and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme ( or cache plugin ), clear all cache deactivate the cache plugin and try again.

Both way are good, but we recommend to be made via FTP because in this way you need to remove the old theme and set the new one (always make firs a backup to the theme first).
After theme update please check the theme plugins to be updated and activate in specially tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library if you are using elements from cloud -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aNq9x55w

This is how I have updated the theme installing (using the WordPress method). I have been using this method for updating since I purchased the theme with all kinds of updates over the years without problem. If WordPress update method is an option why do you recommend FTP? Thanks.

I could not re-install the theme via wordpress since nothing works on the back end, I tried to go through the installation via FTP. I tried login in afterwards and the back end remains the same, while the front end says “stylesheet missing”. I was actually wondering if what I need to re-install is wordpress and not the theme, since it is the regular wordpress functions that are not working, but the question is how do I re-install the wordpress without losing the already existing data and content especially the posts made since 2years ago on the website.

PS: I had to revert back to the former Newspaper theme folder since the new one I installed created more problem.

If you want to update your theme, we recommend to do it manually, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ via FTP way. This is the most healthy and safe method. You need to download the latest theme packet from your Theme Forest account and then, follow the steps from the documentation.

Hello. We correctly implemented our codes on our head and body, yet mobile amp theme do not shot amp auto ads. Do we need to add our codes in theme panel as well? We only did it manually with FTP to plugins/amp/templates/html-start.php.

I just bought the Magazine theme. I uploaded the theme by ftp and activated it. But I have this error because of the td-composer plugin.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /home/***/www/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_util.php on line 623
And since I installed the sportnews template, I have this:

I have disabled all other plugins, I do not know what to do.
I can’t change my PHP version which is 5.3.3.

You should try this method. It worked for me
“The issue seems to be the PHP version. Please update your php version as you use a very old php and this is the most likely cause. I cannot change it from your dashboard or FTP. You need to access your hosting panel and change the php version to at least php 7. we recommend 7.2 if your host can support it. (do not go above php 7.2)”
