again, and that’s when this problem is coming up.
What could be the possible reason for it.
