Hi team,
On mobile theme, the “Latest Articles” block stopped updating on 24 July. It was working perfectly before then. It works fine on desktop – latest articles are displayed.
Hello, after updating to the latest version (12.6.6) we have a strange problem – in the homepage the images of our posts do not correspond with the ones assigned – once you open the article is ok, but when shown in homepage each post is shown with the image of the previous one (appears that each image is moved to the next post). It happens only when viewed in mobile for now.
Hello Bettina,
I did all but the problem appear if the visitor is not logged.
If I logged, I can see the right version of mobile, but if I log out appear post from 4 days ago…
We cleanned the cache of server… We don’t know how solve this
I will contact contact@tagdiv.com
Thanks
Desatec
How to remove decoding=”async” from featured image on mobile/amp theme? Thanks.
Hi Anamarie,
I am not using an image Im using text. Here is the url. It shows up fine in the editor but then on the mobile site it is a ? freewheeling. blog
Thanks
Hi,
The Amp is deprecated. If you check the topic, you will see differences in mobile versions. Normally, there should be no impact on the mobile side.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can hide every element from the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/1FJiMub9ke4s for each viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Add the element twice, apply the settings for the mobile as you want(place it where you need in your case), and hide it on desktop. With the second element, you can do the same and hide it on the mobile viewport.
Thank you!
Hi,
I deactivate the tagdiv mobile theme plugin, the problem is solved. I want to know what the mobile theme plugin does. If I turn it off, will it have any impact on the mobile side? I saw the introduction of tagDiv Mobile Theme, which says “The Mobile Theme makes your website lighter and faster on mobile. Together with the AMP plugin, it provides the best solution for your website.”
Hi,
Maybe you have activated the tagdiv mobile theme plugin, so please check and deactivate it.
Also, please provide the link to your website.
Thank you!
Hi, i followed this document (https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/) to add mobile page, but when I open this in my mobile its shows me Newspaper default page which is totally different from my mobile home page, any help will be appreciated.
Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
I am not able to set the mobile header colour to white, irrespective of doing changes on mobile view. Find the image attached below and change the header of mobile webiste to white and footer is blank on mobile view. Image error link https://snipboard.io/Ed4cRm.jpg
Hello @Saiyuke !
This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.

Hi, why does the mobile theme activate on my PC in desktop mode?

Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please disable it.
Also, check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/responsivness-on-real-estate-pro/

Hello,
On the https://www.ardennetransitiondurable.eu site
I have a home page created with TagDiv Composer, which appears with only 3 items, whereas the desk page contains several articles.
However, in TagDiv Composer, the page appears correctly if I choose the “phone viewport” mobile icon.
Also, on a cell phone, the footer appears with the words “About us”.
The site’s other internal pages were generally created with the standard editor. The problem is that these pages appear empty in mobile mode. Is there an option for making content automatically appear mobile-friendly?
I’ve read the page: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-is-not-working-properly/
Thank you for your help,
Hello,
You can copy the logo from the desktop with right-click and paste it on the mobile header and check if the issue persists.
Also, please provide the link to your website and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can use a mobile page that has different content than the desktop one, or you can have two elements with different settings and hide them on the other viewport. The element with the mobile settings can be hidden on desktop and reversed.
Thank you!

Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Hi, Can someone help me?
I need to move a custom ad block on mobile view only, to a different location on the page. But when i am in mobile view, and i drag the box to a different spot, it moves it on desktop also.
How do i move it JUST for mobile view?
We have same issue with me mobile site is not updated last days
Check villamariavivo.com from desktop and compare with mobile version.
The problem is not cache, it’s the theme…
Hello, The logo on the mobile version is showing as a broken image but the desktop version is fine. I am using a font for the logo instead of an image on the desktop. Trying to figure out where to fix this issue and make it match the desktop version.
Thanks in advance!
Hi urishtaujjain, can you please provide some more details? I’m not sure if I correctly understanding. Are you referring that the new posts/articles are not displaying on mobile? If so, this can be related to the cache settings, make sure this is clean when a post is publish or updated.
Thank you!
I would like to request you to update this theme properly, some problem or the other keeps coming up – There is a problem with this theme, the mobile home page theme does not refresh during the entire time
Hello,
You need to set margins for rows to reduce the space -> https://i.imgur.com/T52D614.jpeg
For paragraphs, you can reduce them from here: https://i.imgur.com/FsnlyTS.jpeg or custom code CSS.
Please select the port view on the phone, select the content zone and set the margin-left and right to -20 and set this code in width
calc(100% + 40px)
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ek89ppzTGldT You can use this method for both (mobile responsive version or mobile page)
Please check the element; maybe you have some padding on the page title or on the column/row.
You can check those settings -> https://i.imgur.com/RMnCTjj.png
You can translate from theme panel -> translation -> translation, and to show the share on mobile, please use this code
.single .td-post-sharing-style1 .td-social-share-text .td-social-but-text {
display: inline-block!important;
}
Thank you!
