I suggest you backup your current theme installation then find someone with experience which can offer you guidance in this process or an easy to use plugin which also provides support in this regard and once you’re positive that you have assistance in doing it, due to the fact that you aren’t familiar with this, you can give it a try.

Hi,

Please make sure that you install the latest version of speed booster plugin (3.1). You can find it within the /plugins folder from theme files you’ve downloaded from theme forest. After that check for this again without any other plugins active and also empty cache.

Hi,

Please make sure you have all thumbs enabled in theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/2Q61wQ9qUxU
Then regenerate thumbnails and also make sure you have GD library installed and writing permissions on /wp-content/uploads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/
Also make sure you empty cache and try this without any plugins active.

Hi,

Not sure what you would want to do but we don’t recommend changing the width of the grid as it not easy to be done and you would also need to alter the width of all containers. This could also break the layout but if you really need it we suggest you hide a freelancer to do it for you and backup your current installation.

Can you provide us a link to see the issue? Do you mean you make changes in Theme Panel and the changes are not reflected in the front-end?

Do you have plugins installed, can you try to disable all plugins and see if works. If not work can you give us access to your WP to take a look, send via email at contact@tagdiv.com

@ERP Please note that when you load the stacks the content or the page layout doesn’t change. This option will just import color settings, font settings..

@alezan If you take a look at the change log you will notice that the last theme update adds improvements, bpress support and also fixes bugs so it will be to your benefit to update it.
Please also note that updating will not affect the settings you’ve made to your theme, it will affect the changes you’ve made to the theme files though so I suggest you make a backup of your current theme installation then take note of the changes you’ve made to the theme files if you have done any then use the FTP method from the guide below and update your theme.
You can also use the patch if you update from the previous theme version and copy just the modified files but using it will also remove the changes you’ve made to the theme files if those files are among the one that have been modified during this last update.
If you have changes to the theme files you can use the child theme in the future to keep them as @Lukas suggested but please note that you will not be able to edit all files via Child theme, you can find here more info about this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-documentation-newsmag/
