If I select “no template” in the theme panel > header, and then select what I want each part of my header to look like using the options below (as it says you can do in the documentation), the header doesn’t show up on my pages. Why? Thanks!
I am using template 6 for the header. Somehow, my search icon has changed positions to the left of the menu, but I want it to the right. Please advise.

I added both files: header-menu.php and header-style-1.php. Didn’t change anything. Actually, even a custom page template does not work. It simply does not show up in the page editor. See my other posts:

Issue: Mobile version of website is fugly
I first set up my website by importing the setting and all demo content for the “world new” child theme. I then changed some posts and added the revolution slider. However, on my website sportsblogit.com the mobile theme does not match the desktop theme. When I view the theme on mobile I only see “latest” articles, the header, and footer. There is no other content on the page. I imported all your demo content/settings and it was like this.
But when I view the child theme “world news” on your website the mobile template looks great. You have a slider, “must-read”, “latest” and social sharing. I would like this same design on my website and I don’t know what settings I must change.
Has something changed meanwhile? Because I have the same problem that my Header Menu isn’t responsive. Some Categories are moving into the 2nd row if I minimize my view.

so this is what I need to do:
1) Do a full backup with database
2) Load the Pro Defualt
3) Load Pro Defualt Home Page
4) Replace Big Grids with Big Grids Flex
Questions:
1) I noticed that there are only a few flex blocks and my other content uses many of the other blocks. Can I still use regular block or is that a Big No No.Is Flex the only blocks that can be used or are there others?
2) I noticed when I deactivate the the “standard pack” my header (defualt pro) it changes to a text based header and my logo disappears.

I have the same problems. For test purposes I tried /child-theme/parts/header/header-menu.php, but the file does not override the standard file. How come? What am I missing?

You can use a cloud header overlay from tagDiv Cloud library, just make sure that you have set on each page at the top an image, also if you set in theme panel the cloud header it will be apply global on all posts, categories and pages.

Do you have an example of the header javascript, and then how you placed the individual ad javascripts?
There is nothing intuitive about this theme for this, and without this, we will need to switch away.

So the headers can be set global in theme panel or manually on each page or cloud template where you want to have a different header then the theme panel. The posts will not inherit the category header, you’ll need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit the cloud template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/MIT75mU.png

I’ve updated a site from 8 to 9 and then to 10. Besides, it was a nightmare. The worst update I have made (in the WordPress world) in more than 10 years. Took me more than 10 hours to migrate the modified templates to the new system. Not funny, really not funny.
For now, I would prefer to use the child theme, since migrating to the cloud library would be even more time-consuming. Unfortunately, nothing works (according to your tutorial).
I use the following modified template files:

Why are two files not available in the standard pack?
These files are not working in my child theme. I tried:

Hi everyone,
I have 2 problems:
1. no scroll of mega menu in sticky version. I tried to insert this CSS in theme panel:
.tdb_header_mega_menu .block-mega-child-cats {
max-height: 335px;
overflow: auto;
}
but still not working. I tried to change the height (200) but still not scroll.
2. When a page is preloading, in the first few seconds my logo text font in the header appears like times new roman but I choose Poppins font. I insert poppins font in tag divi composer and also Theme panel> theme font>header>text logo. Still not working. This problem not happens with tagline!
Any suggestions?

I’ve just updated a site from version 8 to version 10. It was a nightmare. We all know: it’s a terrible idea to put template files in a plugin folder. However, I know that this was necessary due to the crazy Envato conditions. Having said this, is it now possible to apply the mods update-safe? And why are files still in the theme folder that are now loaded from the plugin folder? For example: /parts/header/header-menu.php.

I have made different headers with their own many but I cannot seem to set it in posts. It works fine for pages and categories but it’s not working for posts. How do I set the same header/menu for post as I assumed it would simply follow the category which it’s not doing?

I’m testing my newly purchased newspaper theme and installed the iGossip theme. The header and its menus including background appears stretched. When I check the template settings ‘Force Full Width’, each option is set to ‘No stretch’. I have the feeling this is a bug, because I have another live website with Newspaper theme, also started with iGossip and option ‘No strech’ worked well. My other website is working with Newspaper theme V10.1.
The current one with the bug is version 10.2.
Maybe it’s not a bug and I simply forgot to change another setting?
Note: the bug appears also with other Demos

The Footer looks Very normal on Home page but in the category’s pages it’s Vertical & I can’t edit it at all?
Besides the Template, pictures are uneditable (like the header – footer – logo, etc.. )
I use the Nature demo and I want to change the image under the CC tab. But whenever I do this, the new image get stretched to unusable. What do I do wrong?
