Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. What you can try is to deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed, then check to see if this has any effect.

That is a weird problem. I don’t know how the style file content could simply disappear. I have inspected your website and the theme stylesheet is empty. You could copy the style.css file from the theme package you downloaded, and replace the one in the main theme folder.
Or do a theme re-install using this method

@marijnvdgruiter First please try to disable all your plugins except the tagDiv composer, clear any caching installed then try again. You could also try a fresh theme install using this method

There should be no reason for the composer to not work properly on a clean install uisng only the plugins bundles with the theme.
If you still cannot use the composer, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.

You could try disabling all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any aching installed and try again. Maybe a plugin is causing this.

Unfortunately, the Wp-admin is not depended by our theme, sorry! It seems that your WP Install to be damaged. Try to make a new clean install from scratch before via FTP way and check the results. Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, remove all the untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. (p.s <<lol<< our page builder is TD Composer and not TAGDIV COMPRESSOR :)))

Hi,

Those options are still available as usual in Visual composer. Please check in the plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer if you are not going to use it. Then double check the settings in Visual composer for the elements, clear any caching installed and check to see if everything is working as it should.
