Good morning, thank you for your support.
On desktop the problem seems not to have reoccurred, while on mobile some pages are still not displaying correctly, with the mobile theme setting I built.
In addition there are also a couple of display issues:
Within the article, where there is a gallery, the second photo in the gallery never displays:
https://prnt.sc/8A-rpSYjO5yl
In the main menu on desktop, I entered the megamenu display but for the sports and accessories section, but again there is a display problem. A part of the menu is displayed with a white stripe at the top (for example in sports the word Dakar is also at the top):
https://prnt.sc/CpoktJxRngTx
Is it possible to fix these display problems please?
Thank you very much.

Hello Paolo,
Normally, for all social icons is added the name https://i.imgur.com/8aREMDY.png
The social icons from the mobile menu come from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png. Remove/edit them as needed.
Flex block shows the image like a background image, not using the parameter img and this one wouldn’t need a description.
Thank you!
Hello,
In normal mode, you shouldn’t have SEO problems when using the Mobile theme plugin, but it also depends on what customizations you make related to SEO. Please let us know what SEO problems you are experiencing
Thank you!
If I have the tagDiv Mobile Theme enabled, and it loads quickly on mobile, does it only benefit those who enter the article on their own?
I mean, does it help Google see that this article is “light” and possibly give it a better position in SEO?
I’ve noticed over the past year that my SEO hasn’t been good, even though it used to be excellent. With a simpler theme on another site of mine, I have better SEO.
Hi Anamaria,
thank you for the prompt reply and the assistance!
I followed your recommendation and used the live header search, problem solved!
For social icons, on reading your screenshot I eventually realized my problem is in the social icons that appear in the mobile menu (clicking on the “sandwich” top-left), as next to facebook and linkedin there there is also the email icon/link which is not in the social icons in the footer desktop version. I am looking in the theme/composer settings but I can’t find from where can I manage that menu. Of course I don’t mean the menu itself, I am trying to reach and manage those icons that appear just above the menu.
Regarding the other errors, I understand what you said regarding the design of the theme, although with the only addition of a free plugin I am using it’s scoring pretty high, just below the pass threshold.
Is there any way I can add some code to flex blocks so that the image too has a description attached to the link?
Again thank you so much for the help!
Paolo
Hi there,
I also can update mobile theme to AMP, it keeps loading while im trying to save
Hi,
Please provide some screenshots.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results, and assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
Also, clear your cache.
Thank you!
Hello Newspaper Theme Support Team,
I hope you’re doing well. I recently installed the Newspaper 12 theme and noticed a significant difference in the mobile view design compared to the demo site. The mobile layout and certain design elements on my installed theme do not match what is shown in the demo.
Could you please help me understand why this discrepancy exists and guide me on how to achieve the same mobile design as seen in the demo? Any assistance in replicating the demo site’s mobile layout would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Thanks for the check.
The problem occurs a few times and the same thing also happens on the mobile homepage, created by me. But I don’t understand the reason.
For example, this is the incorrect display of an article from mobile (IOS iPhone). Where the header changes:
Here is the exact visualization of what it should look like:
It seems that the theme, from desktop and from mobile, does not work correctly.
Hello,
Where i find the translation section for mobile theme? even if the translation on theme is made in other language, on mobile shows in english. Thanks (www.bacau.net)
Hi, sorry, I didn’t saw the second image – https://i.imgur.com/GPz3vyP.png from what I can see on mobile it is used the mobile theme plugin and the image display the category page, now the mentioned elements seems to be the rest of the categories and should go to those categories. I just checked some of them and those are correctly working, but you have some categories without articles and those category pages will be empty.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please don’t use the AMP plugin because it is deprecated. You need to use the composer, select the viewport for the phone and try there to fix the header.

In the Tutorial theme panel settings, there is a section called mobile theme to access mobile settings in the plugin’s settings. That block is not there for me. Under plugin settings, I only have one option, and that is multipurpose. The mobile setting is not there. I was hoping some info there would help me fix my header on mobile.
I have a question regarding the additional mobile page feature available in your Newspaper theme. Specifically, I would like to understand the impact of creating a separate mobile page for template on my website’s performance.
-
If I create a mobile-specific page, will it result in faster loading times for my website on mobile devices?
-
Alternatively, does this feature primarily serve to display different content on mobile devices without affecting performance?
Understanding these aspects will help me optimize my site effectively. I appreciate your guidance on this matter.
Thank you for your assistance!
Hello,
If want to have the same content as on desktop, the just disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and you’ll have more content on your homepage and responsive eversion will be used on your website.
Now in case that you want to use the mobile theme plugin, then you need to use the options that this plugins offers and you can add more conte using the bottom mobile editor to add content – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Hello,
You can not edit the cloud template with Elementor. The cloud templates are made with tagdiv Composer.
You need to delete text and upload the logo with tagdiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/3Ejsuut.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/.
Please turn off the tagDiv mobile theme plugin. Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Please provide more details about what you want to know about the author and comments.
Thank you!

Hi,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated, please deactivate it for that page.
When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can assign the mobile page.
Thank you!
* We want to edit the theme only with elementor, not with tagdiv
* We want to change the logo where to do it – https://imgur.com/ZC7gopk – https://imgur.com/fKaWY03
* I want the mobile and web view of the website to be the same as in the demo

* Author information at the end of the articles and comment section below
Good day I am having horrors getting my website to render the mobile version exactly in terms of functionality and look please advise as usually this is not an issue with other themes
Hi karemfouad, I moved this topic from Newsmag to Newspaper because it appears that the theme you are using is Newspaper.
1. The tagDiv Optin builder is already activated and updated – https://i.imgur.com/ostWkQA.png there is only a problem with the plugin version, the version should be 1.6.1 and because it is 1.6,1 the update button is all the time display.
2. Since you are using the Newspaper theme you’ll need to add the ads using tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates, please check our guide from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biTpVVlr8j8
3. If you want to hide it only on mobile please use tagDiv Composer, edit the single post template and select the author box, the hide it on each view port. There is an option that displays hidden elements, like in your screenshot. Please activate it from the website manager https://i.imgur.com/4sPQZ2U.png – https://prnt.sc/yhtJPDWeozed It may be needed to refresh the page in the composer after activating it. Please try it. Also, the hide option should be set on each viewport – https://i.imgur.com/p5dMrnt.png
4. To have the same content on mobile as on desktop then please disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
HI Anamaria,
Mobile theme plugin is “activated” and showing up as “active” but the normal theme is displaying on mobile.
The standard mobile theme is not updating latest posts either. Should have 5 and 6 August posts.
Christina
Hi,
I see the you have disabled the mobile theme plugin for the homepage, and they are the same posts, so you can let it like this https://i.imgur.com/C54z6b5.png
Thank you!

No amp is not activated
Mobile theme plugin is activated but I see the normal theme on mobile and “latest posts” isn’t updating on normal theme on mobile either. It’s working fine on desktop.
Hello,
I don’t recommend to using amp, because it is deprecated -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
Also, do you have the tagdiv mobile theme plugin activated?
Thank you!
