This modification cannot be made from the theme panel. You need top access the theme files via ftp and edit the code like the screenshots showed in the topic:

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2), that come bundled with the latest version of the theme (6.7.2), clear all cache and check the results. Until now we do not have any bad reports in this regards and should work as properly. Also, please try to use the theme without some untested plugins (Tiny MCE is not tested with our theme) because these cold interfere with the theme and might create a lot of unknown issues. Also, if your problem is still there after these changes, try to make a fresh install to ruling out all of potential issues which could be appeared, in your previous installation.
Please try to make a fresh install of the theme and then only install the Visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please notice that I have tested on my side, with default settings, without untested plugins, and everything seem to work as properly.

1) The header menu will make the logo fit the scrolling menu. Do you want to have the full size logo in the scrolling version of the menu?
2) you can use this css to remove the menu on a 404 page:
.error404 #menu-new-menu-1{
display:none!important;
}

3) This issue is caused by the plugin you use for the contact form. Please use contact form 7 as that is the tested plugin with our theme.

Please create your own topic when having support questions not related to the topic you post on. Your issue is very different. For some reason, your theme cannot find the index.php file. A block 1 can be inserted through visual composer so you would generally find the block were you insert it. This is very confusing to me because you are asking us to find ads or elements that you (or someone else) inserted in the site. These do not have fixed positions so you will not only find them in a specific place. The ads or the theme blocks can be inserted in different ways in different places. It’s up to the site admin where these places will be.
An ad inserted inside a block 1, now that is something we have not heard before. Maybe there is custom code involved in the theme files.
In this case, we recommend doing a theme update as you use a very old version of our theme (3.4) we are now at version 6.7.2 This will require a bit of work though as all the code was changed in the theme since that version so you are better off deleting the theme files and installing a fresh version via ftp.

If you have a child theme, please switch to the main theme and please do a fresh install of your theme via ftp. Delete the old one and install it again. https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Make sure you clear all caches and reset cdn files as well.
Also try the theme without any plugins. Disable all of them to rule out a plugin conflict.
