i am trying to install Cloud templates and Prebuilt Websites theme since 2 days but it is not working, when i try to install cloud templet the black loading appears and its hang. and when i install pre builder themes this massage comes up….

we already have setup the website: https://www.kynigesia.gr/ with theme Current demo installed: Default PRO
We are in the process of installing a woo commerce eshop but its seems we have an issue with the current setup and there is no eshop css support eg eshop categories / products https://www.kynigesia.gr/shop/
As we understand we must use a theme with eshop support. We have taken a full backup in localhost wamp to further testing but we cannot install another theme: Your license key is not assigned on this website. Please go to the “My License” management panel and assign it to enjoy the full benefits of your theme. (local url https://localhost/kynigesia).
Can you please advise on how to proceed from now on.
Our goal is not to change the template and design as you understand and or make minimal changes to existing site / design while also supporting the new eshop design.

We are sorry to hear that.
All the data related to the optin plugin is kept in the website database, in these tables https://prnt.sc/TISVB2QlILRO If the database is migrated along with the website, the tables will be there as well.
Not sure how you did it, or if there perhaps was a problem when migrating the website, but a good way to to do it is using the duplicator plugin if, possible. It moves everything in the new location, perfectly.
if you still have the old database, then you could move the respective tables. With phpmyadmin for example:

Export them https://prnt.sc/fXHTSWXxJie2
Import them on the new website.
As a note, please remove the current tables from the new website, if you already installed the plugin there. So the import will add the tables from the initial website.
Or maybe it could be done using other methods. The important thing is that the tables are moved, everything should be available on the new website as it was on the old website. I made a quick test now and moved my optin data from one install to another, using the method I described, it worked perfectly fine.

I see that your website is in maintenance mode. I recommend updating the PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1 because the version you installed has not been tested, and maybe you have plugins that are incompatible with the PHP version.

Currently the CPU shows at 19%. When I installed Newspaper, the CPU usage went up to 72%. At first I thought it could be that I was getting DDos’d. I blocked certain countries. Still going up. I tried Newspaper on three domains.
I registered the theme with the key thing then unregistered, repeat for the second one then the third one. I was not using Newspaper on three sites at the same time.. Now that that is out of the way…
I removed Newspaper…It’s been under 25%.
So…why is server CPU so high when I have Newspaper. I want to install it back on one of my sites. But I can’t justify the high CPU usage.
Could it be third-party widgets like the instagram or social media counters?
FOR THE RECORD: I THINK NEWSPAPER IS A GREAT THEME.

I have a news site which runs Newspaper cuestionpublica.com. I updated from 8.1 to current version 12.6.8. The site broke initially but we fixed it installing the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin and activating it. However, some things in the website are still looking weird after the update. We also have plugins like Woocommerce, Elementor, essential grid and slider revolution.
1. The top bar is back and looks good, but the ‘Subscribe to the Newsletter’ link below the logo is missing. It should be like this, inside the bar https://web.archive.org/web/20221031235117/https://cuestionpublica.com/ Also, in the top bar there was this order: date, subscribe to the newsletter, enter the cp club, social network logos.
2) The text summaries of the articles are still missing from the top right side.
3) The Read More (Leer +) button is missing from the two main entries on the top right.
4. The main entry (top left) has its title above the image and it should be the other way around.
5. In the top entries, the section name and date are appearing, that was not there before. They should not be seen.
6. The bar under the logo with the section names and the magnifying glass for search is missing.
Can you please give any suggestions?

We are on a litespeed server, and we want to configure the site with this plugin, but unfortunately, when we activate the cache, with litespeed, the homepage receives a critical error for people registered on the site, we simply did not find the solution, we tried to make another page, but it still does not work.
In the meantime, we installed wp rocket, as a temporary solution, with another cache plugin everything seems to be ok, but we want to continue using litespeed to optimize images with it and to take advantage of the object cache it offers…
I am waiting with great interest for an answer, I would like to be able to use this plugin, it is vital for us.

@Anamaria I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, but no luck. Same as SteganGebala, it’s stopped working after we switched exclusively to cloud templates.

I finally decided to use the Mobile Theme plugin.
I can set everything up nicely, but for the WooCommerce shop page, even though I disable the Mobile Theme in the Gutenberg editor, only the default WooCommerce store layout appears. However, the “Woo Shop Base Template – Kids Store” template is installed as both the Global and Mobile Template. On PC, the Kids Store template displays beautifully.
How can I configure this so that a different design appears on the WooCommerce shop page? (Specifically for WooCommerce, at least on the shop page, I would like to disable the Mobile Theme plugin. – http://ajovokezdete.hu/shop)

1. The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).

There is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can use the responsive version. There are no other solutions.
To increase page speed, I recommend checking which thumbnails you are using on your blocks. You might want to avoid enabling all of them and optimize and regenerate images. You can use the EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimization and the OMGF plugin for fonts. Additionally, you can use the WP Rocket plugin.

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Hello. I purchased the Newspapper theme and I have some questions:
1.-In the pages I see you can edit with the tag tools and is perfect no problem, but in the posts I read some manuals to use similar tool but from posts. If I go to posts I only see my default wordpress editor for posts. If I go to wordpress settings/writing I don’t see options to change the default editor for posts. Hw can i enable the tag tools that is very good for posts?
2.-For Opt in and lock content with subscription I see Wizard Lock and Locked two lockers by default why 2 lockers? And how do you define this to affect and apply to the posts? I want to familiarize better how to lock and understand why different rules are by default and how we call for the correspond post.
3.-Suppose I want to create a donation post instead to a monthly or yearly fee. How can I do that. The idea is for example if a user suscribe that shows the the optional donation city some amounts or ‘other’ desired by the person or if nothing can be skipped. But if was a donor the theme marks this in the user profile?
4.-We want to add some products for sale. We have the them as newspaper look, but we don’t want to convert the theme to a 100% commerce design. I see that you can go select one ecomerce demo and done, but we don’t want that we want to use our default newsweek demo installed but just add a new tab that says products and some products with price to add and check out. Now for this, the user to purchase can use the same account of the membership/donation I guess? But how I do this process to add the products without transform my design of newspaper?

We have a weird issue with the logo not showing at our site.
We have created a staging site at https://avg191124.wpenginepowered.com/ (popup login credentials are demo and avg191124).
We have installed and activated the Newspaper theme and the Chained News demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_chained_news_pro/
We use the latest version 12.6.8
I set the logo at the theme settings at https://avg191124.wpenginepowered.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel (tried 2 different logos) and they do not show up at the frontend.
Needless to say, I purge cache at https://avg191124.wpenginepowered.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpengine-common&tab=caching and I also test it as a logged in user but the default logo keeps showing up.
I also tried to hide the “Sign in” option at the theme settings and it still shows up!
It would be great if you could have a look and let me know why the logo does not show up at https://avg191124.wpenginepowered.com/
