Hello!
For the cloud header template, you can add a link here: https://app.screencast.com/gtRiXPGnMsKvU
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you!
Hello!
I see you’ve added the menu only on the sticky header. Please check if those options are enabled: https://app.screencast.com/QraEF3FK3gj0l
Please follow the video to see where you can find and edit/build your sticky header on mobile and desktop, too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
How do i change the header colors, the menu colors, etc?
Hi,
Our theme includes a plugin called tagDiv Opt-in Builder, which is used for the membership subscription functionality. This plugin has separate pages for login/register, my account, and checkout, which can be placed here: https://i.imgur.com/QDQDwRB.png.
If you want to use this plugin, you can take advantage of the menu login element, which looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/z8OO3vw.png. This element provides multiple functionalities besides just login/register.
This way, you can create a login page without using the popup.
Also, if you want to change the theme files, here are all the files that are related to login and register and can be used with our theme (depending on the templates and options you choose), but we don’t recommend changing in the theme:
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-comments.php
Thank you!
click this header login/join button
Hello!
Make sure you scroll and edit your sticky header row. If the menu is the correct one in the sticky header in the tagdiv Composer and it’s appearing the wrong one on your website, then make sure it is not a caching issue or a plugin conflict.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello! I have been half successful at making my site’s main menu sticky, in so far as it works perfectly on mobile. However, on desktop, while the Website Manager’s header section says it is the Main Menu that is sticky, in practice I get the Top Navigation menu instead.
All appears to be correctly configured in Appearance – Menus – Manage Location
Hope you can point me in the right direction!
Tahnk you very much!
Hello,
I think that the header template causes the issue then; please use a revision of that template and check after.
Thank you!
Hello! This issue had previously resolved on its own but now it has resurfaced. We are using a custom ad placement through Advanced Ads. However, the same thing happens to the menu when we add or remove one of the green buttons in the row of four. Here are some screenshots to demonstrate.

Ok. Since in that module, the header, with the username and Pinterest board name, is styled, I thought something was not right with the block.
But just in case: is this how it should look?:
It just gets the images but applies no styles (better size, position…) and I, then, have to style it?
The search speed of Header live search is too slow on mobile.
I want to go straight to the search screen when I click on the icon on mobile only. Is that possible?
Hello again,
I have quickly looked into things.
On the front page, I can still see <h1> on both of my logos.
I have disabled them in the frontend under Header logo (Disable H1 on logo) by unchecking the box. The same has been done for the logo in the footer.
I have also gone into Theme panel > Logo and Favicon > LOGO H1 ON PAGES (I have switched it off, so it is now gray instead of blue).
I have checked various subpages, and I believe the issue only affects the front page.
What can we do to move forward from here? This could potentially cause SEO problems for me.
Hello,
I checked and those are two different templates also, for desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/awI9Jjo.jpeg
Also, I see that you haven’t changes the logo for mobile. For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Thank you!

I have confirmed that when Yoast is disabled the gallery works as intended, but with it enabled, the fatal error persists. If I change the shortcode to standard WordPress gallery it works, so it specific to the td_select_gallery_slide=”slide” gallery.
I am not sure if this is a specific TagDiv issue that can be fixed or if this is a Yoast issue that I need to bring up with them.
Thank you in advance.
Hello!
The shortcode Pinterest takes the images from the source, and you can select the number of columns and image gaps you need. Unfortunately, there are no more settings. You can include a header there and style it, as well as some settings for the current header from Pinterest.
Thank you!
Team,
This is for your kind attention that When I checked my Website on Mobile Phone. Drop Down menu is not opened please help me to resolve this issue. Here is the Website Url is https://dialepunjab.com/
When I add the Pinterest extended shortcode with the Newspaper theme 12.6.9 in the Mintyside PRO Homepage, the data gets extracted fine from the Pinterest board but the images have no styles applied (the “header” with the username and followers seem to be styled and working fine).
Any idea as to what the cause could be?
After activating Standard Pack plugin, can we create customized header and footer?
Hi team, please help us with the Mobile view header design. In mobile view, Menu, logo, and search icon should be in one line. But currently there is a blank space above the logo.
Hello Bettina,
I have deactivated and deleted the plugin approx 2+ years back.
I feel entries are triggering from somewhere because these links are till active in ‘Alternative page with proper canonical tag’.
Furthermore, I searched in Header as well but nothing related to AMP. If you know Pls let me know where to delete the entry so that it won’t come in Page indexing.
If I click ‘View Page source’ I can see this href=”https://www.giriblog.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=31605&amp;action=edit”
I’m not sure, is there any relation? But I suspect somewhere it’s triggering.
Thank You
Giri
Hello!
Make sure you’ve also applied the settings on the sticky header. Please follow the video to see where you can find and edit/build your sticky header on mobile and desktop, too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
