Good afternoon,
For some reason, pages are not displaying properly on the mobile theme. Can you please access http://www.mentalhealthsuggestions.com and try to go to the Contact page and you will see that it doesn’t display at all. Why is this happening? It seems like every week there is some technical glitch.

Hi, I have the same problem, for now I have changed the dates on the posts I want to hide, but I would like to get this code to hide four of my categories from the mobile theme front page.
Our site
Hello bel,
I have checked your website in mobile mode and I saw that you Big Grid from your top of your page does not appear. Please notice that you will have to set some posts to be in Featured Category in order that being displayed on the front end in mobile theme. For more information about this concept, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/mobile+theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Vozz your problem also happened to me
mobile language not changin
you may solve with
go to theme panel
go to translations
go to load on available translations
choose your lang
and save
PS: you may loose your own translations but mobile will be solved.
by the way thanks for other one line resolution
Hello Rousing The Kop,
Please keep in mind that our theme has been designed to be more useful both desktop and mobile mode. So, at the moment, please notice that our theme has 2 alternatives for mobile mode -> the first one is named as default mobile which all the element from desktop version is compressed to look better on mobile mode and the second one is named Mobile Theme which is totally different than your desktop…as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ the mobile theme only display the Big Grid with Featured posts at the front of your page, some texts if this will be written from the backend (Mobile Editor) and at the bottom you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please notice that you cannot bring the sale layout on the mobile which looks as similar with on the desktop without responsiveness because the width is different.
The author will need a bit of a CSS fix as the CSS got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This is the default implementation of the mobile theme. You cannot activate the grids on it at the moment. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
Are you maybe using the mobile theme plugin? https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you use this plugin then any custom code you add in the theme panel custom code section will not work. you have to add css here:
http://screencast.com/t/nfBW3yhc0Dvy Please read this guide for more details on the mobile theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello diablo7,
All of the code that you gave until now is applied to the desktop version and general mobile mode. So, do you use the Mobile Theme, because the code will be different. Please be more specific about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hello,
Our theme does not have such an option unfortunately. You can hide all of the content with css but the code needs to be added differently if you use the mobile theme. Please provide a link to your site so i can inspect it and provide the proper code for this. (reply in this topic do not create a new one)
Thank you!
I didn’t find any options for modifying the text (e.g. ‘latest posts’) on th obile theme.
Same with the ‘trending now’ running text.
Give me a hint, pls.
Greets,
Alex
Hello Amme89,
After several investigations in this regard have concluded that this type of issue come from WP Super cache which is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6 and that’s why this problem occur. We hope that WP Super cache plugin will be updated it as soon as possible and that problem will be fixed. Notice that this issue appears and on Mobile Theme from Jetpack when the caching plugin is active.
Please notice that we have reported this issue to Jetpack and we are waiting for an update from them. Until that, you should use our workaround posted here -> https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/issues/132
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-does-not-work-properly/
Thank you!
Hello admindoxa,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option which offers you a way to increase the featured articles from Mobile Theme, sorry! This task involve custom work and if you want to change this structure, you will have to alter the code from front-page.php core file like this -> http://screencast.com/t/JWuHcJ5SCP and also, the td_block_big_grid_mob_1.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/vzn3GddL8 If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks.
Hello admindoxa,

If you want to exclude a category from the Related Articles on mobile theme, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to check the code from front-page.php core file -> http://screencast.com/t/Uagg76zxDw2C and there you must add some conditions in order to achieve as you want and all of these modifications involves custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Do I need to change a setting somewhere?
Kind Regards
Bel
I am very confused as to what is going on.
I’ve just spent roughly 9 hours implementing changes to my site in the middle of the night so as few of my viewers would notice the process.
What is angering me is that after all that time my mobile theme looks very plain which is not I would expect after paying $59. Why is this the case?
And another thing: On all the articles as viewed through a mobile device, be it an iPhone or android smartphone, the author line is covered slightly. So, where it says ‘By Joe Soap’ it’s partially covered by my featured image.
Please help me out.
Hello, I am unable to find the function to enable the grid box on the mobile theme
It’s just showing the latest articles without grid. I want enable the grid on home page.

Always asking for your help, and hide the date in the search results in computers, thanks to a CSS code. All good in computers, but in mobile always the date shown in the search results on the site.
Some code to fix, computer solve it with CSS code.
Ask for days, as hide the author name in all blocks and modules. Perfect, but I can still see mobile author name in HOME and categories.
Desire to hide because the author used (Team …….) and really see repeated in HOME categories name and looks very ugly.
In broad strokes you need to create a new button using the email icon and print icon from the icon font found in the theme folder, then add these two buttons to the module where the social buttons are built.
We created our own set of buttons in this way to entirely replace the TagDiv ones.
I plan to make a donation-ware plugin out of this at some point, but wer’e backed up here due to server crash Aug 5.
Basically copy the simple buttons CSS/code and change the icon and for print you need to use the common coding to launch PC/Mac print function found online.
These would be simple things for TagDiv to add as a toggle on/off, but adding too many things break the buttons onto two lines on mobile, etc., which is why it’s sometimes tricky.
If you don’t want to deep dive hacking the theme to do these (or hire a developer)…
Another option: use a plugin, turn off the TagDiv options, and get on with your life 🙂
TagDiv is likely not going to build out a whole tutorial on how to build custom buttons step by step as that isn’t really part of the theme, and “most” people don’t need that since you can simply email a page from any browser or mobile device without an on-page button, and same with print (CMD+P). So, they are nice, but really redundant as every web browser has those options “built in.”
So, not likely TagDiv will add them — put another way; anybody doing email or print of web pages already knows how to do that 🙂
(( I don’t work here, just some feedback. ))
Hi i have some problem with mobile theme because it lost the style for example this categary http://www.sabanetasr.com/category/locales/ doesnt see like the others or the homepage style. Also this post http://www.sabanetasr.com/empresario-se-quita-la-vida-noticia-proceso/ lost the style and i cant see it in the mobile homepage
I have seen many users asking for this useful implementation.
tagDiv, when are you going to implement this into default settings?
@mabrell, you can alter the loop-single.php and add after line 40 this:
<div class="td-module-meta-info"> Last Update: <?php the_modified_date('j F, Y'); ?></div>
It appears under social icons and above the main image. I think is the best solution because if you try to put into the same row with the (publish date, visits counter & comments) on mobile looks pretty bad in two rows. (don’t forget, this modification you will have to do every time you update the theme)
Regards.
Hi there,
now we are using the mobile theme on our websites and are using wp super cache and all recommend settings. But for some reasons sometimes the mobile theme doesn’t load. Instead the mobile version of the Newspaper theme appears. Could you please review the site what is the reason for this failure.
We need to load the mobile theme reliable due to different ads spaces and menus.
Thank all in advance…
Hi,
I’d like to add a custom button just beside the search button(I’m using Newspaper Black edition) How can I customize? Currently I’m editing in my child theme the file header-menu-h1.php
this is my code
<div id="td-header-menu" role="navigation">
<div id="td-top-mobile-toggle"><i class="td-icon-font td-icon-mobile"></i></div>
<div class="td-main-menu-logo td-logo-in-menu">
<?php
if (td_util::get_option('tds_logo_menu_upload') == '') {
locate_template('parts/header/logo-h1.php', true, false);
} else {
locate_template('parts/header/logo-mobile-h1.php', true, false);
}?>
</div>
<?php
wp_nav_menu(array(
'theme_location' => 'header-menu',
'menu_class'=> 'sf-menu',
'fallback_cb' => 'td_wp_page_menu',
'walker' => new td_tagdiv_walker_nav_menu()
));
//if no menu
function td_wp_page_menu() {
//this is the default menu
echo '<ul class="sf-menu">';
echo '<li class="menu-item-first">Click here - to select or create a menu';
echo '';
}
?>
</div>
<div class="">
<?php $posts = get_posts('orderby=rand&numberposts=5'); foreach($posts as $post) { ?>
" title="<?php the_title(); ?>"><i class="fa fa-random" aria-hidden="true"></i>
<?php } ?>
</div>
<div class="td-search-wrapper">
<div id="td-top-search">
<!-- Search -->
<div class="header-search-wrap">
<div class="dropdown header-search">
<i class="td-icon-search"></i>
<i class="td-icon-search"></i>
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<div class="header-search-wrap">
<div class="dropdown header-search">
<div class="td-drop-down-search" aria-labelledby="td-header-search-button">
<form method="get" class="td-search-form" action="<?php echo esc_url(home_url( '/' )); ?>">
<div role="search" class="td-head-form-search-wrap">
<input id="td-header-search" type="text" value="<?php echo get_search_query(); ?>" name="s" autocomplete="off" /><input class="wpb_button wpb_btn-inverse btn" type="submit" id="td-header-search-top" value="<?php _etd('Search', TD_THEME_NAME)?>" />
</div>
</form>
<div id="td-aj-search"></div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
Notice the div before td-search-wrapper div class.
I’m trying to add a random article button beside the search button. But my template is broken after I add a class to the div like this: “td-random-article-wrapper” should I register that class first? I can’t seem to find the documentation for templates?
Thanks
