Think I am going to have to uninstall/re-install the theme, tried deactivating all plugins in case – but nothing seems to work.
I get Disqus using a Universal Code and PHP Plugin, with Woody Snippets. I created a js code using disqus tutorial and add a code with text in visual composer.
Replace SITENAME with your sitename (sitedisqus.disqus.com) and get the code ([wbcr_snippet id=”ID”]) in “Text with Title”. More infos:

We recently installed mobile theme. We are using WPML. The mobile theme only works on English page..com/en/ but it doesnt work on the default language page. Is this plugin not compitable with wpml?
It is working on the english page but partly, we can only see the lastest articles section not top grid – displays 3 featured posts (posts included in the Featured category)

I want to create my site based on the “Breaking News” demo of Newspaper 9.5, however, it’s not available on the “Install Demos” page. How do I do this?

Hi, I have followed your instructions. I removed the jetpack plugin all in it’s self, and followed the instruction on the official WP site o how to purge my CDN, yet my site still remains the same. I have also deactivated and removed unused plugins and I believe I only have plugins compatible with the theme installed and active, yet this idn’t solve my problem. Am I doing something wrong?

I was using the “Newspaper Magazine” theme and wrote some articles (some of them were based on demo articles), add categories etc.
Then, I wanted to try another Newspaper demo theme : “Politics”. I decided to install it, but this time without including content (to keep my own contents and being afraid of loosing it).
And now all my articles from the previous theme are gone… Could you please help me and tell me how I could find them back ?

Where do you get these errors? Provide some useful screenshots with these errors so I can localize them and also, so we can further investigate it closer. Make sure if your theme has been correctly installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, remvoe all fo uuntested plugins and chec the reuslts. I have a problem in my website all happen as seen in the video the mobile menu background open and close rapidly , i deleted all files and reinstalled my website from scratch and still happen specially in google chrome or i don’t know exactly which is the cause theme or browser or the hosting.
I must say that is impossible, maybe you are downloading the latest version in one place, but then install an older one from a different place.
We double checked and the latest theme version 9.5 is uploaded in themeforest, so downloading an older version would not be possible even if required.
If there is still a problem in your case, you could try and contact Envato support

Finally found a solution. It was simple but strange. Thought it would be interesting for everyone to know. The Header Manager button doesn’t appear unless and until you install the tagDiv Cloud Library.
This is really strange as the new features forcefully demand to install Cloud Library.

Hello, It seems we are both seeing different things at different ends. I have just logged in again and could see that a few posts that were made yesterday are now displaying. However, I have just made another “test post” and cannot seem to find it on the homepage. Please note that the first block section at the top of the homepage is set to show any new post irrespective of the category where the post is made. It should sort all latest post and that it has been doing until suddenly it stopped yesterday.
I don’t have any cache clearing pluggin installed till yesterday evening while I was trying out several possible solution to the problem.
Please if you want I could give you login access to the website so you can figure the problem.

You don’t have to install the black theme demo if you don’t want to. Provide some examples about what exactly you want to do and where. A link to that location with explanation will be helpful. I will try to give you a solution.

I plan on using the Law Firm demo for a site build, and jquery attempts to load one of the demo images only on the home page which slows down site loading and throws up the following error.

This occurs with the demo content freshly installed, and with the image in question being replaced. There are no caching plugins operating, so I believe the issue lies somewhere else in the demo files – either jquery or one of the demo css files.
