Hi everyone,
I’m trying to change the text (the default is black) and line (the default is yellow) from the Side Bar.
I’m using the Tag Div Block 4 widget but I’m not able to find the location where I can control its CSS colors.
Could you please let us know how can we change it?

In order to adjust page width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. Check more about how to have single post template here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.
These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code which is not covered by the support team.
Please make sure that there are NO background images / color. Not even white. All your background color have to be set on clear.

When I am placing the script tag in the <head> section the code is not accessible by google AdSense, Mailchimp, or any other tool. When I disable the tagDiv Composer plugin, everything works fine. The code fetching goes instant and my website gets verified by the tool. And when I enable the plugin it’s back to not authenticating again.
When I try to make any edits, nothing happens. I was getting an error before that the resource could not load but now when I enter TagDiv composer, nothing happens at all. We recently changed our logo and social media handles and I can’t change them on the Cloud Header template and make any other changes.

Whatever we put in the wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper header.php file, doesn’t reflect on the website. we tried a test input z=”3″ just in the begining of the body tag and it’s not reflected in the page source.
There must be some other (parent) .php file …?

I wonder if someone who is a graphic designer can help me? We have changed our logo recently – http://www.hqb.news – and now our header sort of looks empty (AdSense is still verifying the new domain, there will be an ad banner to the right), however I was hoping we can put a picture behind the logo that would fill up the whole header space. Sorts of like the Facebook cover photo?
I was looking at the theme documentation, but there is only instruction for the whole page background, nothing for the header specifically.

Hi, the mega menu layout it can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/lM6tP1b.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/OlyNo9e.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/OlyNo9e.jpg this can be done per each header main menu element (you have two header main menus and each one is individual), you can use the right click to copy the style and past to the other one.

I am using (cloud) category template 1 for all of my category pages. Pagination is not working on either the main template or the mobile version. I am not using the mobile plugin. I just created mobile templates.
No matter what number I set “Limit post number” to, that is less than the total number of posts that are in a particular category, the pagination numbers/navigation will appear at the bottom of the category pages. However, every category page except the first one is blank other than the template parts such as ads, header, etc.. There are post excerpts, etc. displayed except on the first page.
The only way around this is to set the WordPress limit in Settings>Reading to some high number. In that case, if I set Settings>Reading to a high number (like 100) and set Limit Post Number in the Post Loop settings to blank, there will be no pagination and all posts in a category will display on the category page. That is unacceptable when categories have a high number of posts.
How can I get the category pages to properly display all posts when using pagination so that if I set the Limit Post Number to 6, the remaining posts above that number will show on page 2, page 3, etc. of the category results?

somehow our Header isn’t right displayed.
The weird thing is, that the dashboard shows the desired design, but our users are shown a different (false) one.
I added some screenshots to give you an example.
Deleting the cache didn’t help at all.

Hi Team, first of all, thank you for such an outstanding theme. My team is developing a Plugin with Custom Design that is working fine on desktop (just header is having an issue) but when we open the same link on mobile devices or even in responsive mode the design doesn’t show (or load).

I’m using Newspaper Theme version 10.3.8, WooCommerce 4.7.1. When I try to design/edit the “Shop:” page in tagDiv composer, it does not respond. I cannot delete or add elements. I can change the header, and although it indicates that it has saved changes when I reopen it, it has not. Please advise.
Thanks Vlad, but the website site manager shows differently, in there you can have multiple headers and footers templates, and you can make copys of each.
Similarly, when you edit a single post template, in TAGdiv composer you can also edit header and footer of the header and footer template.
Just looking now for a simple option so I dont have to edit a lot of headers and footers in each single post template.

For background ad is no option to add a custom code, you can just add an image and a link.
If you want to place your custom code in the theme files then you need to go to wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper. There you will find header.php file and you can put your code in <body> tag.

I also have issues with the responsiveness of our website logo that associated within the header navigation menu bar when it viewed in tablet mode it overlaps with the main navigation menu and it has white space under it as is shown here
I’ve followed Simion tricks from one of the topics here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unresponsive-website-logo/ using his custom CSS section of the options panel through this code https://pastebin.com/kQasSgQP but it seems it doesn’t work at my end.
If you can kill this culprit much highly appreciated, coz I was stuck on this issue since 2 days.

If you have only one header and only one footer template. You can edit them using website manager as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0q51idUdiGD for the footer all you have to do is to scroll to the bottom of your page.
As for the update you have to make sure that there was no plugin conflict since this is not a normal behavior.

thanks for the very detailed answer. I apologize to your colleague but I ask specific questions and I seek precise answers. Your answer was perfect.
So, I did some tests: I saved all the templates in notepad ++ with the name header, footer, date, category, etc. But I also saved the Home page code. Then I deleted the Newspaper theme by deactivating and then deleting the plugins and finally I cleared the cache (purge cache all).
At this point the site was virgin (clean).
I reinstalled newspaper and I uploaded the demo Magazine Pro.
I went to Cloud Templates and I replaced the code I had saved saved on each template (header, footer, date, category, etc,). Then I went to the Theme Panel and imported the code I had saved. However, this was not enough to have the whole theme that I had changed it. I only saw the correct header and footer. So I went to the pages and I opened the home page and I replaced the original code with the one I had saved from the modified home page. In this way I have revised the whole theme as it was previously. Is my procedure correct?
I have always done these operations on the test site and not on the Magazine where I have to export everything. I would like to know if the procedure I used is correct.

Hi Support, my footer is blank (under theme panel) and there is no settings unlike the ones shown in the demo. Meanwhile, when I tried to create a footer using Cloud library, I am unable to edit in TagDiv Composer thereafter – no such settings is available. On the other hand, I was able to work with the Composer for Header. What’s going on?

I would like to have the Main Menu visible in the desktop version but not in digital.
Right now, in digital, the visitor sees two sets of categories. One, the Header Main Menu, which looks bad, on several lines, and even if I check “Drop menu items in More” only two categories, or popular tags, are shown. Two, the Mobile Menu.
I’d like to keep only the Mobile Menu.
The same for the Main Logo. It is shown correctly at the top. Below it, the logo as it comes from the Desktop view.
