Hi,
This problem can be resolved in 2 ways. You can install a prebuilt website or use a custom function in the theme, for this you can follow the indications from this similar topic- https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-social-share-options/
Also, if you do not want to install a demo and you want us to set the function in the them fore you, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide a temporary wp-admin access. We’ll verified the problem as soon as possible. Also, include this topic in email.
Thank you!
What would happen if I delete the current newspaper theme and install the new one with the wordpress installable zip file?
Dear TagDiv Support Team,
I’m currently using the latest version of the Newspaper theme for my editorial website project, and I’ve encountered an issue regarding the Social Share functionality.
Under Theme Panel > Social Networks, only a limited selection of platforms is available — such as Koo, Naver, Kakao, Flipboard, Gettr, and Copy URL. However, major platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email are completely missing from the list, and I’m unable to activate or reorder them.
This issue appeared recently. These platforms were previously visible and functional. So far, I have tried the following steps:
Cleared all cache (browser, WordPress cache plugins, and CDN)
Deactivated all third-party plugins
Reinstalled the theme from the official ThemeForest package
Tested on different browsers and devices
Despite these actions, the issue persists. Could you please assist in restoring the full set of social networks in the Theme Panel or advise on how to resolve this limitation?
Best regards,
José Boto
Hello,
I am not sure what a theme “pancake” is? Can I just upload the wordpress zip file and install through wordpress?
Amy
Hi,
You’re facing a common issue in WordPress Multisite setups when dealing with media content, especially galleries. Since each site in a multisite has its own media library, galleries created in Site A (subsite A) don’t automatically work in Site B. Here are some practical solutions or workarounds:
1: Use a Gallery Plugin That Supports External URLs: Modula Gallery or Envira Gallery (Pro).
Option 2: Use “Network Shared Media” Plugin. Install: Network Shared Media
This lets Site B access images uploaded to Site A directly via the Media Library:
– insert Site A’s images into Site B’s post
– keep using your current gallery setup
Thank you!
Hi,
The cloud template you have imported is from the demo CALI SIGHT PRO that has some custom fields that are coming with the demo installation. When you get only the cloud template you’ll need to use a plugin to add custom fields (for example acf plugin) add the custom fields you want to use and on the cloud template replace the source for the “Sample field data” with the name of the cf you added – https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Unfortunately, we’re still having an issue with caching of the site, even after installing a minification plugin. So it seems that the issue could still be underlying. Apparently, caching of the site and is working correctly; DreamHost says they had already bypassed the cache on the tdAjaxSearch.js file as requested, and since I added the minification plugin, caching for JS is also disabled. DreamHost also notes that they do have a rule set up for not caching the tdAjaxSearch.js, so were wondering if you could provide additional information on what other file could be generating
cache, if any, that could clash with their Nginx cache. On their end, they say they don’t have any other caching rules set up that could affect the caching
completely. Thanks.
I have experienced three fatal errors using third party plugins, and on every occasion the cause has been Line 3276 in td_subscription.php.
However I think I have found the answer, and I have tested it with all three plugins on three different websites, and even a brand new website with all three plugins installed together. Before implementing this fix I confirmed all the websites failed with the ‘conflicting’ plugins installed, and then activated the solution below.
A function is trying to use array_key_exists() on a variable that is null instead of an array.
**How to fix:**
– The plugin author should ensure that the second argument to array_key_exists() is always an array.
– As a quick fix, you can wrap the call with an is_array() check.
**Example fix:**
**Remember that the source file location is \td-subscription\includes\td_subscription.php**
`php
if (is_array($array) && array_key_exists($key, $array)) {
// ...existing code...
}`
Hello,
I’m facing an issue while working with the Custom Post Types UI plugin.
What I did:
Installed and activated Custom Post Types UI;
Created a new Custom Post Type called Services;
Added several entries (posts) to the Services CPT;
Assigned a Cali Sight template (from the Cloud Library) to display the single service posts using the Newspaper → Cloud Templates section;
The template loads correctly and displays blocks with custom fields like “Sample field data”, icons, gallery images, advantages, etc.
The problem:
When I open a single “Service” post in the admin editor, I don’t see any custom fields to control or edit this content
Only default theme fields appear (Sidebar, Subtitle, Source URL, etc.)
I don’t understand how or where to input the actual values for those template fields (like the icons, sample data text, or images shown in the front-end)
I’m also unable to upload or manage the images used inside the template
What I want to achieve:
Use a single Cloud Template (Cali Sight) for all my service posts;
Show unique content (text, icons, images, advantages) for each service post using dynamic custom fields;
Screenshots(https://prnt.sc/Xwf_va4rD9lG https://prnt.sc/BENFP4B35R4y)
Thank you in advance!
How to edit a post? I mean can I edit the post content with TagDiv composer, or just with the Gutenberg?
What I’ve done so far:
– I’ve successfully installed and registered the latest (Version: 12.7.1 ) TagDiv NewsPaper, System Status is all OK.
– Then I imported the Architecture prebuilt web site with content.
– Now I try to edit an existing Post, say “MIT Named World’s Top Architecture School for Third Year in a Row”.
As far as I see, for Posts I can not see the Edit with TagDiv Composer on the WP top bar, it is just for Pages, so for example for Home (which is a page) I see Edit with TagDiv Composer on the WP top bar, but for the Post like “MIT Named World’s Top Architecture School for Third Year in a Row” I can not see.
– OK, so I click on Edit Post, which brings me to the Gutenberg Classic, see below:
I am a bit confused. I do understand the theme settings and the single page templates concept on basic level, but is this the way how I place my Post content? In Gutenberg Classic? (If I switch to block mode then I got this:
…which I also do not want.
What am I missing?
I mean, how to edit Post _Content_
PS: I do not know why my pictures not showing, the img links are working public google drive links
Hello Calin, thank you for your availability. Unfortunately, I do not feel safe in installing so many plugins. At the moment I have also disabled the service for the “white list limits” which are no longer active and I do not know how dangerous it is for the blog not to have this option active.
Wordpress sent me an email with this text: “WordPress, has an integrated functionality that detects when a plugin or theme causes an irreversible error on your site”.
In the past I remember that I was able to modify the theme by myself and set it as I wanted without too much effort.
For these reasons (security, as I could see), I will ask for a refund. The problem is not the theme, which is still very nice, but the limits imposed by WordPress. Thanks anyway.
Luana
Thanks, Calin. But I have a doubt. If I install the new URBAN OBSERVER theme, will the contents of my blog remain the same or will they be lost? In practice, I should only change the external appearance but maintain the structure of the site with all the loaded articles, pages and blog menus.
If there are no problems with the articles already present, I immediately set the Newpaper theme.
Thanks!
Hi Luana,
The mentioned website is not using the Newspaper theme, we can help only if the Newspaper theme is installed.
Thank you!
Hi, given the enormous difficulty in installing the theme I had chosen (URBAN OBSERVER) as I cannot install the necessary plugins. I ask, kindly, for a refund of the amount paid.
Best regards,

PS. I had also given one of you the temporary login

Hi Calin,
Thanks for the update but seems it`s still not working. I did exactly what you said but no success. I even reinstalled all prebuilt website, but that did not help.

In this case, the theme is pulling up, you don’t have to do anything. I’ve already uninstalled the theme and installed it from scratch. The error persists. I liked the theme, so I’m insisting on it. I need to solve the problem. This specific problem occurs on YouTube and in posts that have HTML.
Two pages, for example, are happening on YouTube.
A video
https://glostv.com/youtube-teste/
A live broadcast
https://glostv.com/teste-youtube-2/
Regards, the code you sent me has improved, but it’s still messy, as shown in the video. I added a code where it was quite messy. The Brazilian flag appears straight in the code preview, and when you publish, the CSS of your theme pulls the flag up, and it was pulling everything. I fixed it using a code. I just couldn’t fix the flag. Check out the video. And then I showed the players where the CSS of the theme is pulling up a lot.
where the black bar cuts the image in half.

I ask that you contact the owner or person responsible for the theme, ask them to make a static page, fix this. Because I’ve been stuck on this for over a month, looking for a solution, I recently discovered that the theme is causing this headache.
Hello!
I could really use your help!
I’ve set up a new website using WordPress (on GoDaddy hosting), installed the theme with all required plugins, and successfully imported the demo content. The site is working fine, and I can create and edit posts.
However, whenever I click on TagDiv Composer, I’m redirected to an error page.
Here are some additional details about my environment:
Hosting: GoDaddy
PHP version: 8.3.20
Database: 10.6.21 MariaDB
htaccess:
php_value max_input_vars 5000
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value post_max_size 50M
php_value upload_max_filesize 50M
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN
</IfModule>
I’ve followed all the recommendations in your documentation, including plugin activation, memory limits (256M).
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue with TagDiv Composer and how I can fix it?
Thank you in advance for your support!
Hi,
You can try to reinstall everything, but only if you have a full backup so you can restore it if the problem is still the same.
The license can be get from your themeforest account https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202822600-Where-Is-My-Purchase-Code
If you want we can take a closer look too, for this it will be need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll need a temporary wp-admin access to the website.
Thank you!
Hi,
For this you need to have installed and activate the plugin tagDiv Opt-in Builder after that on block you’ll see the option for exclusive posts, those are articles that are blocked using tagDiv Opt-in builder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-opt-in-builder/
The bookmark can be set using the option on block – https://i.imgur.com/PoDSxL1.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/bookmark-save-for-later/
Thank you!
Thank you very much for your advice. I followed it, re-downloaded the theme from Themeforest, installed it, and everything is working fine except for one detail: I see the words ‘Tag Div Composer Draft’ on the homepage and I can’t figure out how to remove them. How can I do it? Thank you very much
Hi YamhillAdvocate,
Please try like this: check when you are logged in on the website if is displaying the right version or not, if is displaying the right version then you have a cache from a plugin, or maybe from server or CDN that is applying on your website.
Also, if the problem was resolve for a few minutes after the cache was cleared then this is a cache problem, but latter you disabled the mobile plugin … but there was still cache version delivered, not without cache.
When you are using the mobile theme plugin the cache plugin should support mobile cache (to have a separate cache version that will be delivered only on mobile devices, for example – https://i.imgur.com/4MtTg1K.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hi,
First please make sure that you use the last theme version 12.7.1 and last WordPress version, after that please do a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problems with “When we try to upload a post we get the following error:” is still persisting, is possible to be a plugin conflict.
The “Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Tra …” is just a notice, this will note affect the website for logged users or visitators.
When you see shortcodes like this [tdb_header_weather icon_color=”#ffffff” …] it is because one of the theme plugins taht provides that shortcode is disable and you need to install/enabled the tagdiv plugins (can be tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library …)
Thank you!
Hi,
You can recover your old settings only if you have a backup before the installation of the new pre-built website. Also, in our guide/documentation we mentioned that installing a pre-built website you should not edit the content coming with demo – https://i.imgur.com/TfclLzJ.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Thank you!
Hi,
Something has happening there, because if evirating was working and nothing has been added install, edited, upgraded on the website the problem shouldn’t appear.
If you want us to resolve the problem for you we’ll need wp-admin access to your website and FTP or cPanel access, those needs to be provided via email at contact@tagdiv.com also you need to have a valid license key with a valid support period, if the support period is not valid you’ll need to extend it.
Nor related to the problem, most of the time this can appear do to some changes to code in plugins or themes, plugins conflict that are interfering with the theme or other plugins (usually can be checked in error log or using the debug mode)
Thank you!
