Hello,
I have tried to reconfigure everything since your latest update related to AMP and mobile theme…
But now it’s quiet a mess…
I have several problems :
1- on the mobile version of http://www.byothe.fr, the top menu doesn’t work
2- the template doesn’t look like what you say… I don’t have the top grid
3- is it possible to customize the mobile theme… it really lacks of content…
Welle I am bit lost and the mobile version of my blog is really bad right now.
yesterday before theme update
all the mobile traffic was in AMP
Now, the amp only come from google search
Hi,
From what I can see you are using now the mobile theme + amp and from what I can see is working normally.
If you re using the mobile theme with automatic amp the layout of amp will be the same as for mobile, if you are not using the mobile theme, only the amp you’ll get the layout of WordPress amp ( the one that you have now ).
How to Make an AMP Ready Website with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
as I mentioned before, I imported your demo and when I tried to edit with tagdiv composer it comes with error message “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!”
does it means that I need to create new home page from scratch using tagdiv composer?
for mobile editor I see no option just to make text and images, no grid option available or the shortcode is limited
I am a bit confused should I control theme from theme panel or from front end with tagdiv composer – for example I would like to have my menu sticky both for desktop and mobile but it dosn’t work even I change the setting “Always Sticky – stays at the top of the page
I would be very happy if you can check my site and I could send you my wp-admin user and password

Hi,
I do not exaclty understand what you want to achieve. On the mobile, the theme will display you the same desktop version but in responsive mode. That’s all. Each desktop modification will also appear on mobile devices. If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can set a post in as many category you have if you want, but in order to have that blocks on mobile theme you need to have some posts in featured category to, is not need to be set as primary or to be only in that category, also those blocks will be sort after latest from featured category.
Thank you!
Im using the amp you are providing, the new amp plugin that is in the newspaper theme
Mobile theme is not linking to AMP Pages
When I click a link post from homepage it goes to html version not amp version
no other plugin is running now on site
please help
thank you
Hi,
Please make sure that you follow our documentation for How to Update the Newspaper Theme for WordPress -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Also our our mobile theme was tested only with the AMP plugin that we provide, we can not say for sure if the mobile theme will work properly with others AMP plugins or not.
In Newspaper c9.6.1 you have 3 options, one for only mobile, one for mobile and AMP( this option is working only with the AMP that we provide ), and AMP ( this option allow you on which page/post to make AMP, also this option is available only with provided AMP plugin )
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme please deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Mobile theme was good before. It works independently of which Amp plugin was used. But you did you implement such a change that disturbs the usual workflow? Please note that the mobile theme is mandatory for my sites. Consider this as a request.

Hi @pedroarmindo1,
Please make sure that you have the mobile theme plugin activated, also the mobile editor is only for pages, can be found at the bottom of page.
If there is still a problem please provide some more details ( WP version, Newspaper version …) and some screenshots would be very helpful.
Thank you!

Hi,
Note that the black version is not using the mobile theme, is suing the responsive version of theme, so if you want to have that layout, you’ll need to deactivate the mobile theme and use the responsive mobile version of theme.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi, I have selected the Mobile option (in fact, it is the default setting). The error still occurs. This issue has only begun since the latest release. We have been working with ampforwp without problem until this point.
I have tried this on a test site. Disabling ampforwp works but it is disappointing as we’ve spent so much time/energy in implementing ampforwp and now must reconfigure things to work with the theme amp because of this conflict?

Hi aloysiuspattath,
If you are referring to the infinite scroll for posts when you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that’s functionality is not valid for this case, sorry! This is available only for normal theme.
Thanks.
Hi Arul,
I have checked your website and I saw that your Mobile Theme works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HDwpowpIT Also, please check the AMP settings to be according to our documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
I would like to place ads (AdSense) between some posts in the mobile theme homepage. Is this possible, and if yes, how do i do it?
after last update, the mobile theme is not showing amp site anymore
I reinstalled mobile theme, official amp for wp and saved permalinks
my site is
http://www.cosasdeljardin.com
and another thing, after new update, the WP dashboard is extremely slow
adding to the post, that if I manually put /?amp to the url, the amp site is working
its not connected to the mobile theme
Hi,
If you want to change the FEatured category from Mobile Theme, you need to make some change into the core, like here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/lj0DjbbHdaN
Thanks.
