Thank you, SalsaMonkey2
I’m so sorry but I’m confused.
The code between lines 34-38 is actually working? I copied someone’s code from here on the forum to change the font size of the post titles on mobile devices. It’s worked and the font size changed… but the code is not correct?
And what about the code from lines 40-42? That’s definitely not working, I want to hide “More from author”. I need to “close the {} for media” , right? I know… but it seems closed to me.
If I copied the codes and paste them here, Can you possibly make them right and post here so that I can delete the wrong codes and paste the correct ones? Please?
lines 34-38
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-post-header header .entry-title{
font-size:22px!important;
line-height:22px!important
}
lines 40-42
.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right {
display: none !important;
}
Thank you so much!!!
Hey – I’m using a custom cloud library template for my header and would like to disable the sticky menu for desktop and mobile but can’t figure out how to do that. In Header Manager, both are indicated as off, but are still enabled. I’ve tried various combinations of toggling that setting, but nothing changes.
Hello !
When using Cloud Template header the sticky header must be edited with tagDiv Composer Header Manager and erased the content of it as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bzi8kbneOKQc
Thank you !
Hi,
From what I can see your menu icons are black -> http://prntscr.com/pj0hai
If you want to change the colors, you can use this custom css -> http://prntscr.com/pj0hz6
#td-top-mobile-toggle i.td-icon-font.td-icon-mobile {
color: #12ea56 !important;
}
.td-header-style-10 .header-search-wrap .td-icon-search {
color: #f112f4!important;
}
The code need to be set in theme panel> Custom code> Advance > css
Also if you want to have more control over header layout on desktop and mobile too, you can use a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library, use tagDiv Composer with header manager to edit it how you want.
Thank you!
Hi,
If that social icons are set in top bar on a header template please check these settings -> http://prntscr.com/piyo1p if you are using a default header, then you’ll need to use custom css to change the position for the social icons.
Thank you!
Hi Vlad,
I have sent you an email as per your request 4 days ago but never received a reply.
Can you please update me on the status of the ticket.
At the moment I have removed the header cause the website is already live.

Hi,
I wanted to reproduce the same shadow below the header 10.
Alex told me it’s an image and he attached this image to his email.
He also gave me a custom CSS:
.td-header-gradient:before {
content: "";
background: transparent url(https://www.mondeoz.com/wp-content/uploads/shadow.png);
width: 100%;
height: 12px;
position: absolute;
left: 0;
bottom: -12px;
z-index: 1;
}
This code didn’t work so I tried to customize it (I am not a developper).
Here is my code:
.td-header-desktop-wrap:before {
content: "";
background: url(https://www.mondeoz.com/wp-content/uploads/shadow.png);
width: 100%;
height: 12px;
position: absolute;
left: 0;
bottom: -12px;
z-index: 1;
}
.td-header-desktop-sticky-wrap:before {
content: "";
background: url(https://www.mondeoz.com/wp-content/uploads/shadow.png);
width: 100%;
height: 12px;
position: absolute;
left: 0;
bottom: -12px;
z-index: 1;
}
Now it seems to be working for the main header but not for the sticky one.
Can you help me to make it work for both headers?
Thanks
Hi,
On http://www.mondeoz.com, when I resize my browser window, the Mondeoz header suddenly turns into a Newspaper header.
Screenshot: https://ibb.co/W5r4vrB
Newspaper should NEVER appears anywhere on my website.
How can I fix that and how can I make sure it’s not showing anywhere else?
Thanks
Hi,
There is a flash of text (website title and tagline) while the header is loading on http://www.mondeoz.com

How can I get rid of that?
Thanks
Hello !
I suggest using a Cloud library header and insert the elements you want there because the layout of the header that you are currently using it forces the logo to be smaller. Find out how to import a cloud library header here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Thank you !
Hi,
That is a custom menu made with custom work, also this can be achieve using the header manager and set on mobile layout a mobile horizontal menu -> http://prntscr.com/pixbg5 also in order to add icons on menu, please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/ you’ll be indicate to have a different menu on mobile.
Thank you!
Hello !
1.That option can be disabled if you are using a cloud library header as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Xz13hZhY
2. As long as an element is in the menu it will be clickable.
Thank you for your understanding !
Hi,
You have set a header from tagDiv Cloud Library , you need to edit that header template using header manager -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FkAe80JsuCo check the sticky menu, scroll until you see the sticky menu and click the menu, logo ( or element that you want to change ) -> https://www.screencast.com/t/o6Z8zoJoWbFY
Thank you!

Hello !
If you are already using a cache plugin and it works fine then you do not need but we do recommend WP Super Cache. Just keep in mind to not have 2 cache plugins at once.
Your logo looks ok on our side: https://www.screencast.com/t/2jlNGrFKpJed You will have to use some css in order to resize it bigger. That happens because of the layout of the header.
Thank you !
Hey – I’ve created a custom header using the Cloud Library Template functionality. Everything is great except I can’t find where to modify the logo for the sticky menu. My header displays the correct logo for all browser sizes, but on the sticky menu (for desktop, tablet and mobile) it displays the default Newspaper text logo instead of the logo I uploaded. Can you tell me where I can change this? Thanks!
Trying to figure out a way to set the general author page as a custom link.
I want it to be the same as the users forum profile page. example: https://plantgrowersclub.com/community/profile/
I use wpForo and have a shortcode I can use to display the current profile. When I tried to use my shortcode [wpforo item=”profile”] in the author page template it throws off all the CSS and doesn’t look like the normal forum profile page.
I want the user to be able to click that profile picture at the top right in the header when they are logged in, and instead of displaying their wordpress author page, it should display their profile page.
This is an example of the profile page:
https://plantgrowersclub.com/community/profile/bill/
I want this to display the above link instead (or a way to change the link itself):
https://plantgrowersclub.com/author/bill/
Update!
I managed to fix the search box issue by deactivating the child theme and reactivating the core theme.
I was reading this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
I is it not recommended to have a child theme for Newspaper?
Problems that remain:
Logos do not appear, cannot be uploaded / inserted in the Cloud Template headers.
Tests with Elementor suggest that the Mobile Logo works, but the logo on the primary headers doesn’t.
Tagdiv Composer still often hands out error readings.
Often when I edit things, what Tagdiv Composer shows is different from what actually renders.
The rendering of the black background Cloud Template headers (style 3 – 5) is still quite poor when compared to their inherent theme panel versions.
Best Regards!

I am having difficulties in eliminating l’histoire title and logo from the pages of my site. My header and footer are both the way I want them (finally), yet when I check my site and begin scrolling through the updated version I have a “floating footer” that appears at the top of each page (I refer to it as a “floating men” because it only contains my footer menu info). I have attempted to edit it via Live CSS and it changes but I cannot save it. Please help.
Hello,
I recently switched to this them and I’m having 2 issues, although I think they’re related.
1. Featured images do not show up on any pages. SHOW FEATURED IMAGE, FEATURED IMAGE PLACEHOLDER, and Use Lightbox are all selected under Post Settings. However, my post are all linked to existing pages on my site, if that make a difference.
2. The logo does not show up on any mobile devices. Everything shows up normal on desktop. I’m currently using header style 11, but it is the same issue on the other header styles. I added mobile logos at the dimensions that it asked for. And the footer logo does display.
You can add Alexa code by editing header-amp.php You can find it under plugins/td-composer/mobile/header-amp.php
Paste Alexa code just after <body> tag
refer: https://prnt.sc/pi8hvg
Note: No need to add an analytics script in the <head> section.
Hope you will find this helpful.
Do you have a secure means to provide you credentials?
I also came across these issues.
Mobile
Header background color not changing on home page.
Header icon color not changing on home page.
Search and menus do not work globally.
Desktop
Header Mega Menu does not work globally.
Header Search does not work globally.
Generally, I am having difficulty with getting the home page to be configurable.
I don’t think it is a conflict with the plugins because I have disabled all plugins and have gone through the entire process of changing setting for menus, icon color, header background color and search to see if the settings will change.
Thank you
I’m trying to display two banners (desktop version and mobile version) side by side in the header of this test site:
I want to display two banners that show up on desktop and if people are on mobile then they get a mobile version of the two banners. I have a child theme that might be impacting them from displaying, but it might be my code as well. I’ve attached my code and would appreciate any help to get this working in the header of my test site.
