Thanks for the advice Catalin. This did not work. The version of NewsMag that I am running is version 4.3 and TD Composer is version 2.2. When you say install the FTP way, I did this when I first installed the theme. Are you saying I need to install the theme again via FTP? Does that mean I need to uninstall the theme and reinstall it?
I continue to get the 404 error on pages only. Categories and Posts are working. Even new pages I make get the 404 error when published. If I leave it as a draft it works fine.

Please notice that the first step for WordPress debugging is to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Please notice that each theme is different from each other and any untested plugin can break it. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new fresh install to another subdomain for testing and check the results.

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the version of TD Composer, please enable GD Library and mbstring for PHP on the server and also, try to set up the below code in .htaccess!

This could be a plugin conflict between 2 page builder. If you use visual composer, please disable the tagdiv composer and vice-versa. DO not use 2 page builders at the same time.
Also please update your version of the tagdiv composer if you use it by disabling and deleting the current one you use and installing the new version from the main 8.7.4 theme package.

Please disable the yoast plugin and then disable all other plugins except the tagdiv composer. It could be a plugin conflict between the seo plugin and another plugin on your install. Remember to clear cache afterwards.
We cannot replicate the error on our end. The yost plugin does not provide any errors on any of our installs.

I suggest you make a new install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

So there was a problem during the theme install. Please try installing the theme either by WordPress or FTP, those methods would be more reliable

In case there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access and also FTP if possible. Mention what were the problems you encountered when installing the theme.

If you use nginx with php-fpm fastcgi running and have a high traffic website make sure to add
fastcgi_read_timeout 300;
to your nginx configuration despite of memory_execution_time.
That fixed the above error but now we see a lot of:
SELECT post_id FROM wp_postmeta WHERE meta_key = '_wp_attached_file' AND meta_value = 'logo.svg';
and
SELECT post_id FROM wp_postmeta WHERE meta_key = '_wp_attached_file' AND meta_value = '2017/10/logo-og.png';
in slow mysql queries and CPU usage against memory is very high(last night we had two 502 errors with cloudflare optimized).
Just letting you know everything was OK with another theme and 15 more plugins installed.
How to handle this?

Since I removed my AMP plugin, and installed the AMP tagdiv, I have lost a lot of AMP traffic.
I think the reason is that the Analytics code doesn’t work properly.

Since I installed your the I’ve been getting a lot of this error message:
FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /public/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php:6
Additionally I noticed a big CPU load.
We use nginx.

apparently everything is ok, and the clicks do not work, I can not make changes in the pages nor in the panel, when I downgrade to version 8.0 it works, my installation is multsite, I have 4 active themes and I can not touch any, system
So just a recap on what I have tried. I have disabled all pluggins on the site. Doing this resulted in the same error when I tried to access the TD Composer for the page. Adding the pluggins back one by one did not change anything. If this was an error resulting from a pluggin, removing it should have fixed the problem. I also notice that I am unable to edit any settings in SEO by Yoast anymore. The page blanks out. So I have the plugin deactivated now. I will try to reinstall it. But I think there is something broken in the theme, that is not allowing me to get to the TD Composer page.
I’m installing using envato market plugin.
After finished setting up token, then the theme able to be installed.
Then, here some error i found.
After that, when activating the theme by inserting registration key, some page got error.

All these links will redirect to error 404.
Already check the requirement. I’m using PHP 7.2 and all php.ini file been set.
I just had the same. Using the theme long time and wanted to change something in the Mega Menu. And all options where gone. It was one of the plugin installed. In our project it was User Menus plugin. (we also use woo commerce)
Deactivate the plugin > change menu > activate again
You could try a theme reinstall and see if this works. By FTP would be the recommended method if possible

Note that if you made any direct modifications to theme files they will be lost if you re-install the theme. Always make a backup just to be safe.

If the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it. Try again and check the results.
If all of these will not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request the manual installation and we will provide the XML file for the specific demo you want to import.

I followed all the topics with the social counter problems. Instagram works almost fine but it doesn’t update the followers.
The Facebook counter still doesn’t work. I removed the Facebook ID and stuff, only the name is now in the counter. But nothing changed. I cleared the cache, I tried different browers nothing happened.
I also reinstalled the social counter and updated Newsmag but the counter is still 0.
Is there any solution?
