An issue has cropped up recently following a Theme Update users attempting to log into our Site via our APP on Android Phones only. IOS Phones are Fine. And all users can login directly via desktop devices, so this issue limited to Android phones. We’ve checked with our App Developer and the App is working fine. Here is the issue, as described by one of our Users:

“I am having trouble getting around on your website using your APP on my Android Phone. When I try to get to the menu, I see: “Click here – to use so menu builder” When I click, it says login – I try to log in and get the message ” Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Everything works well on my computer. I uninstalled the app. Ran a virus scan. Ran a cleanup app to clean caches and downloaded your app again with the same results. I am Android 9 on both devices.”

I am testing the mobile page creator. Specifically, I’m creating a template for the posts (single), for mobile version.

This template is very simple, to try to get the best results possible (to make it a quick load).

This is the composition for mobile (post) pages:

– Single Post Featured Image
– Page Title
– Single Post Content
– Single Post Share
– Breadcrumbs

It is a very simple basic configuration. I have activated this template for the category posts. You can see it in the image.

It is a test page, totally clean. It only has the theme and the theme plugins installed. In addition, WP super Cache is installed, following the recommendations.

It is a very simple and straightforward page, but it is slow.

Okay, now I’m going to try something else. I’m just going to activate the tagdiv mobile plugin and empty the cache.
Now, the same page is much faster:

Then…. What is the point of creating my own mobile pages, if they are slow? This doesn’t make sense, I don’t understand it.

We all know that Google increasingly values web loading speed. But with every Newspaper update, the speed gets worse.

Am I doing something wrong?

Should I consider looking for another theme faster?

I have the Newspaper 10.3.8 theme installed. When I am editing the home page and I write a meta description using the yoast seo premium plugin and then I refresh the page it gets misconfigured or broken.Gracias!

when I install the “tagDiv Standard Pack” i get “Ajax error” + “An error occured and we could not finish the process. Please reload the page and try again, or manually update the plug ins”. Then my whole site crashes and I need to us a back up. What to do?

I just activated author box from theme settings on posts.
The author box appeared, I completed all the info in new user profile created.
Now, I need an image. Checked your forum and installed WP User Avatar and added an image to new user profile.
But, the image doesn’t show on posts where is selected this author.

Dear Team,
I am facing issues whenever the theme updates automatically. After the update, all TagDiv plugins get uninstalled, and most of my site’s configurations are wiping out.

Every time when this occurs, I need to install all plugins, activate the theme, configure many options, and regenerate thumbnails.. which are of course a tedious task.

I could not find a way to disable the theme’s auto-update.

Appreciate if you can look into this and advise
