Hello @nitu18122015!
I’ve checked your website and it seems to work well and that you use a responsive version of your desktop on mobile. We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version(which you have it already): A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there. Also, you can build your header for mobile there with different logo for example.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Thank you!
Hi janamtrup,
The Related articles from the mobile page are set only for the homepage to not be needed to create a mobile homepage, so it was used a grid and a block (those are also used for the categories). Unfortunately, those can not be set for other pages, it is custom made and the same is the page title.
The mobile theme plugin is simple without many options.
If you want to have more control over the mobile layout, you can try the mobile page template , here is a video tutorial -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi tori-media,
The mobile pages are empty because you are suing the mobile theme with amp, and when you are using the mobile theme this will overwrite the responsive version and to make it faster the pages need to be made using the mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/bK2ykfh.png (because most of the time those are made using builders).
What you can do is to set a mobile content for those pages, or use the mobile theme with amp only for posts -> https://i.imgur.com/PM9X2ln.png

Hello,
The mobile theme comes with its own templates/design for pages, posts, categories, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/3
The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
This can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello
I have been using your Mobile Editor on some pages (first time using this mobile editor), and very interesting and very good results in speed and developer score.
I see two bugs however, this maybe easy to correct:
– When finish creating a page, I turn to the mobile editor to build the mobile version. But it shows the PAGE TITLE in top (in viewing on mobilephone, not in editor), and this did not happen on frontpage. How can I disable Page Title in Mobile editor, its not there in the code.
– Related artickles only show on the frontpage Mobileeditor version, not on any other pages – even though its set in Theme Panel in the Mobile tab. And it works fine on Front.
Thanks 🙂
Hi there,
on mobile theme there is no option for “Post Image Size” on home page, as I need big image. And there is also no option of “Infinite Load”
Kindly guide me as I need this two features. on mobile theme.
Hi
I have tested the new version 11.4.1 with wordpress 5.9 and it works fine. The open_basedir issue with the mobile theme on my host is not resolved and I am using A4WP.
On the other hand I have a problem when I put the tags on a new post (post-new.php), sometimes the page freezes and freezes. Anyone have a solution?
Best Regards
Paolo
Hello,
Please make sure you have not disabled the mobile theme plugin for posts ->

Also, make sure you have enabled the Mobile device support for WP Super Cache > https://i.imgur.com/yButePW.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!

You are requested to watch the video, sometimes opening on home page and mobile mood on pc browser, For this problem I have deleted my mobile tagdiv amp but this problem is still happening.
I have changed your theme and am using another theme now for the same problem on my another site.
Now there is no problem
I have the mobile theme plugin enabled.
I want the mobile theme to be shown to all mobile users, but this is not happening.
Some posts are being correctly shown using the mobile theme. Other posts are not using the mobile theme (I believe the non-mobile version of them has been cached, and is therefore being served).
I would like a solution that allows me to continue using caching solutions (as it’s necessary – we have over 50,000 daily visitors), but serve the mobile theme on all posts.
Hello. With tagDiv Mobile Theme and AMP deactivated, everything is fine now. Thanks for your help.
Hello,
You can use it as you wish -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices.
Mobile + Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello,
The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the theme panel > social networks -> https://i.imgur.com/4wubwgL.png remove/edit them after your needs.
Thank you!
Hi, i can’t find the setting to remove the social icons from the mobile menu, does anyone know how to do it?
thanks!

Hello,
I’m sorry, but I’m not sure I fully understand what you are trying to achieve. Could you explain once again with some screenshots, please?
Also, if you want you can disable the mobile theme plugin for some pages https://i.imgur.com/nAGJe7s.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi leytol,
Please just make sure that you are still using the mobile theme plugin for amp, this was made to use the “Transitional” option and will work for post and pages.
Thank you!
Hello @abc!
Please make sure the theme panel is saving the option Mobile + AMP and that you have both plugins installed and active: AMP & Mobile Theme.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
After i de-activated the Mobile theme plugin, it shows the same content like on desktop, but for some reason the pictures, social networks numbers are not displaying correctly.
I have the same issue. My mobile home page displays on a computer. It happened after I updated to WordPress 5.9 and the newest version of Newspaper theme. I updated both on the same day. https://MrElectrician.TV

I am using the mobile theme with Newspaper, and also have additional plugins running such as WP Super Cache and Jetpack. These caching plugins are necessary to have our site running with high traffic, but it’s causing our mobile site/theme to only be used on some posts.
Any idea how we can have caching plugins running, but still serve the mobile theme to all users on mobile?
Hello,
I found a bug in the latest version of the theme.
I am using the Tech news demo and installed the required plugins like composer, cloud, newsletter and mobile theme.
While the above plugin activated, the option – Enable/Disable Mobile Theme on a single page breaks the layout on the mobile devices but when the tagDiv Mobile Theme is deactivated, it works fine.
Watch the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ByySVzo8cTXhonVDhfXmsNA80kYu3MP1/view?usp=sharing
I have tried deactivating, deleting existing plugins, and installing them again but no fix.
Please look into it and fix it asap.
Hi hrhq2020,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then the ads can be placed in those fields -> https://i.imgur.com/sgNtO9R.png (you can set the ad in the loop ad section).
Thank you!
Hi
Can you put AdRotate in the homepage of the Mobile theme? of so how?
Thanks
Hi Amit,
This problem may be due to the code that was introduced in the mobile theme plugin for theme.json
We are sorry for this unpleasant situation, if you can, please make a full backup to the website and contact us by email (contact@tagdiv.com), we will check it as soon as possible and try to fix the problem.
Thank you for your understanding!
